Very nice hotel. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Hotel is very clean, rooms are the same, very clean and nice.

We stayed at the hotel awhile back and it was fine. My complaint has to do with IHOP and the crazy prices they charge. For a family of 4 expect to pay over $130 just for breakfast.
I would avoid this restaurant if possible.

The view and the value. The staff are very friendly. And genuinely so. No pretentiousness at all. Just wonderful people taking car of us. Parking was a cinch. And of course l can't say enough about the view. This was a return visit for us and we'll definitely be back again.

Great views. Great location. Great staff. We have been to the falls numerous times and are not shocked by the price of things. If you want to stay at in the fallsview area be ready to pay. There are less expensive places that are just as nice but you don't get the view. This is an older building but still in very good condition. Our room was smaller than many hotel rooms we have stayed in, but it was just two of us and it was fine.

Great views and lovely room. The ac was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Worth it for the amazing view of the falls and fireworks. Off site parking was pricey but safe and the transport came very quickly each time. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. First of all I was twice charged for accommodation plus I was charged $ 150 extra as a security Deposit. The money was not returned, they did not return any security Deposit or money for a double transaction. However when I called the hotel and they said that I made two times the money they said they can't be that they removed only once, but when I checked the transaction history of my banking account it clearly shows a double withdrawal and the money is not in my counting. Secondly, the room was poorly cleaned. Black hair was in the tub on the toilet and on the pillow in the bedroom, as well near the trash in the bedroom was lying a piece of paper. When I went downstairs and told the receptionist about his discovery, the girl said that will send the cleaner to the room. But when I came back, nothing had changed. There was still hair in the tub and the bed hadn't been changed. I want to thank the hotel for ruining the end of my vacation.

I had such a nice stay at this hotel. Its not your typical hotel. They need to post the 35.00/ night valet. Also the 25. /day service fee. That said, It has an indoor observation deck. And an Ihop the next floor up (more great view)

So far this hotel is better then embassy suites. Not over crowded at all. Plus here they know the real meaning of hospitality and customer service. So no more embassy suites. I rather pay my money to the hotel, who appreciate my business instead of giving me attitude and make me run around.

The staff is friendly and the view from the room is amazing! Laying here now, just listening to the falls. Yes, you have to ride a separate elevator to the penthouse floor but that’s part of the adventure. There are plenty of places and restaurants within walking distance if you don’t bring a car and other parking garages close by if you do. We are having a great time.

Great view, great atmosphere. My girlfriend loved the king suite with the Fallsview. The room could be bigger but it was perfect for a couples retreat, no questions asked.

Staff was amazing, very friendly. View is selling point of room. Amazing view. Other than that, room is kinda small; had to call front desk for iron. If your staying in Niagara and don't care about the view there are cheaper options for more space. Update: Booked through booking. Com. Before booking I called the hotel to find out about extra charges. They said yes there is a $29 fee. After checking out I got charged another attractions fee that I was not informed of meaning the room cost way more than expected. This room was not worth the cost.

We could get the central view of the falls and it was an amazing experience. The staff try their best to accommodate us in the best possible unit available, and attempt their best to fulfill any requests! The stay was undoubtedly memorable! There is IHOP restaurant in the hotel, and the bills are not included in the hotel booking cost. The price is on the higher end, however there are affordable breakfast buffet options right in front of the hotel.

The Tower Hotel is a very nice hotel located close to Niagra Falls. They have several rooms that face the falls and rooms the face the city. The room we stayed in was facing the city but they had a lounge that every guest had access to that had a wonderful view of Niagra Falls. The rooms were fairly small but was big enough for a king-size bed. It was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Rooms were a bit hot and struggled to cool down to a comfortable temp.

Good value for the price we got on Groupon! Bed was super comfy and room was clean. I liked the updates and color schemes throughout the hotel. Rooms are small! Just enough room to walk around the bottom of the bed. Did I mention the falls view? Spectacular! I would have gave 5 stars but parking is absurd in this town. This hotel wants 45.00 a night in Canadian or 36.00 American a night to park. Parking is prime real estate in this town!

This is a really nice facility. My wife and I stayed for our anniversary a couple years ago and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable. This time we went to a small get together with friends. The experience was no different with great staff and atmosphere.

The pictures are not at all wht the hotel looks like! My husband and I drove for 8.5 hours through the night to get there. We asked to check in early and the front desk person told us he couldn't help us until 4pm. We offered to pay for an early check in and we were still told no. Then we fine out it was $35/day to park. Groupon says they offer complimentary breakfast and dinners but in reality it $20 off and over priced meal. The valet/doorman was the best person un the hotel.

Rooms are small, clean but weird aroma. Quite old infrastructure. Good view though. We had city view but I would prefer fall view one. Nothing complimentary not ever a water bottle, that was weird.

Rooms are really small and the services are really bad. Don’t expect any help or support from the staff. The view from the hotel is amazing. Phones do not work properly so you have to go down to the main lobby for any assistance. You need to be at least a lift technician to function the elevators especially the ones on the 29th floor and up.

Room is very clean. Fast prompt service if help is needed. Walking distance to Fallsview Casino and can the Keg plus countless other Restaurants.

Room 2701 has an awesome view of the entire falls. It had a microwave, refrigerator, sink, table, chairs, couch, tvs in each room when we stayed. We left long enough to get dinner & brought it back to our room. The view with the changing colored lights on the Falls was so amazing we watched them until they shut them off. The morning sunrise was pretty too. We parked at the casino parking garage, played some before we got our room & it didn’t cost us anything for our parking the next day. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again if we could get that same room!

We loved the view and we had a city view room as the falls view rooms were sold out, a wall full of windows in both the main room and the bathroom. The elevator ride was fun as it takes a bit to reach the top. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and clean bright white, plenty of pillows. The staff were friendly and valet was great even though pricey. I do suggest that they put coffee makers and a microwave in the rooms as I had brought dinner back and couldn't heat it up and no coffee… ugh. Next time we stay I'll bring my own coffee maker. Also, if you want to pay $30 for an omelette with no toast and almost $5 for coffee then eat at the IHOP, I don't think the view is worth the price of the food and coffee. Will never eat at that restaurant again, completely overpriced. Overall we really liked this hotel and really loved the view! We will stay again.

If you love the feel and experience of being on top of the world this is your place! I LOVED my time here even though it was short! I can't wait to come back and your near everything! The valet service is top notch! So kind and so enjoyable to talk with! I would come back just because of the valet service! Thank you for a night I won't soon forgot! ❤

Not a good experience. We paid for a luxury king falls view on the top floor and the only view we had was of the reflection in the hotel next to us. The room was dirty we found hair on the top of the bed, in the sink and the curtains didn't open all the way. Service wasn't bad.

The room, although small, offers a very nice view. Quite close to activities and tourist attraction. The staff are helpful, although I would have expected better (we had a water problem flowing from the ceiling, in the bathroom and they gave us towels for mopped as well as simple excuse). On the other hand, no parking at the hotel, it is absolutely necessary to do business with the valet service.

Overall was very satisfied with the beautiful view. However the place was just a bit dated and the TV was very small. Could use a bit of a refresh and parking was $30 so I ended up parking at the casino. Bed was very comfortable though.

I'll give a 2 just for the windows and view. BUT my last visit was shocking! First off the room I had booked wasn't ready at check in time, claiming it was not cleaned nor were the people out of the room yet. It was supposed to be a full falls view and I even called one month in advance to get a specific room. Waited 2 hours and they gave me the wrong room, (half falls view, half looking inside another hotel) and still charged for the better room! Looked past that because the room was nice but later that night walking to the bathroom I got a shard of glass in my toe from the carpet! Then check out time we were informed that all my trash was searched! Plus the window in my room was broken and able to be pushed out! (Pictures of broken window upon arrival) 3rd time there and was shocked about my stay this time I must say! We even left early to be respectful, cleaned the room and gathered our garbage, the women didn't want to listen to what I had to say about our stay when leaving either! : (

Where to start?
We made a reservation back in July for a King Deluxe Falls View room for New Years. At check in, we were told the King Deluxe Falls View is actually a City View, but our particular room had a partial view of the Falls. Seems none of the King Deluxe rooms have a falls view, and only a very few have a partial view. So why advertise it as such?
Also at reservation time, we were told there was a VIP lounge we would be able to access on the 25th floor, only to find out at check in, it was shut down a couple months ago, and is being converted to a second floor for the severely overpriced IHOP ($50 for two people) on the 26th floor. Beautiful view of the Falls, however.
For our inconvenience (or their false advertising) they did offer us free breakfast, at the Embassy Suites next door, and two Wine Tour Passes, nice idea, but how many vineyards are open New Years Day? None. And it's not exactly the thing to do when it's 10 degrees outside. So they gave us a discount on parking.
Our room was on the 30th floor, which means you take the freezing cold elevator (seems a design flaw) to the 29th floor, then a small, weird elevator to the "Penthouse" 30th floor? They have three elevators which lets you off at three different spots in the lobby which is rather confusing at first.
Hallways are narrow, so when we are trying to get to our room, and the Housekeeping cart is in the hall because at 3pm they're still not done cleaning rooms, (3pm guys?

Second time staying, great service, friendly staff, amazing views from falls view guest rooms; in tasteful contemporary decor, make for an amazing cozy viewing box for the falls, both day and night. Was not impressed when calling down to the front desk on two separate occasions (three times each) to ask questions, only to be greeted by the hotels voice mail, I understand the business can be busy but Wednesday morning?

Beautiful location to visit.

It was a little retro but the staff was great and went above and beyond. The view was incredible. It was a great experience and especially big thank you Sky for helping me out with the room and amenities. Absolutely amazing service.

Located nearby Fallsview Casino, this hotel has beautiful views of the falls or the city (depending on what room you booked). The room I got felt a bit small, but it was very clean. If you like TV be wary there was only one channel but it's random. So at times I got fox or sometimes the news but it makes up for the amazing wide view the falls and everything else you can see from your room. People from the other hotel can peer right into your room so keep that in mind (good thing for curtains). A group of students jumped and waved at me across another hotel nearby I did the same.

The view exceeded our expectations. By that, I mean not only did we get to see the falls, but we could also watch each other use the bathroom. The bathroom had a glass wall, allowing no privacy for others in the room. The falls view was nice though. The bed was comfy. The room was very SMALL. Internet was pretty much at a snail's pace. The best part about the whole thing was the valet. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Dennis, I think. Cool guy. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The only reason I give it even 2 stars is because the valet guy was so cool.

I had booked a falls view deluxe king room a few weeks before arrival. This trip was for our anniversary and having the falls view room was important to me for our stay. At check in I was told they overbooked and falls view was not available, only city view. They told me they would give me $40 off the price (considering city view is a cheaper rate this was hardly an appeasement) and free parking. As parking with the hotel was $32 however there is a $5 parking lot around the corner. Needless to say I was highly disappointed and not really appeased by this offer. However after a 7 hour drive I did not particularly want to hotel hop the area to see what was available and in my price range. I stayed at the tower and while I have no complaints for the room itself, I had a lovely view of the neighboring Marriott hotel to enjoy a romantic evening with my guy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not told that only ice machine on ground floor. Restaurant only open 2 days a week in hotel! NO curtain in bathroom! Free show for neighbouring hotel when u take a shower! Front desk NOT helpful with any issue and the room description was misleading and we ended up with NO view of the falls and a bathroom with a full view for others to watch us. BTW, did we run out of money for the room curtains cause they barely fit.

My wife and I had planned a trip to visit the Niagara Falls earlier this October and made reservations at the Tower Hotel on Expedia for TD. We booked a room we originally thought would have a view of the falls and a bathtub as they have advertised on their website; however, when we arrived we were told that the deluxe room only has a view of the city and has only a shower. We showed them the pictures that are on their website advertising as The Tower Hotel Fallsview Room, but they ignored our protest and insisted that we were the ones that had made a mistake. The pictures attached below are screen shots of the hotel room I had booked and what we stayed in. The screen shots show that the Tower Hotel falsely advertised their hotel rooms with both the title and the pictures presented on their website. We flew all the way from Calgary for a trip that we have planning for months, and the Tower Hotel’s attitude towards their customer was thoroughly disappointing. I ask to please make us the last victims of their false advertising and demand that they change the pictures and the title they have on their website so that no one else falls for the Tower Hotel’s cheap trick.

Beautiful room! City view with falls view at the side window is enough to satisfy. King bed is super comfy. Great location. Highly recommend. Room with full falls view would get the 5 stars.

I wouldn't give this hotel even one star! It was a horrible experience the hotel room & walkway were small & musky smelling. Everything was outdated, our mirror tables were broken then taped up, our shower had mold all over the walls, and the sheets were scratchy. We found ants on the bed and spiders all over the outer windows. For over $300 for one night it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The receptionist who helped us was very rude, we were told after we seen the room and wanted to leave that we didn't have to stay here but we still had to pay for the room because we checked in.

They messed up our room reservation. We paid for a room with a view of the falls and they said we did not. We had to argue with staff and provide documention of our reservation before they changed our room when originally they refused to change our room unless we were willing to be charged an extra room upgrade fee per night. The second night we recieved two calls after 2:30 am to confirm the spelling of my name by lobby staff due to booking mix ups. The hotel view and location was great the room was clean but restroom is small… So that's why I rated it as 3 stars. We paid valet parking as well which was okay. They shuttle you to an off site parking lot whenever you need your car.

The view is beautiful, but not worth the price. They advertise the room we are in as a 'luxury' room, but it is very basic, but the view! There is bottled water to be found, no coffee makers in suite, and the Wi-Fi is painfully slow. I had asked at booking for some assistance in making our stay for our 25th anniversary special, but got no help. I would recommend steering clear of this hotel and going next door!

This hotel is very misleading. The view is beautiful but that is about the only thing this overpriced hotel has going for it. We arrived to a young woman working at the front desk who had no idea what she was doing. We got up to our room which was very small and it was dirty. I called down to order a glass of wine. Turns out they do not have a liquor licence. In fact they do not even have a restaurant. All vending machines were empty. The lady at the front desk said they usually are always empty. I tried to watch some the football game but the TV was so small and terrible quality it wasn't worth it. We asked for a late check out and twice we had a maid walk in on us. Basically you're paying for an overpriced very small room with a bed. Again, the view was stunning but nothing else was appealing about this hotel. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Very misleading when booking a room. Booked a Falls view room and when I confirmed it with them, they said that in fact the room is a City View and that you can see the falls from their observation deck. When booking this hotel, you will see: Room type 1 King Bed Deluxe Falls View Room But this according to them, this is a city view. Beware of this when booking, you are being misled. When I asked for a Fallsview room I was told that they had none available and wouldn't refund the money because I was inside their cancellation window. Staying at the Hilton now and it's far nicer with amazing views, friendly staff that appreciate your business.

The reception as the room is deplorable the air conditioning does not work one waits for the maintenance man there is a smell of moisture in the room more than unpleasant one has only a desire to leave the best at the earliest there is no restaurant as was said in one of the reviews and the view of the falls is cut by a large building in front we had booked a room on the 29th floor you find yourself in a room looking more like a maid than a 4 star room to access it take the lift J Usqu'au 29th Floor And then we are forced to take in escalator one person at a time because it automatically locked.

Highly recommended! We had incredible views from our room. There's no parking on-site, so we took advantage of the valet service. This is considerably more expensive than using one of the public parking facilities nearby, but it's much more convenient: a nice no-hassle option if you don't feel like dragging all your luggage around the city. The hotel is relatively small, which we liked—no long waits at the elevator! Our guest room was small but beautifully decorated, and with the high ceiling and immense wall of windows, you won't feel cramped. The shower was a tall person's dream! Plenty of room, and the shower head height can be adjusted! The hotel is located near lots of the local attractions, too. Wonderful stay!

Nice boutique hotel. Nice services and valet parking very good. Well located with the Niagara Falls on the back… so from your room you have the most amazing view at day and night. Nice restaurant and have breakfast in the cafe in the lobby.

This small hotel is great. The only rooms are at the top of the tower so the views are excellent — especially if you are on the falls view side. The restaurant is nice and serves good food. The hotel is boutique style and very friendly and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the valets very friendly. The location is perfect for access to the falls via the vernacular railway.

The room is a bit small but cozy, Very helpful and friendly staff, just keep in mind there is no pool on premises (I didn't know…) I paid for a Cityview But got a Canadian Fallsview (room # 3009) I would recommend this hotel.

Stay in a Fallsview-room during Easter break. Kind welcome by the receptionist during check-in and thereafter. The room had a superb view overlooking both American and Canadian falls. Clean rooms, thanks to Brittany xo, our floor's housekeeper! Also generous check-out time in view of bad weather conditions, given that they were not busy on the day. Highly recommended for your Niagara falls stay!

Great view. Friendly staff. Didn't expect the view to be so great! This location made topped off our stay to Niagara Falls! Very close to everything. Parking is available at location by valet. Paid public parking is not far away.

The hotel itself was very cool! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful view from the penthouse floor, even the city view! The only complaint would be that because our stay occurred during the winter and the rooms feature large windows, our room was quite cold, but the staff did everything they could within their power to help. Would stay again!

Would NOT recommend this hotel. We were charged almost $300 to stay one night in a room that's no bigger then a shoebox. Our TV was dated from 1991 and only had one channel. The view was nothing special and certainly not worth the price tag. The staff did not seem to care that we were unhappy with the accommodations. We had booked a 2 night stay however after feeling ripped off we left first thing in the morning and booked our second night at a different hotel. Overpriced. Your better off going to best western for half the price.

If I could give this hotel 5 additional stars, I would! I truly enjoyed myself at The Tower Hotel! The combination of great customer service, great location, and great food is the reason I will always stay here whenever I am at the Falls. I visited this past weekend to celebrate a really great friend's birthday. From the moment I booked and followed up to request the best room possible, everything was PERFECT! The front desk staff was simply amazing and made sure every need was met. The pictures on the website hardly compare to the awesomeness that is in each room. They graciously placed us in room 2902 which has a lovely view of the falls and the city. It was perfect and PINK! The valet was very efficient and they allowed us to leave our car even after we checked out on Sunday! Can't beat that! Amy was our housekeeper and the only regret I have is not having any cash-American or Canadian-to leave her! The room was perfect-I am big on details and they nailed it! The restaurants are a must eat! The breakfast bistro on the first floor was delicious and affordable! Marilyn's restaurant is sophisticated and satisfying! We had a birthday reservation and the hostess immediately told my friend happy birthday before escorting us to the BEST seat in the house! Chief TinTin posed with us for a photo and even had the birthday girl delivered a special dessert! The food was fresh and filling! I could go on and on about this hotel but I hope you get my drift. If you can, STAY HERE!
