Suite room, no explanation for the service offered in the hotel, request not respected, defective bath, bad view, lunch not included finally! several cocinnelle in the room place very maganer.

Been waiting for hours to get a hold of their customer service specialist and modify my reservation. @holiday inn. You can do better. This has been the worst experience I have had with a hotel so far in my entire life.!

Was told the room cannot be cleaned on daily basis if stay is less than 3 days. How can this be possible specifically during Covid time.

It was one of the worse experience I have had. It was my family with a 2.5 year old child. As I arrived at the front desk and for trolley for my laggages. Receptionist said they don't have any Kart then I asked for help. He said it's my problem. There is no help. Then I asked to speak to the management. Then a female came to talk to with a horrific additute. Asked me lower my voice while I was talking to them calm voice. Then they told my child to keep quiet. I will share my experience with my associate, friends and family. Also, it was a business trip. I will speak to my employer regards to this matter.

Clean and employees are courteous. As a Vegan, I think they should offer almond milk and extend their menu both breakfast and the Restaurant to cater for dietary restrictions. Especially since so many folks have such requirements. This is my 4 visit to this hotel and it has maintained a high standard.

Very friendly customer service. Only issue is the availability of food after 05:00 pm.

Great place for a stopover.

Front desk gal was SUPER; very understanding and helpful, went out of her way to accommodate my son and I after a long flight.

We always fly so early we miss the breakfast I mentioned this to the front desk and soon after we were given a breakfast to go, 2 fruit, muffin, yogurt and a fruit juice to go.
Excellent.

Very nice hotels had a very good sleep, the room was big and very clean the staff at the front desk very helpful the food at the bistro was excellent the waiter very patient and polite.

The worst hotel ever! they don't know how to deal with customers, I booked a suite and paid for that, when I checked in I found out that the AC wasn't working! I tried to call the reception the telephone didn't work as well. I walked away from my room to the reception offie to let them know then the guy told me that we don't have any suites except the one that I have otherwise they will move me to a double room. I moved to the room and despite I wasn't happy but I cannot sleep with out AC. I was expecting to compensate me they didn't even offer to refund the difference they charged me for the suite and they moved me to double room. The guy in the reception was so tough and he didn't even know how to speak with customers. the second point regarding the breakfast, I wasn't able to have y breakfast, crowded hall alot of people, no available seats and there is no varieties in there food. I had a very bad experience, I will never do it again.

Great hotel to stay at before an early flight. The park and stay rates are very good and the rooms are clean and new. Breakfast was great. And there's a little bistro in the hotel For a late night snack and drink. The 2 downsides are the hotel is in a very strange industrial area and there's nothing around it but abandoned buildings and factories and the airport shuttle only runs every hour, and I wish it was every half hour. I would stay here again anytime.

Good news first: Staff were friendly and our room was already set up for the four people we had in our party. Bad news: I believe there needs to always be someone at the front desk, even at night. Nobody answered the calls even after the sixth call. Breakfast-wise, tables were really dirty, unripe bananas were served, fridge wasn’t stocked with the milk and yogurt when I came down. Granted, for breakfast there was only one person working the breakfast bar, but Holiday Inn, you need to step your game here. Need more people working the breakfast bar and the front desk. Normally, a 4/5 star place, but today, you disappoint.

Very nice stay! We take care to welcome in French and English (very rare are the times I was welcomed in French). I didn't see the lunch looked like what nor the restaurant, but the room was big and comfortable!

Stopped by this place after driving 10hrs to find out many hotels were booked up around the Montreal area. We arrived at 4:00am after looking for a couple hours with no luck. They hotels manager told me check out would be at 11:00 and wanted to charge me $280.00 for 7 hrs sleep (the going rate on multiple hotel sites showed $149.00 per night) I pleaded with him as my 2 kids were both car sick and we were exhausted to help out on the rate, he was very cocky and unprofessional and replied “this is our last room, so the price go’s up and he also reminded me it was the only room in the area. I really felt he was trying to take advantage of me and would not recommend the specific hotel to anyone. I didn’t check in drove down the street to the Marriott courtyard that also wanted $280.00 a night but had the common sense to realize it was 4:30am and only charged us $100.00 (thank you Marriot) Not to mention this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

Very close to Montreal airport. Very nice, spacious rooms. Serve hearty breakfast for free. Shuttles to airport available. And they have large parking space too! Would definitely recommend!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient. High points: breakfasts were great. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I only ate at the bar a few times but the food was great and not just burger type fare. Bad points: Gym a bit basic and I wish pool's in hotels were more than plunge pools.

Very close to the airport, it serves a particular market very well — just leaving or just arriving. As with all HI properties, you know what you are getting, but they have added to this Express. Normally, they do not have restaurants, but are close to them. This one is not, so they have added a small Bistro/Bar. Just enough to give a meal and a drink. Definitely my go-to at the airport.

The room and service once at hotel was amazing. What I did not like was I had called 2 days ahead plus at time of booking 3 months prior to ensure there was a shuttle from VIA Rail station to hotel. I arrived by train on the Friday night with my 5vyear old daughter and Husband at 830pm like I had I have previously indicates called hotel and was told they were too busy to come get us. So I has to get stern before the person who had answered put me on hold to co. E back to say they were sending somone but it would be a while. Needless to say I will think again before including you in my travel plans.

My family and I always stay here when we visit the church in Montreal. As always we had a great time and experience at the hotel. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. And willing to help with anything. The breakfast is amazing. Thank you to all the wonderful staff there. We will be back soon.

The rooms are large. Excellent shuttle service from the airport. Decent continental breakfast.

Can't complain. Picked us up at 1 am and have soft beds. I'd stay there again. But I didn't use any of the facilities.

Service was great, location was close to airport which is ideal for those flying in and the rooms were nice and clean.

Fantastic customer service. Great shuttle from airport. Clean rooms. Ok breakfast. Reason for low rating was appalling pool area. Peeling paint everywhere on the floor. Pieces of it floating in the pool. Clumps of hair in several places on the pool deck. Pool walls rusting terribly. Just disgusting.

Right for a night waiting for flight.

The rooms are ok, the lunch buffet is also ok. The pool lacks a lot of love. What disappointed me the most, the shuttle service and parking for the week. 1h30 waiting on our return (for no reason as storm, we would have understood). Some had to take a taxi eventually (10 minutes to get to the hotel). The parking lot is barely plowed and the cars are buried behind the snow pushed by the snow plow. MÉCHANT back from vacation.
Far too expensive for service.

Stayed here for a night during my layover and was impressed the shuttle picks you up at the Airport there was a snow storm so we waited about half an hour. Check in was fast and the room was huge and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable I woke up the next morning for my flight and was out in about 10 minutes.

The room was fine. But it was missing the extra bed for kids and it took almost an hour to get extra blankets. Plan ahead for the shuttle to the airport, ours was 10 minutes late.

Arrogant and disrespectful staff. I paid for a king room and I find myself in a room with reduced mobility with 2 double beds… etc. The receptionist tells me it's not her problem that it's Expedia. I was still in his hotel… it becomes his problem to make the customer happy.

Affordable price and breakfast acceptable.

Hotel was ok. Very loud area due to highway and airport nearby. Hotel itself a bit worn down, closest doors clunky. Beds were comfortable, shower was great. Free Breakfast was great as well. Getting out of the parking lot was writes, they have to buzz you out? If it's for a night or two this place is more than adequate.

The front desk personnel was very welcoming and I must say they treat IHG members very well. I was automatically upgraded to a very nice suite and was offered multiple bottles of water, a soft drink, and two bags of chips upon check-in. Being an Express they have free breakfast in the morning they actually had a double sided double set up to accommodate the number of guests attending. I would not think twice about it staying at this hotel again.

Location was very good. It was 15 mins away from Montreal downtown and old Montreal. Continental Breakfast was good too.

No excuse no smile anything after a big 5 minute waits another room OK. The receptionist Ouff told me you are leaving for Mexico but all planes are cancelling! Ha yes I told him. She you go with everything that comes down there. She doesn't even know where I'm going to Mexico and she doesn't have to discourage me! Of crap the front desk and I was paying a nice hotel to my chum for his first trip miss, flat!

Wake up early because of trucks at the gas station in front of the hotel. Nice room, clean.

This is an express hotel so, only a bar with a very normal food.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very kind. Suites are beautiful. Bed is comfy. Pool is WARM not cool.

Hotel was fine, breakfast was good rooms were clean, but we asked them to alot our both room close to each other and that never happened. When we asked about it the person from the staff said that we can complain about it.

Was a beautiful hotel. Not much else around it though. Parking was secure but they also put a wheel boot on your vehicle to prevent theft depending on what you drive! Pool was nice and clean and room was nice. We had a king bed suite with a pull out for our kids, but the girl at the desk said house keeping was gone and they had no blankets or sheets for us to put on the bed. Luckily we had brought some of our own.

Free breakfast? Sure if you are there early. By 9:30 there was no hot food left. Basically no food other than bread, juice and some fruit. When we complained, Front desk said there should be full service right until 10:30. No more hot food was served. Restaurant staff was completely ignorant when asked any questions about more food or where things were. The woman servicing the breakfast was rude to us and every other guest I saw ask her a question. It was ridiculous. Terrible breakfast service.

I'm staying here for 2 days because Air Canada has cancelled my flight and not rescheduling me for 2 days. This hotel has offered everything beautiful big clean room with Bath and Bodyworks toiletries, great free hot and cold breakfast, free airport shuttle and best prices in town. They have been understanding and sympathetic. Much more than I can say for Air Canada that would have left me sleeping in the airport for 2 days. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Montreal! The only downfall is the beautiful pool room, hot tub and fitness rooms are closed for maintenance but kudos for keeping them to the high standards you operate under.

Shite hotel. An hour waiting for the shuttle at 1000pm. With repeated lies from the front desk that he'll be right there. Offered many excuses while the other hotel shuttles came by 2 and 3 times each. On checkin after such a wait, really you'd think there wouldn't be a decision between the points and the welcome gift (water and a cookie). And then one has to file a missed points request for the 200 points one actually paid EXTRA for as part of a room package. Not next time… Crowne Plaza it is.

Nice and Clean place with helpful staff. The airport was loud and noisy at first but we dealt with it as we were gone doing activities in Montreal! The bar had good food but terrible hosting. The waitress was quick to order our food but then stood around the bar and never came to refill out drinks until I went up to the bar to ask her and the place wasn't busy there was only 5 people in the restaurant.

It was a very nice hotel. Clean, good price, and if you are going to the airport, it's in a great location.

The rooms are very clean and are very nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is also very home-like and promotes a nice social atmosphere.

Very unpleasant. I tried booking a room for 1 night for someone and they didn't even try to help us in getting things done for this special event we had to organize. The service clerk was rude, unorganized, and not at all interested in trying to fill out the need authorized forms. I would not recommend this hotel or refer anyone to them.

Booked on short notice due to flight delay. Quick free shuttle, speedy check in, helpful staff, nice free breakfast and late check out. I'd recommend.

Everything was good at the hotel. The bar area could of been slightly bigger, but food and drinks where nice.

The hotel looks quite elegant, the staff is friendly and I received immediately. Very spacious room with a large bathroom. Heating a wire noisy and the shower has the fixed shower head. Breakfast ok.

The room was large, clean, huge bathroom. The staff cleaned it carefully and were polite and friendly. Breakfast was good except when the hotel was teeming with people, then they ran out of food and cutlery frequently. The gym was good and empty early in the morning. The sound of the airport will either lull you to sleep or drive you nuts. The heater/air conditioner in the room was loud, but I appreciated that as it drowned out the people slamming doors (which was no more frequent than any other hotel). The front desk staff was accommodating and kind. The restaurant was great for a quick snack — the veggie pizza was really good, and the price wasn't too bad. There is a shuttle which goes to the train station and airport, but you do have to call to request pick-up. There is free tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7, which was a great way to save over buying Starbucks, although the coffee was a little bitter. The bad: there really isn't anywhere within walking distance to eat, but there are many delivery options. The neighborhood isn't amazing, it's an industrial area next to the airport and highway. Bus service is infrequent (every 30 minutes), but does get you to the station quickly. In the end, I would definitely stay here again for the price I paid.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. Phone for the shuttle they said it would be there in 10 — 15 minutes. Phone gain after 20 minutes it was on its way. Had to wait 35 minutes for the shuttle. The hotel is not busy so I don't know why it took that long. The room is quite nice and clean and definitely worth 4 stars the restaurant has a limited menu but the food was good and I was very hungry. Glad that the restaurant was here.

Wow, Nicest Airport Hotel Ive ever stayed at! & Bus Parking Right Out Front and Breakfast Starts at 5:30 AM so if you have an early departure your in Luck.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, impossible to leave the air conditioning running overnight as too noisy. Full and varied breakfast buffet.

Great stay and lovely staff.

Hotel had a nice overall feel. However, in my room the bathtub had mold around the edges. To my surprise, nothing was done after I first notified them. After a second time they gave me a new room. Strangely enough, the second room still had blackened edges around some of the tub, although not as much as the first room. The manager chose not to charge me for the first night, but I still was surprised when they gave me a subpar room on the second try. I am less picky than most when it comes to these kinds of things, but I thought this may be beneficial to others.

Wow! This is easily the most impressive HIX I've seen. Impressive lobby/atrium, massive suites, immaculate details. Well done. Ask for the balcony suite. 8.5/10.
