The location of the hotel is excellent. You are within walking distance of everything and the parking fee is reasonable for the area. Though, I didn't like the fact I needed to pay for parking as a hotel guest. Also their is a pretty nice breakfast buffet but it is not complimentary. The pool is excellent, a large pool with a deep end, a nice kiddie pool, a sort of jacuzzi that all are very nice. They also had a suana though I didn't use it. The rooms themselves were a little run down but they had everything you needed but a microwave. The heat/ac worked great and there was a nice balcony. The shower was nice but for some reason the temperature wasn't stable all the time. The Wi-Fi worked fine for the most part, I had issue but I think it might have been my phone not the hotel. The only complaint I had were the lack of outlets and I found a spare blanket that smelled like urine. It was hidden away so I think the cleaning ladies just missed it. Overall a good hotel I would recommend and use again.

The outside of the hotel looks awful! When we went inside the hotel has a welcoming feeling. I got up to my room and we were at the top floor and at the end. We had a breath taking view of the falls. I was speech! Great hotel even better service.

Went there with an organized tour. The location is great since it is a 5 minutes walk from the falls. The bed was comfortable. However, the room that I stayed in was decorated in a very old fashion, it isn't modern at all. Very nice breakfast buffet though!

From the US — 1st hotel after customs (exit right towards “The Falls”), so, super simple! Wonderful staff, beautiful views, clean rooms w/balcony, very close to an amazing hiking trail (Niagara Glen Trail), walking distance to downtown, & an incredibly relaxing jacuzzi! Can’t say enough good things. The perfect vacation.

Great big rooms and nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. View on Niagara Falls is there if you book a room on the upper floors! There's a swimming pool too. Would totally recommend!

Good hotel, the falls were a little further away than expected. The parking is paid (15$/day) as is the breakfast buffet (10$/person. The pool/ hot tub is open until 11pm which was really nice. Overall friendly staff, and a good experience!

Reasonable price. I probably would have given a higher rating of my room were facing the falls and not the parking lot, but I guess that is why I found the price to be amenable. Wifi could've been better.

Room was nice but hotel was outdated. Water in the shower was awful, would go from boiling hot to cold every other minute. Great location and loved the balcony! Would stay again for a cost effective night in Niagara.

Outdated. Thread bare carpets, loose wall paper. Loose ceiling tiles and mould in bathhroom. Old furniture. Room view onto rear carpark. Good location being exploited hence price. Came for 1 night in April, no breakfast as out of season. Must be better places nearby.

If your looking for a reasonably priced hotel located near the falls then look no further. I had the pleasure of staying at the Travel lodge for 4 nights and I had no complaints. If I had to say anything negative it would be the small size of the hotel as well as the age, the wallpaper was pealing and shower head was beaten up a little in our room, also we were supposed to get a room with a Jacuzzi tub and king sized bed with our Groupon but we did not. They had a very nice pool, hotub, and sauna available to all guests which I took advantage of several times. I did not use there gym or try there food but I could only assume they were great as well. I will definitely try and stay here again on my next visit to the Falls!

Rooms are small and outdated, but clean and cozy. Stayed on a Sunday/Monday and had the pool to ourselves! Pool, hot tub and sauna were really nice, the kids had a blast! Close enough to walk to Clifton Hill and the falls. Didnt have a view, but didn't spend much time in the room anyways.

I honestly won't be staying anywhere else with my husband when visiting Niagara. Can I just say WOW! This weekend started off rough and ended on such an amazing HIGH note. Hubby and I booked at another hotel prior to booking with Travel lodge and the reservations did not work out there due to health reasons. Went online to book a room with Travel Lodge and somehow got booked in error. Not a problem. Erica and Shawn, (hope I spelled their names out correctly), dealt with the situation quickly, professionally and successfully. We got two nights with them (jacuzzi room) at such an amazing price… Erica threw in a bottle of wine and chocolate… Shawn threw in breakfast on the house! I mean, if that isn't A+ service, what the heck is? Going over and beyond for customers, treating them like family… making them feel at home. This was the perfect little getaway we needed. Shawn and Erica, you both exemplify the true characteristics of what a professional customer service individuals should be. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful and we will BE BACK.

Exceptional service however room was cold and I think that's due to building design. Large windows that need to be sealed better; outlet in the room didn't work but I'd still give it a 4 as they checked me in early and brought a small heater when I called stating it was cold.

The staff was great, very nice and helpful. The room that we had wasn't the greatest the heater didn't work and they did have anyone there that day to look at it. The lady at the front desk gave us a space heater for the room. Building doesn't look in great of shape.

Good price and good view on… the river. Breakfast limited and not included. No disturbing noise. Correct Service. Gym and Swimmingpool. Good Weekend.

Room was non-smoking. However, the entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, so some rooms obviously allowed smoking. That smell wafted into my room. All night. Door to the room barely closed. I could hear outside hallway noise. All night. Don't stay here.

We stayed here 12/28/17. I paid $106 + $15 to park. It's old, the rooms have cracks in the ceiling, bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no hot water, I reported when we were leaving. She said do you want me to go check it. Please I'm 45 yrs old. I know how to check the water. I asked for a credit and or something. She return $15 parking fee. I am planning to go back to the Falls this Summer but we will not being going back there. Fallacies is a home too. You have to go out on the balcony and turn your head in the right way to see the small tiny portion of The Falls.

Good value for money with the exception of the parking fee of $16.95. You need to take this into account when booking. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and most attractions. Hotel is older but well kept. Beds were comforable and fresh. Pool area was spotless and water temperature was perfect. Pool was not open until 9 am which I thought was a bit to late. I am in my 50's and like to swim before breakfast. 8 am is the norm for most hotel pools. We had a balcony but no view of the falls. As long as the prices are reasonable, this is a nice no frills place to stay. We will stay again.

Room was very cold and drafty. Heat fan is very loud in the room. Poor housekeeping, dirty cutlery was left behind and coffee cups too. Hotel is dated. Very close to falls and entertainment district. Will not return to this location. Hotel needs to be upgraded. Perhaps due to holiday season had to call out for someone at front desk, it was always empty.

Rooms are affordable and in a good location. Looks questionable from the outside but is actually quite cozy inside. Some of the rooms are great and even have a jacuzzi. They are well furnished.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Can see American falls from front of lobby. Located on green line for WEGO Bus tour line. Nice indoor pool and hot tub.

The stay was very nice; very friendly staff; when available. Close to all amenities. The room however could use some work. There was mold in the shower tiling; burn marks on the floor. As well as very old fashion. Good for the price and location though.

The Hotel is quite dated. You can tell it is old by the decor, but guess what? I was there to sleep and that I did. The beds were good, water was warm. All I needed and very close to all that Niagara Falls has to offer. All this for a reasonable price Would most definitely stay there again.

Great staff. Incredibly helpful and kind. We had an issue with our shower and maintenance was at our door within 2 mins. Hotel is a bit dated but you don't really notice. Super clean and beds are really comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

It was a nice hotel. Strong smell of sewers on first and third floor. I do not recommend.

It's good as a place not too far from tourist attractions and just ready enough to make it to walk, the pool is great for this relax a bit.

Odd parking (involving inconvenient spaces and extra walking). Fun spacious room in an outdated style (decor, wallpaper, romantic jetted tub) with nice tv. View of the falls is hindered by the bridge & a stoplight. We paid quite a bit extra for Chocolates & wine that were not in the room but handed to you at check in (not so romantic). Box of chocolates was actually a bag of individually wrapped Russell Stovers caramel candy, and bottle of wine came with no glasses. Mediocre to poor internet. HUGE Furniture waste of just thrown outside items, and inconvenience of new furniture being moved in. Late check out by 1 hour is 1/2 the room cost plus taxes. Recommend finding a different hotel!

Service was horrible, they made you come to the lobby to get whatever you asked room service for. Also there was a lot of mosquitos in the room at night. Overall the stay wasn't pleasant so many hidden fees.

For the price u cant go wrong especially through groupon. No mini fridge and out dated. But location location.

Stayed in the gone with the wind room, love the in room hot tub, the view from the balcony is decent although the balcony itself could use a bit better furniture, perhaps a table. Overall happy with my stay and I would come back to this hotel.

Located along Niagara Falls. Walking distance to Clifton Hills. Rooms were small with very few amenities. Hotel is older and parking is very inconvenience. Advertise free breakfast but the buffet is $10 per person. Not very clean area.

Worst Customer service, the front desk manager is very rude. They don't care about true emergencies even though we are very regular customers with Wyndham and had never cancelled any reservations with them. This was our first time and they would not consider it despite knowing the cause "Joy" the front end was extremely rude. Might want to consider staying with them in case if you are from out of town and any emergencies happen.

Great price point. Very satisfied, though at first disappointed. At first I was disappointed because they charged me $15 dollars per day for parking in addition to my 3-night stay. After exploring the area around Niagara Falls, I realized that the price point is worth it for the close location and comparatively cheap parking ($18-20 per day elsewhere). The falls and other attractions are all within walking distance of this hotel with a good view. The room is somewhat outdated with a few pieces of awkward furniture, but the cleanliness of the room more than makes up for it. The $8.99 breakfast buffet can't be beat. It was good and the staff was friendly.

Should not be put which has a view of the falls. It's not fake but they look just a little bit and far.

Bring your own portable heat if you are staying during the winter months… the room was freezing Watch when you book through groupon that the hotel doesn't charge you for an upgraded room… River view… $45 extra a night. Staff was great but hotel was very out dated… Bed was comfortable though.

My favourite place to stay in Niagara. Took my son there twice when visiting for Comicon. Easy parking, easy going staff. Clean and close to everything.

4.5 stars to this economical inn. GREAT location, Great staff, GREAT rate via Groupon. Many extras included with stay. Parking is only $10 extra, this place has a kid pool which my daughter loved. Not many hotels have this for the price. Pros outweigh the cons of this Inn. Pros: Location, staff, bonuses, pool and spa, economical breakfast buffet, cheap parking, clean rooms, quiet, economy. Cons: outdated and a little worn looking. We will stay again. Not a luxury hotel, but we were not in Niagara to stay in a room, we used it for sleeping a quick pool dip.

It is a nice place with a view of the bridge that connects the USA.
