The desk clerk that checked us in was terrific and he offered us all a cold bottle of water due to the sweltering day it was outside. The whole hotel is clean and furnished with modern styles throughout. The pool is set up for lap swimming but my young kids enjoyed it with us. Our room and the hallways were nearly silent, I didn't hear any objectionable air traffic overnight. I think that's fairly noteworthy considering this hotel is part of the airport itself and you can look at jets running literally a stone's throw from our room. The restaurant and bar next to the lobby had some impressive scenery both inside and out. The staff there was excellent; helpful but not pushy. All of my family's food was great and mine was particularly good. Our meal wasn't cheap but all of us got a surprisingly filling portion and quality overall was well worth it when you consider it's at an airport. The kid's menu has a little nicer options than most restaurants with a kid's menu. Staying here isn't cheap but if you are making an early morning flight from here the convenience and quality are worth what you'll pay.

Got in just passed midnight, two extremely pleasant staff at the front desk, made for a quick check-in. Modern decor, nice and luxurious all around. Secure elevator system allows access only to the floor with the tap of the room key card. Corner room/semi suite fully loaded with deluxe and comfort features. 2 large screen TVs, one the meeting side and the other in the sleeping area. The bed is noticeably cloud-like comfortable. Two sides are wall to wall windows top to bottom made waking up to a bright room and a nice view, quite pleasing. Enjoyed a quick workout at the high tech gym but definitely recommend the saltwater pool and the hot tub, with a breath taking view of the St. Lawrence river through the floor to ceiling windows. One highlight throughout the stay, the futuristic design of the building that is attired by full size windows flooding light to brighten one's mood. Had a pleasant stay.

Clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. I enjoyed the restaurant, great wait staff. Some of the front desk staff need a refresher course on customer service. Note very far outside of Montreal. Expensive to get into town. The major road construction really slows things down.

Clean and modern hotel with excellent service. Connected to the airport terminal so it is perfect for staying before an early morning departure or following a late night arrival. Some rooms offer views of the aprons and runways for some good plane watching. But rooms and windows are so soundproof that with the curtains drawn your never know you were right at the airport.

Great luxury hotel. We had an amazing view of the Montreal airport. There is virtually no noise in the room with a view of the airport. On the other hand the rooms view of the parking which are also the landing corridor you will necessarily hear the noise of the planes. The employees are warm and courteous always to satisfy our needs and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are super comfortable well appointed. The rooms as well as the hotel are really very clean. The hotel is super well maintained all its facilities are incredibly clean and as new no traces of wear.

Expensive to spend a night, everything is paid in the room, from the bottle of water to the Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast and meals overpriced. PB communication in French with some employees. Bathroom with shower and bar poorly fixed.

This hotel in my opinion is the best place to stay before you step foot on a plane! A hotel inside the actual airport! The runway is within throwing distance of the rooms, yet they are quiet. Rates are decent, and if you have a flight at 5am, its just a matter of fall out of bed, get on the plane. Easy. No shuttle busses, or driving around in circles at 3am. Just do it! You wont be disappointed.

Great hotel. Stated here numerous times for business. Most comfortable beds ever. Although close to an airport, there's very little surprised noise. Not much for dining but the hotel restaurant is amazing. Take my advice — order the lobster mac!

Easy and very convenient to reach. Decor was modern. Hair dryer wasn't working but staff were quick to get a replacement. The view from the airport-facing room wasn't worth the premium.

Directly in the airport without going outside. Very courteous service and informs about the services of the airport. The little Lilly Cafe in the lobby is excellent. Great bathroom with large morderne rooms.

Nice rooms. Staff is good as well and there is an offer to get a room plus parking for a week. As any hotel restaurant and bar it is overpriced butthey have awesome cocktails. Easy access to departures. Hassle free stay.

Overnight stay in transit from the airport. Very nice room and excellent service.

Our event was in on of Marriott's Confirm room. Layout of the room was ideal for our event. We were revised with Wi-Fi which the reception was very strong with excellent speed. The food we ordered was healthy and fresh. The quantity though was on the lean side. The audiovisual set up was good no problem connecting and interfacing with our laptops. It was convenient to have parking for the local attendees. Overall I would rate this experience as very good.

One of the better Airports in North America. Organized, large and well maintained. At peak times there can be long lines (specially early morning 4.45 — 6.00 am, for US departures), but overall my experience has been very good, having traveled very regularly via this airport for work.

In the year of 2012, our family travelled to Montreal for a business trip. We were warmly greeted and found our place. Although it was for a weekend, I spent my time extremely well by going to the 8th floor. On that floor are the following: — Laundry Room — Fitness Room (Spa inside) — Swimming Room I would like to visit again!

Nice selection of drinks at the hotel bar. Had several selections of scotches. The Asian style chicken wings were also quite good.

We arrived after midnight and it was very nice to just walk a few minutes in the airport to arrive at the hotel. You don't even have to go outside. Big, spacious room was really clean. Even though the big windows look right at the airport and planes, we could barely hear them.

A wonderful stay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The room has large windows and a modern look.

What a great way to start or end your trip. We stayed at the Marriott as our plane was leaving at 6am so that meant getting 4 kids up around 2ish and this made the ahile process so much easier as you are already at the airport. The view from our bedroom was superb. We could see flights leave and pass in front of our window. You really don't hear the planes. The customer service is excellent.

Great hotel, great staff. Very convenient. For the quality level it could use nicer mattresses. But otherwise, it's really a stellar property with great amenities. Really need to stop charging for Wi-Fi, it's 2018… Don't be greedy.

Wonderful hotel. The room itself is very modern. It's located in the airport so it's very convenient. The restaurant in the lobby is great. There's no microwave in the room however.

Comfortable, spacious and quiet place to stop enroute to and from YUL. Access to airport terminals is easy, just downstairs via escalator from hotel lobby — perfect for early morning departures to US destinations. Underground parking can be validated at the front desk — it helps to know this before you leave. Gold members have access to a top-floor lounge serving hot breakfast, snacks, coffee and meals throughout the day, with spacious tables for work.

Love this hotel. One of my favourites. Great location in the terminal. Nicely appointed. Excellent service.

Outstanding hotel at the best travel location possible: the departure level of the airport. The entrance is literally in the departure hall. Their idea is "travel brilliantly" by starting your holiday a day earlier, stress free. It is. It will. Best idea. Rooms are spacious. Well kept. Views are excellent, especially if you pick airport view. Sound from the airplanes is not a hazzle. Staff, from reception to cleaning, is outstanding.

We had an unexpected stay here due to our plane having to land in Montreal. We were completely surprised the staff at check in were fabulous, probably one of the best we’ve dealt with. Checking out was ok there was a communication error on their part. We were traveling with a young boy who was allergic to nuts, so we had them remove the nuts out of the room. Of course at check out they tried to charge us on our bill. Hopefully they learn from this experience and develop a better way to communicate in the future. Even look at the possibility of removing nuts from rooms might be ideal in the near future. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you for your hospitality it truly was a pleasure:)

Stayed for a work recognition gala event. The valet service was impeccable from arrival to pickup. The event hall was beautiful and clean. The table service was courteous and quick. I would definitely go back.

Complimentary Wi-Fi for 4 hours came in very helpful while waiting to check in for my flight home. Nice lobby area with plenty of places to sit. The attached restaurant was super slow, and they messed up my son's food order but didn't bother to fix the food or mention it until we asked about it.

Staff was professional and extremely courteous both at the front desk and room service. Room was very modern and we'll kept. I had a 6a international flight, and this hotel is extremely convenient as you are right there at the terminal.

This is a nice hotel, though oddly the coffee machine carafe and the hair dryer were missing. The Wi-Fi is excellent… good speed and doesn't boot you off. Very convenient if you need an easy place to stay when you arrive at the airport. Parking is also very convenient. You can park your car here before you leave and then spend a nite here when u get home. So easy! (Be sure to get a quote and ask for all the parking rules… I got a overcharged because they didn't say it's either and 8 day or 15 day parking period)

Very clean and modern airport hotel. Connected directly to airport and no shuttle bus needed (entrance close to US/Canada check-in). Rooms are large, modern and clean, large washrooms as well. Lobby is very nice with restaurant in the same location. Staff are friendly and courteous. You pay a premium for its location (like all other airport hotels.

Wow, what a awful experience. I am used to Mariott great service, I've been going to your hotels for now 10 years guys and never in my life I have been so disrespected like last week. All the blame will go toward a specific employee that goes by the name of 'Orlando'. He was extremely rude and impolite, unbelievable. I had a reservation. He doesn't say hi… so I start saying that I have a reservation and immediately he says ''1 sec, I'm busy''. Hmmmm ok, no big deal, then once he's done doing whatever he was doing, he says ''What? ''… I tell him I have a reservation. He starts looking in his system and then I caught him texting with his cellphone. Okay I said nothing, no big deal if he texts at work. Then he proceed to call someone on his cellphone. Yet again, I say nothing and it's no big deal. Then I realized he's talking with one of his family member, I politely ask him if he could give me my roon and he compeltely ignores me. After literally 11 minutes on his cellphone, he hangs up and comes back to me and say ''Next time I'm on the phone, please do not interrupt''. This is incredible. I know Mariott is better than that and has high standards, but because of Orlando, I will make sure I will never come back to your hotel. I cannot believe how rude he was although I was extremely polite and too much patient, this type of employee should not be working in the customer service industry, let alone a hotel like Mariott! How did he go through your interview process?
