The room was very nice and clean, but my bed was hard. I woke up with my back hurting. Comfort Inns usually have really comfortable beds, so I don’t know if it was just this room. The hotel has a great location and a really nice pool area. You have to pay to park $18 Canadian and it seems there may not be enough parking. This was the first weekend in June which is not even peak season yet and there were only a couple spaces left. It would be crazy to pay for it and not have a place to park. I think the rate was really reasonable and overall it was a nice hotel.

Clean, quiet, and awesome staff who are nice and friendly. The young lad at the front made sure that we had a room with a view of the falls. Rooms are very clean and the bed was comfy. Our breakfast was good as well. We even met up with very nice fellow visitors at the motel and throughout everywhere we went in Niagara Falls.

It really is comfortable at a good price. The room is clean and the beds are so comfortable with more than enough pillows to help the comfort level rise. I wasn't able to try there breakfast on the count of me sleeping like a baby. I'll definitely be back.

Great customer service, room was beautiful, we stayed on the first day of the new breakfast room and although it was hard to find, we ended up finding it and really enjoying our breakfast. The new room is much better than the previous time we stayed. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

My husband and I have stayed here 4 yrs in a row for our anniversary while we pretend to be tourist (I am from the Niagara region). It is not a fancy hotel, but it is AFFORDABLE clean, comfortable, great staff, breakfast is decent, and you can walk anywhere from it. Leave your car parked in the lot and walk to the Hill in 20 mins max. Love it!

Stayed at the Comfort Inn about a week ago on a weekend trip to Fallsview. Managed to snag the room for $70 taxes in, which was pretty good compared to the jacked up prices I'm seeing now. I was actually quite impressed with how nice the room and the lobby was, very clean and proper. Enjoyed my stay, was very comfortable and the staff were accommodating of my late checkout request. Note that they try to gouge you for $18 parking fee, however I didn't pay that because I just parked in the Casino for free. It looses a star because the breakfast hours of 6-9am is a joke, a lot of people are staying here because they want to party at Fallsview and nobody is going to get up before 9am for breakfast if they went to sleep at 3am. Also they gave me a wheelchair accessible room when I asked for a regular, please be more careful next time. If I could snag the comfort in between 70-90 bucks a night I would stay here again for sure.

Had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and the location was great for the conference that I was attending. We had a breakfast included in the rate as well so didn't have to worry about finding something within budget. There is also Wi-Fi to stay connected with loved ones back home. Had a 'Fallsview' room — so was able to see a little bit of the Falls in between the other hotels across the street. For the rate it is a great place to stay!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The price was very reasonable and we were within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our floor smelt a little smokey but it wasn't overwhelming.

Basement rooms beware. Never book room here. Even though they have rooms at top floors they give you just ground floor rooms. Also no microwave at the rooms. They have basement rooms. Beware if the staff says room no from 100 to 110 just don't book here. It's real basement. Call and confirm before you book. They have 8 floors.

Out of all the hotels in Niagara Falls, this Comfort Inn Fallsview was a decent price point, close to all the landmark/casinos and food! Decent breakfast and service was great! Hotel-wise, our hotel room could have been cleaned more. But, we checked in earlier than anticipated (standard check-in was 3pm) so we overlooked that. The hotel staff was more than accommodating with expediting the cleaning for our room! Also during the check-in, you get 1-2 coupons (we got one to My Cousin Vinny's next door — food was delicious btw. ) Location-wise, this was close to a lot of casinos especially Fallsview Casino (without booking a hotel at Fallsview Casino — only a 3min walk or less). Tip: It was close enough to the Indoor Mall walkway via Four Points to Fallsview if it gets really cold! Amenities-wise, this has an indoor swimming pool (10am-10pm) and a Breakfast room as well. The indoor swimming pool was a nice average size along with the hot tub was good. Breakfast in the morning does get crazy, there was also a sign for when the optimal time to go (but you won't see the sign unless you go to the Breakfast room). But the Breakfast food was delicious (eggs, sausages, cereal, waffles and lots of good stuff)!

Unfortunately many wrongs came together to make a wrong. The first room was not good. The second room was better, but was recently renovated and smelled like pungent chemicals. We opened the window and kept the heat on. Around midnight the smoke detector let off a low battery alarm, not good with two young kids… a nice employee was gracious enough to rip the offending device from the ceiling and remove it from the room. We did not sleep. Breakfast was a game of big ideas in small places. Only the waffles made it tolerable, if you could get one… Note that during this debacle, the pool was under construction, there was no reason to stay here for the price we paid. On a more positive note, the staff were very friendly.

Great budget friendly place. Very close to the fall incline way. Absolutely no view of the falls though. Breakfast place is cramped with minimal options. But good for the included price. Parking is $15, way cheaper than other nearby hotels. Close to eat out places as well.

Excellent service, very comfortable and close to everything.

We just stayed at this hotel over the last weekend and it was a very nice stay. We had a room right next to the elevator which I wasn't too sure of in the beginning but was very quiet all night. Or room was comfy and very, very clean. The best of all at this hotel is the staff who were all extremely friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet and nothing to do with the hotel but the guests were like a pack of wolves grabbing everything they could. Perhaps in their country it's every person for themselves but here they needed some manors… lol. I look forward to staying at the Comfort in again soon.

Nice rooms. Warm, plenty of light and open space. TV is only in standard definition. Pool is nice, spa is kept very warm, heating unit drys out room. Breakfast ends at 9 and it is very crowded.

Room was nice and large. Stayed for 3 days and barely had hot water. We also experienced an ant problem in the room as they were on the floor and had got into our clothes. The $18 parking charge a night is ridiculous when you are staying at the hotel. Will not be going back to this hotel.

Me and my colleague had an exceptional experience at the Comfort Inn. The white bedding was clean and very comfortable. The free Wi-Fi gave us good speeds of around 11 down and 5 up, no limit on the amount of devices. The reason why I'm not giving this a 5 is pretty simple: Complimentary breakfast ends very early (9am strict), and there is no washer/dryer available in the building. I've been to plenty hotels with breakfast ending at 10-11am, with 24 hour laundry access. It's not a necessity, but it's all we were missing from our experience. All in all, we had a great stay for the price. At $49 and up, this really is a big bang for your buck. If you're looking for an affordable place to comfortably stay the night, this is the spot for sure. And it's pretty close to all the action in Niagara Falls. I recommend it. PS: There's an indoor pool and jacuzzi too!

We booked for our honeymoon. For being close to the falls, and a walk away from Clifton Hill, great price! The staff was super accommodating. My wife breast feeds but left our 6month old with a sitter, so she needed to pump while we were here. They brought us a fridge so we could store the milk. Then after we checked out, they let us store it in a fridge downstairs so we could enjoy the rest of our day before driving home. Even got us access to a small bathroom with a plug so she could pump before the drive. (If she didn't, it gets very painful for her). Such a friendly staff! The room was cleaned, room service were very polite. The breakfast had waffles that you could make yourself! The pool was a perfect temperature and clean. I really can't think of any complaints other than I couldn't stay another night.

Room was good. Wi-Fi was bad and breakfast was chaos. Way to many people and away to little space. Most hotel employees were unfriendly or uninterested. The most annoying thing was that the employees did not respect the do not disturb sign on the door.

Bed is a little too hard for me. The hotel is really well situated and close to everything. The rooms are big and cozy.

It is somewhere to lay your head and go. This hotel is meant for sleeping and showing only. You sleep and get up and go and enjoy the festivities outside of the hotel on your vacation. It is comfortable, simple, basic, nothing spectacular, but you can rest easy, and sleep well and your showers will feel great. Then get up, go, and get out and exp! ore,. Save your money for the vacation fun and not on where you simp! y rest your head.

The girl on the front desk was almost friendly. Our non smoking room had sticky carpet and smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. Breakfast… just read their description of their 'chalet breakfast'… let's be very clear, if a cramped ex storage room on the basement with stale bread, stale cereal and watery coffee (all serve yourself not brought to your table) is chalet style that would explain why we saw so many other guests the second morning paying for their breakfast in the restaurant across the road! Seriously, this is not a cheap hotel to stay in so what exactly did we get for our money?

Small room (too packed for 2 adults and 2 young children) but clean. Not enough space for lunch. Pool OK. Service OK.

Suite 8th floor. View of the parking lot with small balcony, no fridge, a bedside table, plastic glasses, small room, very very very dirty carpet, very old furniture with a lot of wear. Very disappointed I give a star for the personal.

Breakfast ran from 6-9 am and was slightly lackluster (probably should have chosen a hotel with no breakfast and gotten Tim hortons … It would have been lovelier) and there was about 10 tables. This created a massive line/swarm just before 9 am; we rushed through eating so that someone else could have our table. Hotel room was nice enough of you got over the strong detergent/bleach smell of the linens. Only other negative thing was there was no fridges in any of the rooms! Never have heard of that! Staff was great and sent is several ice buckets though :) Parking was easy but at an extra cost. Over all decent place but wish I had asked a few more questions while booking.

Great location close to everything. All these super expensive hotels surround Comfort Inn, but who's in the hotel anyway? This is Niagara! Save a few bucks by staying here and spend more at the attractions. The rooms here are clean, large, and have private balconies. Great pool and free breakfast. Can't do any better. If I need to point out a part they could improve, they need to upgrade the slow elevator… but it have me the incentive to take the 6 flights of stairs all weekend. Bonus for my backside! I would stay here again.

Spacious rooms, large indoor pool with towels available open until 10pm, varied breakfast although the room where it is available is a little small. Hotel located close to the falls and parking easy to access.

Very nice room. Comfortable, clean. My wife especially loved the pillows. The complimentary hot breakfast was the best/most filling that I have had in a long time. One has to pay for parking, however. The upside to that is that they let you park there all day even though one has checked out.

We booked this Hotel because Comfort Inn is usually a very nice and reasonably priced place to stay however when we arrived we were given a low quality building separate from the main building. There was no elevator so we had to carry the luggage up the stairs (I have a bad back). The inside hallway was hotter than the outside temperature. The room was clean but had to keep the drapes shut to keep the room reasonably cool. The breakfast was very poor. We had to wait in line of several folks for 10-15 min only to find that there was no coffee and the options were VERY limited. I don't want to be negative but I would not recommend this as a first choice. Also be prepared to pay some $15.00 per day parking fee for your rental car. I still have not figured that one out. We would not stay here again.

This hotels policy is to write down your full credit card number, expiration date and a full copy of your license. They then place a copy of your information on their front desk in a "Rolodex" type box. Apparently, I was told this is "their" system. (which I have never seen in any previous Comfort Inn). Also, there is a small sign — that allows them to charge you $15.00 for parking. They may not tell you (which in my case I was lead to believe it was free), but this small sign allows them to get away with it appearing on your room charges. The manager was quick to pass the complaint off to the General Manager — Rick Dritsacos. Bad way to do business. No real sense of caring for my complaint as a customer.

Hotel is very outdated and mediocre. Hotel rooms smelled old and lamps were burnt out. TV had barely any channels and our building didn't have an elevator, making it difficult for the elderly and disabled. Wi-Fi was slow. Breakfast was a mess, a tiny room in the basement that was crowded. About a half hour wait just to get in. There was also a parking fee for the hotel. Hotel's location wasn't bad and next to the casino's. Don't recommend this place at all.

Very dated hotel. First room smelled very strong like body odor. My son commented, "Garlicky". The AC unit in that room had been broken and duct taped circa 1985 with the old duct tape skeleton blowing in the warm breeze. Staff honored our request to be moved to a new room. The AC in that room worked nicely and there was no rancid smell. However, the room was very dated. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast room was in the basement and was very cramped. Must arrive early to take advantage of the included breakfast. Food was okay. Pool was very dated. They advertised an outdoor pool also, but it was empty and the gate had an old bike chain on it. Staff at this hotel was so so… some were friendly, others not so much. Paid $189 Friday, $329 Saturday; very overpriced for a rather dumpy hotel. Booked it because past experience with Comfort Inn was good. Will avoid in the future.

The locacion is very good.

As a customer in the past, the hotel is great definately a place you want to stay the employees at the time were very friendly and accommodating, Only downfall to the hotel is the Bs parking fee, In my opinion a parking fee is a scam its not like i'm paying for a valet but its not valet so just a heads up on that, Other than that great hotel and great staff.

Room was alright. Service was fine. What I would expect from Comfort inn. Just mediocre.

The hotel is mostly clean but shows its age. Parts of trim are grayed or broken. Key cards didn't work great on any of the doors and half the hotel rooms require you to walk through the pool area to get to the lobby and breakfast. Breakfast is a madhouse. It is a tiny room that gets over run. As others have noted, staff tries to move you through quickly. The pool begins at 4 feet and goes to 6. Not great for younger kids.

Great staff, clean rooms, excellent location, very reasonable rates. Would definitely patronize this establishment again.

Stayed two nights. Rooms were clean when we arrived. Next day room was never cleaned or touched. Bed was unmade and no toilet paper. It's unfortunate because I like comfort Inn. Next visit we will go somewhere else.

About the minimum I'd accept for a hotel. The room was small but acceptable. The toilet kept running, which was annoying. We were right across from the pool, so the chlorine was a bit overwhelming. Didn't like having to pay for parking. The staff was nothing special. Never once did they mop the entrance floor, which was a disaster and slippery from a snowstorm. The included breakfast was decent (eggs, waffles, cereal, muffins, sausage, etc). Very walkable and safe to Fallsview Casino.

The location is perfect for the spot if you are going to the fallsview casino and surroundings. Also, the rooms are very clean and ang for the buck.

So I stayed here with my dad for 3 nights and I would not say the hotel is bad. Just some things were sketchy. As one reviewer stated before the pool and breakfast room are definitely located in a sketchy area. They are downstairs on the basement floor hidden behind the stairs… so there's that. Second, there is a weird gas smell coming from the elevator and on some of the floors and also we were on a NON smoking floor but yet you constantly smell a cigarette smell that would be covered up by some type of air freshener. Other than these two things the staff was nice for the most part. Dad says one of the late night employees was rude, but I thought they were all nice. Housekeeping does a thorough and nice job and were friendly. So overall, would I stay here again… probably not. I have stayed at better Comfort Inns and the location kind of sucks. I wish they hadn't demolished the Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill that was prime location and a wonderful hotel.

Upon checkin, Cameron the front desk agent was quick rushy, but I guess he's use to customers that are always hasty. There isn't a bell boy service, so I had to place all our big luggage on the cart myself and haul it to our rooms. We didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in our rooms like most hotels offer. We had to pay $14 a night to park on the premises. Location is good and walking distance to alot of Near diverse restaurants. And the thermostat already produced heat! Reasonable price overall. 3 1/2 stars!

I liked this hotel just fine. Maybe the breakfast room is too small, but I usually get up early, it was not crowded at all. Really close to the waterfalls, the price is very reasonable.

Long weekend get-away that means twice the price! Booked in advance before cancellation day and found out the following: — air con CAN NOT cool the room even though it is running all night instead the temperature in the reception is much better! — missing lamp shade bulb — 2 rolls of tissue paper which is almost gone and a 1 full roll as back-up? — hair dryer is not working but it was all related to the outlet. — breakfast room was too small but requested to move to the nearby restaurant We drove 6hrs with 4 adults and 2 toddlers which we are looking forward to have a problem-free room but big dissappointment. Next long weekend will not be using this hotel!

I wouldn't say the front desk was rude but they seemed disinterested in helping at all. Elevator and bottom floor smelled of chlorine mixed with methane and sweat. A smell that seems like it has been there for a while. The breakfast room and pool is located in such a sketchy place in the basement, you would think the maintenance hallways were a clear indication you were in the wrong place. For breakfast each day there would be a typically long line in which people would wait for 30-45 minutes to be seated because the people who designed this place didn't have to foresight to design a breakfast room that could seat more that 1/50th of the buildings guest as once. That of course didn't stop them from stuffing the tiny room with as many seats as possible, additionally making the process of getting breakfast an obstacle course. And the cherry on top of this total lack of sunday, is that the rooms don't have mini-fridges in them. So when we brought back food from outside and asked about a fridge, we were told we could either rent their fridge space for 10$ a night or just use a bag and and some ice from the ice machine. Oh, did I mention the entire place has only once ice machine that is located on the basement? I have been to better comfort inns than this one. Typically comfort inn is a hotel people look forward to staying in but this one sullies the good name of Comfort Inn. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are Okay, the Breakfast room is totally crowded.

1; Unsociable front desk Reception. 2;Parking $12.00 not shown on Amenities Front page (shows up on other page, noticed in the reminder e-mail notice, sent to me after cancellation time had passed) 3; After returning to motel at 10:20pm there was NO designated parking places left. After notifying front desk I was told to park in the entrance area. I later seen that some of the entrances were blocked with parked cars. It was quite apparent, that the hotel makes it a practice of "OVERSELLING" the parking ("legal" parking spots). The desk person said, that they do this all the time and not to worry. I said no You should refund what you can not provide… He said no and just park in the passage way. I bet that the Fire Dept. And or the parking by-laws would not think that this is a safe practice, if a fire was to break out and fire vehicles could not quickly move into position. 4;As mentioned by other reviewers, the Breakfast was a pure joke… you had to wait in a hot hallway, until the room attendant let you in to share a table, with other guests a few at a time. Very small room for large Motel. Food was hard to get at with such tight quarters. 5: At 68 I have stayed in many Motels but very few with such poor service and high prices as this one. Not the Motel We had expected to spend our 45th wedding anniversary in.

Convenient location to the falls. Room was small, but clean. Internet is slow. The include breakfast is a wait due to small room where it is served.

You know with a hotel that big and a small breakfast area that if you want to go in you have to wait on a line… and a Wi-Fi that slow… I wouldn't recomend this place.

The hotel is good. Rooms have lot of space with clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom is really nice with properly equipped. We stayed at a fallsview room, however the the fall couldn't be seen from the room. Only the cloud forming on the fall was visible and we regretted paying extra for it. There restaurant was tiny and there was long queue for Breakfast. We had to wait for 30 minutes before the manager came and allowed us to take some food to our room as there was no table to sit.

Was not at all impressed with Hotel agents. Found them rude and abrupt (maybe having "bad day") Had nice breakfast, although room should be larger to accomodate so many people. Room was spotless (Room 308). Friendly housekeeper. Well worth the $20 tip. Had problems connecting to wireless, tried several times. Loud restaurant music below, did not mind that. Certainly minded the parking fee though. Good location.

I had to haggle to get a better price, which was higher than the advertised. The carpet leading to the room was not smelling great (room 231). Same with the carpet in the rooms. Window AC, shower had very, very weak pressure. The P-trap under the sink was dripping, so I had to put the bucket to catch the water. Tried to connect to the wireless 4 different times throughout the day. Called the office each time and they said "Come to the office to try it". Still didn't work. great location. Quiet.

Great location. Clean. Friendly stuff. Nice complimentary breakfast 6-9am (we had to set our alarm clock not to be late) : Nice indoor pool+Jacuzzi. We got free lake view. There was load music from the street near by, but we did not mind. I think it worth the money.

Rooms nicely furnished, clean, good position for Falls etc. Breakfast was hurried because of people waiting, next to hot vending machines. Breakfast room should be larger. Staff, not at all helpful, when asked for the best Tour of Falls. The Canadian one offered, but we were told that there was NO American tour, as the Maid of the Mist does not stop there, But it does? as we had already Booked this American tour before arriving in Canada, which they call the Discovery Tour, and its well worth the price!. Anyway a nice place to stay.

Let's face it, if you're standing in your hotel room taking pictures of Niagara Falls. You're not really experiencing the falls. So. This hotel that is set back a little ways from the River offers cheap parking prices and competitive rates for the local hotels in that area. Its surrounding by restaurants (including the Keg Steakhouse and Bar. A little pricey. But totally worth it). The hotel looked almost brand new with renovations and was a great find. I stayed there with just my father and I would stay there again anytime. Only downsides: Shower heads had water saver heads which really cut down the water pressure. Also, if you want to get down to the falls, you have to do quite a bit of walking to find your way down there. Unless you pay to take a tram or bus down. But other than that, great stay.
