Treated like Royality the minute you enter, Best Marriott ever for me after a 11 day stay all employees treat you like family, it was hard to leave.

Excellent Hotel, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff.

I recently attended a conference here, the room was beautiful, very well set up and comfortable. Thy provided a good selection of dishes for lunch and the food was delicious.

I have been a Marriott brand customer for decades and when it came time to choose a venue for our upcoming wedding this location seemed the logical choice.
We were paired with a planner who was amazing but sadly about to take maternity leave so we were passed along her replacement.
Sadly, that is where things started to decline for us.
The previously agreed upon price for the event room desired doubled but was later fixed. The process for planning food and beverage is very confusing and complicated with regards to our specific plans and we were given an unrealistic expectation for alcohol and food sales given the amount of guests we have planned to attend. When it came down to it, it didn’t matter if we had 25 or 50 attendees, we would still be expected to generate the same amount.
They also tack on 31% in taxes and fees including a 3% they claim is for hydro usage etc. Any other venue we have called includes such things in the room rental price.
I am very disappointed in this experience but we are happy that we have found a tremendous location in place of this where everything is 100% fair and transparent.
A large number of our guests and family are Marriott customers which doesn’t matter for these purposes.

Great place and friendly staff.

Opened in the spring of 2018 this hotel is outstanding in many ways.
The staff is professional, helpful, friendly and truly cares.
The room service is fast and efficient, reasonably priced.
The hydro pool and hot tub area are clean and well laid out.
Hotel rooms are in darker decor to improve and invite rest.
An amazing experience.

Nice decor. I stayed in their suite. However, there dust on table, dry stains on coffee table, smudges on wall mirror, dusty table mirror, garbage bin not emptied, hair clip on floor. Staff sounds impatient while talking to them. If only the clean the place better. The place is also very convenient to restuarant and entertainment near by.

Just browsed around the lobby because we are curious that a new Marriott was built in the new "downtown Markham". Open and airy lobby. A fragrant waft of flower scented air freshener could be smelled. Friendly staff. The receptionist came by and asked if we needed anything, and introduced to us that the lobby bar/lounge is 24/7 but no bar services Friday or Saturday nights. Will definitely take advantage of the hotel bar when I'm in the area again.

Great hotel and amenities, especially excellent customer service. Want to mention Leo who went above and beyond in helping us handling a reservation issue. We truly appreciated your help! Highly recommend this property.

Very nice brand new hotel. The rooms are new and functional with the new Marriott design. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. Also had a drink in the bar and it had a good atmosphere. If you have to stay in the suburbs and not downtown this is a great option.

The rooms were really nice. No carpet it was vinyl. Nice mini fridge and a corner couch. The room was well Lindt with a really nice modern bathroom in the King room. Parking is convenient and close. There's a movie theater right across from the hotel and also a milestones in a couple other restaurants. There didn't seem to be a Starbucks or a Tim Horton's within walking distance of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and greeted you every time you went in and out of the hotel.

Great location! Hotel is so new and beautiful! The rooms are amazing and big! Very clean hotel. Worst part about the rooms are that the air vent is blowing on your face the whole night. Other than that it’s amazing!

Gorgeous hotel! Once surrounding shops and restaurants are moved in, it will be a great area to walk around and enjoy! The infinity style indoor pool was a big hit with the kids. Rooms are very clean and spacious as well. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Toronto!

Great room, fantastic service.

Nice design in lobby. Great location as there is a theatre across the street, and numerous options of restaurants to eat lunch and/or dinner. Everything was tidy and clean upon arrival, very nice shower too. As well as the bed, very comfy w/memory foam pillows. Would definitely visit again!

New hotel only open a few days Very nice on a building area of shops and restaurants. There is to be a Ruth’s Chris restaurant in the hotel but it appears it will be 3 months to 1 year according to who in the hotel you talk to. I thought it was open so that was a disappointment but there many restaurants nearby. The rooms are very nice and spacious The pool is a joke.
I like to swim in the morning and the pool is long enough but only 12’ wide. It could have been wider but the choose to make a 4’ x 3” water feature the length for looks instead of usefulness.
One person taking up the middle of the pool as I experienced and there is no room for other people.
That decision maker should be fired for stupidity. The parking garage is handy but gives a bad first impression because the plaster is popping off. My guess due to another bad decision maker plastering in freezing weather. All in all when Ruth’s Chris is open a and more shops built it’s a good place to stay.
