Hot meals are only available for people who have been vaccinated. Just as I can not tolerate racism I cannot tolerate discrimination.

Don't go there if you like to eat hot! Segregation and discrimination. It's crazy!

Two nights at $450 and no way to provide a proper lunch for those who are not vaccinated?
Appalling and very distressing. Do you know, I'll pass on the news, I will never rent to your hotel chain. Discrimination is NO.

I arrived at this hotel at 8pm. I had a reservation for 2 queens. They overbooked the hotel and no longer had an adequate room for my family. They offered an inadequate room at the same price. When I asked a refund the desk clerk said she wasn't authorized to do that.
terrible customer service. Must be a terrible employer to leave one worker who is unable to do anything. Apparently they can't contact a manager or do anything.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West — Nepean the weekend of our wedding. We also had quite a few guests coming from out of town for our wedding, so we booked a block of rooms in advance. We worked with Kristina to make our group reservation, and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped us through the whole process of reserving and regularly kept us up to date on how the bookings were progressing. She even make sure there was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival! Our stay at the hotel was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, and all of our guests who stayed enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast. The suites were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed, I will not set foot there. I ask for service in French and I get hung up on it twice in a row. Then they say they don't offer this service. I make the reservation in English and the attendant disrespects me since I repeat my reservation to make sure it is correct. So no thanks.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights recently. Our stay was comfortable and clean and quiet for how packed the hotel was. I was disappointed to find that our room did not have a fridge or a microwave as we were from out of town and would have loved to have been able to keep some food in our room. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Great family friendly hotel to stay at. Great location, surrounded by lots of stores and restaurants. Not far from Bayshore mall either! Lovely complimentary breakfast provided. Hotel and the rooms were clean. My only complaint is I wish the rooms brighter, with better lighting. My room included a fridge and microwave which was a HUGE help considering I have a 2 year old. Would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Place seems nice for what you pay. Was visiting someone there to pick up a present for my son. People were friendly and everyone seemed satisfied. Nothing luxurious, but functional, efficient and done properly. Seems to mostly be visiting family and some odd business folks.

I travel quite a lot for work and sometimes have trouble finding a place that will allow early check-in. I called the front desk the day before I was scheduled to work overnight with an arrival time in Ottawa around 08:30 hrs. The front desk woman was very polite and professional and was able to provide a note on file with my reservation to allow for the earliest check-in possible also assuring me that it would not be a problem to allow me in early. True to her word when I called 15 minutes before my arrival they had a room ready at 09:00 hrs for me. Room was neat tidy upon arrival. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The staff did their best to be accomadating and the room was nice, though I think in more a surface sort of way. A closer look at walls, doors, and cupboards lead me to believe that perhaps they hadn't been cleaned for a long time. My largest problem honestly had to do with the breakfast provided and the fact that all utensils and plates are single use items. Styrofoam and plastic. They post signs in the bathrooms about trying to save the planet and then needlessly waste 100s of plates, cups, and utensils every morning? The breakfast is a sit down breakfast all in one room. The guests do not go anywhere, and I'm sure the hotel already has a dishwasher in the kitchen for things like cooking utensils. And even if it doesn't it, it does not excuse the fact that this blatant disregard for the environment could be easily averted. I was very disappointed in this.

Hotel was very clean. Unfortunately, the hotel was overbooked, and as such did not receive the room I had pre-booked. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was etible; typical cheap breakfast food, nothing special. Morning staff was very friendly but night staff was very quiet and not very helpful.

The place was very nice. It was within walking distance of several shops and food establishments. It looked very nice. The staff were pleasent and efficient at their jobs.

Really great free breakfast included with your stay: Eggs, bacon, pancakes, sausage, sorted breads and buns, muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, coffee. There's a small gym and pool also on site. The Wi-Fi is actually decent, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is quite clean, and the rooms are well kept.

The hotel is very new and clean. The pool is very nice, it is on the smaller side but it's used so infrequently by other guests that it is practically a private pool. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in bells corners.

This place is definitely overrated. The vent in our room made a lot of noise and didn't let us sleep well. There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was also poorly maintained. The worse part is that we ended up paying the same fee as a 4-star hotel!

We recently rented the smaller Eagleson board room for sales training. Room was adequate for 6 people and equipped with a white board and tv. Staff is attentive to our needs. The room was clean and stocked with water daily. They have a great menu for catering should you require. We look forward to coming back. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the treats at the staff social bake sale. Room clean and nice. All and all a great stay.

I attended a company conference. The room was a bit small for the number of attendees, but it was still comfortable. Lighting was good, and there was a wall of windows. We were kept with coffee, drinks, and light snacks. Lunch was a simple but tasty buffet of sandwich wraps, veggies, and dessert treats.

Great stay, very friendly staff and very clean. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Only minor thing was thermostat only went up to 25C, and if it went over +0.5 degrees or more it would kick in the AC on a cold winter night. But I would definitely visit again.

Th staff was so welcoming and delightful. They were a little long getting the crib to the room as they got so busy and so when they did bring it, the clerk came up and apologized and gave my daughter a gift bag with goodies in it for all. How thoughtful. Would stay here any time we are in town for a Sens game or for any other reasons.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! This hotel makes themselves an option for a children’s hockey tournament then sends out a waiver 2 days prior to your stay stating their ridiculously strict policies! So instead of giving this information 4 months prior at the time of reserving the LARGE number of rooms an entire team gives them, they wait until it’s too late to cancel and find other options. The waiver mentioned above states that we cannot make any noise what so ever any hours during the day (among MANY other rules) — yet they want a group of 10 year old hockey players to book with them? After the hotel staff and general manager harassed me many times-because I was the one organizing the booking for our group — they then brought police to our floor and told us we were getting kicked out! Not once were the occupants of the rooms in question spoken to directly and yet they try to kick us out. As a person with common sense I totally understand that other patrons are paying for their rooms as well and would not expect to not be held accountable if I was in the wrong-but to tell me that I need to be completely quite during the day and to make me force my children to whisper while sitting in my room — that I paid for just like everyone else — is absolutely disgusting!

This is our go to hotel for staying at Sens games. Easy to get to off the highway. The beds are so comfy and MASSIVE! Oversized King! We eat dinner at an awesome gastro pub in the plaza next door! The breakfast in the morning is plentiful, hot and service is great. Something that you don't commonly find for a complimentary breakfast!
The best part about these beds are the massive amounts of pillows marked firm and soft. Fit for a princess!

I attended a workshop held in this hotel and I was given an opportunity to spend a night here. The room was clean and we had a view that's better than other hotels in Ottawa west area. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Lovely room. Big bed. Great staff. The breakfast was decent, better than other hotels I've stayed at. No mini fridge which was kind of lame.

Stayed a week. Overall an acceptable stay. Hot/cold breakfast selection is good. Room was adequate. Rug in room dirty and stained. Bathoom not incredibly clean either. Last night was very loud because hotel allowed a party until 2am. Residents were bragging about it the next morning — how hotel staff gave them more time to cecebrate their kids' team's sport victory. Bed very comfortable. Room amenities good. Would stay again if I could not find anything else, but probably the lowest quality Holiday Inn I have stayed at… and I have stayed at many.

Enjoyed my recent stay in this hotel during my short trip in Ottawa. A place filled with sincere staff with sincere service. Easy access and cleaned room.

Stayed here for 2 nights while we were in for a wedding. Room was very nice clean. Maid service was a little lacks. The 2nd night we noticed there were only 1 set of towels. We were 2 people. Brought it to attention of desk. All we got were excuses. There are other options in the area. Maybe next time we'll try those.

Such friendly and helpful staff! Super clean. Super comfy. Perfect location to everything needed. Right next to grocery store a bonus! Pool is clean.

The front desk was very personable and helpful. I stayed in. 2 bedroom suite that came with the standard amenities. It was clean for the most part. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

A good stay but would have benefited from a kettle, fridge and microwave in the regular rooms as longer stays or people here for work could make tea without the keurig in the evening as they worked or early in the morning. The people were pleasant, kind, helpful and all around amazing. The breakfast is actually pretty good as well.

Arrived late at night. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and organized. Elevator was out of order overnight which caused a big backup in the morning. Otherwise stay was very pleasant. I'm sure they will have it fixed soon.

Giving it 1 stars as there was a damn JR hockey tournament going on and we had kids running and screaming playing floor hockey up and down the hall on my floor running in and out of rooms till 11pm if it wasn't for me calling security who knows how long it would have went on.

Extremely clean, excellent smelling hotel, rooms were very large and open feeling. Overwhelmingly surprised at the room quality for the price.

Nice room… clean, modern and comfortable. I am a smoker and they don't have a designated area so that was inconvenient. Had to go out front door into the parking lot.

The room was exceptional and the restaurant staff great. In the morning I had meetings running over past my checkout time. I called the front seat they we very accomodating. I managed to be done by 12:30. They waved rhe charge. The front desk was so helpful. I will certainly be back again.
