Employees not helpful stay 3 nights and 2 nights was charged 225 and the third night charged 229 for the same room no reason for the room to be more.

A very nice / recommended hotel to stay in.

We went there in a group of 6 got 2 king size atudio. It was so comfortable. Overall service was good.

Excellent facility and location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located near many amenities and offers free parking.

Great hotle with semi good Wi-Fi. The people at the front desk we very nice. The rooms were modern and very spacious. The pool was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint was that the rooms were hot and we had it at the lowest setting all the time.

Horrible customer service here now and wish there was another hotel to transfer too : (suppost to have 2 beds and pull out but no only 2 beds so now one of my kids have to sleep on floor after paying $250 for one night : (will never be back and wont recommend it either!

Great spot! Staff are friendly. Breakfast is decent. Close to lots of amenities… lots! We will stay here again.

The location was great a Costco right near by and a small plaza with a couple food options. Service was good rooms were great hotel was nice and clean. Bit of a mix up with when I ordered my rollaway Good.

The breakfast was good for "on the run". The chambermaid service was horrible. She decided to comtinuosly throw my tea accessories away and re-organize my personal belongings. I won't stay any Hilton hotel chains again.

We've stayed at many Hampton Inn's, this one is not up to the standards of most of the other ones we've stayed at. Next time we visit the area we'll be seeking out a different place to stay. We arrived late on a Friday, the same time as a large tour bus. I was able to use my digital key to get into the Hotel but it did not work for our room, so we had to navigate through a large crowd of tourists in the lobby to get a key. Our room was okay, but there was a large an obvious stain on one of the bed covers that should have been replaced. The pool was out of order and the next day when it opened the chemicals didn't seem to be well balanced. Breakfast was okay but staff in general were not friendly or helpful.

The room was nice and clean. I liked the selection at breakfast the next morning. They had lots of variety and it was filling.

Very happy with this hotel. In fact we drive an extra few minutes away from our venue to go there (vs. Closer hotels). We have always been very content with the VERY helpful staff, rooms, breakfast and amenities. Very clean, abundance or toiletries and towels (we actually forgot some things and they gave us supplies). Kids have fun in the pool and male or female, the exercise room is also adequate to get a decent workout in. We had some issues with screaming kids and noise on one night since we were next to a kids "party room" but we still gave five stars because of how well the staff handled things. You can rest assured that they actually enforce the noise bylaw that they have you sign when checking in which was very much appreciated! We go at least twice a year and will continue to make this hotel our "go to. "

I liked it a lot. The only thing I would change that they put American cheese on the eggs. It wasn't very good. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Last time I was fairly impressed. Free breakfast, big bed, decent sized room. The showers could be nicer. This time, I found a somewhat dubious stain on the fitted sheet and a wad of hair between the blanket and flat sheet (and I wasn't even looking for anything). The Suite Shop could use a better selection also. Many items were out of stock. I would rather have access to a vending machine.

Only decent customer service came from the cleaning staff! Room was not ready at check-in, breakfast was horrible and the front desk manager has no idea what customer service is.

Overall, it was a modern and clean room and hotel. Great breakfast. But that's all the good I can say and the only reason it is getting 3 stars. I booked a room for 3 people. It said it had a fold out couch — it actually had a chaise lounge type CHAIR that I had to sleep on all night because apparently it was still considered a room that sleeps 3. We slept with the TV on to block out the noise of people in the halls all night. Security was abundant but miserable and not addressing noise issues. I needed to reach the front desk but my call was not important as I waited at least 5 minutes to not even be greeted and put on hold — just no answer. The pool was cold and the lock was broken to get into the pool area so you needed to ask to be let it every time you went. Snow removal was very poor. Just not a great experience!

Beautiful new hotel. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Decor is outstanding! Rooms clean and fresh. Beds very comfy.

The place is clean and good service.

They had the heat too high in the common areas and we didn't need the heat on in our room and it was minus 3 outside. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good with lots of choices. They were really helpful and courteous.

Best bang for your buck. I was thoroughly surprised at how stylish and well put together this hotel actually is. No room service but they offer a free breakfast buffet and there are fridges and microwaves in all the rooms. Snacks and free coffee/tea are available in the lobby. In a pinch, they also sell microwavable dinners. There is a good indoor pool and gym and the business centre is small but private. The Hampton Inn exceed my expectations in every way.

I have stayed on two occasions. Staff friendly and attentive. On last visit they immediately changed out the mini-fridge due to noise. Overall, would stay again.

Nice, clean facility with friendly staff — kudos to Jerdene who walked to a neighboring hotel (in sub-zero temps) to borrow a wine opener for me AND delivered it to my room! Now that's customer service :) Well done Hampton Inn, well done.

It was a good room, (I got what was mentioned), however warm water was an issue. Sometimes it would run fine, but most of the time the washroom and kitchen sink only had cold water. Everything else was great.

The king bed suite is very spacious and modern designed. If th broken faucet of shower is fixed, I will give 5 stars.

Greeted in a welcoming and professional manner upon my arrival. The rooms are clean with a traditional contemporary theme. All in all a very good option for my stay.

Comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. Service, amenities and breakfast were good. Great location being at the 407 and 404.

I didn't rent a room but a friend of mine did for him and his groomsmen to get ready for his wedding. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. It was in a great location as it's right next to the 407 and, more importantly, Costco! They also serve breakfast down in the lobby although I didn't eat anything but that's usually a plus!

This is the third new or completely renovated Hampton I've been to in the last couple months. I like them for the price. But as with the other reviews of other locations, the pillows are horrible. Rest of the new rooms are really nice.

Worth every penny! Staff was great and the rooms were amazing! Can't wait to visit again! Dealt with Rebecca/Amanda and they were so nice.

Booked a room with a wedding group and we loved the hotel. The rooms and lobby/hallway are very modern and seem to be brand new. The beds are comfortable and the massaging shower head is amazing. Definitely would stay again.

Great hotel. Clean, spacious and the chap at the front desk was spectacular and accommodating when we checked in.

Rooms were nice, we were a bit loud so it was expected for the front desk to call but other than that it was a good time.

Great hotel conveniently located right art the intersection of 407 and 404 in Markham (north Toronto). Free breakfast has lots of options. Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only here for two nights for a wedding in the area and there were four of us in a room so we opted for the bigger double bedroom option and man, it was SO worth it. I visited a friend in her room and the standard double bedroom was tiny! We would have been on top of each other trying to get ready for the wedding. The bigger double bedroom was a much better choice and actually a really nice room. The only complaint I have about it was the room smelled musty and like feet from the moment we first walked in. It needed to have been aired out but unfortunately doesn't have windows that actually open to bring fresh air in. I didn't get a chance to check out the free breakfast but friends said it was OK.

The hotel is very nice, elegant, clean and employees (Nicole, Joshua and Abraham) are very helpful and friendly. We had king suite, the room is amazing but my kids had hard time filing up the bathtub. The swimming pool is amazing. Water is not bad at all. Highly recommend to have a shower there first before jumping into the pool. … I'm definitely coming back on March break… We had a blast.

My kids and I still staying in this hotel… My kids love staying at this hotel. We love whatever we see here n it's worth it what I have paid for. The employees name Joshua, Nicole n Abraham. They are all very friendly and helped us with a great smile. They have decent breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.
