Great prices. Pool, spa, sauna and gym included. Wifi is great too. Friendly staff, ready to help when needed. Good service.

Customer service at front desk sucks! Seems like the lady had a bad day at home before she came to work. Rooms are dirty. I do not recommend. Definitely not for a $100 a night. Funny thing is they also charge $10 for their parking. I felt nickle and dimed. Staff need seriously intensive training on customer service.

Super great staff. Clean room. Needs a little updating but over all was great. We would stay again!

For the price, this place deserves all 5 stars. The building is starting to show it's age, but is very clean. Very pleasant staff. Good location. About a 10-15 minute drive from the Falls. Mandarin Buffet and a Walmart within a block or two. Will definitely stay here again.

I have to give this 5 stars. For the price I have paid, the 3 rooms that I had booked were exceptional and beyond my expectation. You won't get this price and with parking and free breakfast. It's conveniently located right off the highway and only a 6 minute drive from the falls and nearby amenities. I think this would be my go to spot whenever I head down to Niagara again.

Looks ok from the outside. Very nice inside. But there's nobody there at night.

Room was clean and the pool was fun for our son. The restaurant was closed though so we had no room service option after getting back late from Niagra. The beds and room were comfortable. This hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the tourist area.

Good conference facility. Good coffee. Wheelchair accessible. Very close to the main entrance. Seats were confirmable. Room was clean. Good lighting.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. There is no restaurant, the lock on my door was broken, the television didn't work, the drapes didn't close properly so a light constantly shone in my room; shall I go on? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

This place was absolutely terrible! It looked really nice when you walk into the main lobby, then when we got up to our room everything changed. We walked in and the baseboards were covered in dust, the knob to turn on the fan broke off the minute we turned it, and the head board was falling apart to the point that if we even pulled on it slightly the whole thing would have broken off. Not to mention that the TV is crazy small! I don’t understand how the staff doesn’t notice these things. Terrible! Will never visit this hotel again!

Clean, neat, tidy, and worth the price. Stayed at this place for a night and it was worth every dollar. The rooms are clean, no bad smell, bathrooms are nice, bed is comfortable. It's not far of a drive from downtown Niagara Falls, having a car is recommended. Will book again.

Friendly, clean, quaint and cozy and yet at a great price. Stayed here for a weekend and very much enjoyed the stay.

Nice, clean, decent size rooms. Didn't use the pool or spa there. So I can't comment on that. Odd thing I noticed is that the main entrance is locked after 9pm. So if you're checking in late, you have to press a buzzer and someone has to come to the door to let you in. I can understand other doors locking at night, but it just seems odd that the main doors would be locked. Otherwise, it's a great property and prices during the week are quite reasonable.

Unfortunately our experience with the Peninsula was less than satisfactory. We booked a block of rooms for ourselves and guests of our wedding. There were multiple issues with pricing. We were quoted one price, yet guests were charged significantly more. When we questioned this, we were told they upped their pricing because of some marathon that was going on that same weekend, and we were promptly brushed off.
As the bride and groom, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience, because our wedding was not being held on their grounds.
We didn't expect special treatment, but some warmth and friendliness would have been appreciated on our wedding weekend. Charges upon charges for everything. Wifi, tv, breakfast, parking etc.
Our guests were not impressed, many of them had to dispute their bills, and the rest chose to stay at other hotels in the area because of the unclear changes in pricing. I don't blame them. Im very sorry to give a bad review, but I truly felt that I needed to.

It was a cozy and restful stay. Great space and and very clean. Location was easy to find.

We had our wedding vow renewal ceremony in peninsula inn in the white chapel followed by a reception at the hotel premises. The venue was just so beautiful. The chapel was really cozy and lovely. Jessica was the event organiser and she did all the preparations. She was very professional and friendly all along making the whole journey very comfortable for us. We booked everything online from Dubai. The room service, front desk and breakfast staff also was very friendly and professional. Thanks a lot for making our special day memorable!

It was very lovely there, staff was pleasant. Hotel was quiet. We stayed in the jacuzzi room. Jacuzzi was large. Room was large. There was a mini fridge and a tassimo. Unfortunately only 1 type of tassimo cups. The view from the room overlooked the roof of the bottom floor. You could see the chapel still but still got a huge vision of air conditioned units and whatnot on the roof. And we found the front door a little annoying to get through when they lock it after 9pm. Which is a nuisance for us since we smoke. We would still go here again.

Very clean hotel near to the Falls but not immediate which is nice for privacy, beautiful grounds in the back with gazebo and wedding chapel, shaped tubs available, initially the staff was very knowledgeable and able to accept a cash deposit for our room however when we checked out we were not allowed to offer our payment of choice and no receipt for our stay, expect to pay extra for parking $8 and extra for breakfast as well.

Very clean, except for some water-stained ceiling tiles. Good service. Pool was pretty small and the sound echoed terribly, but my kids didn't mind. Was disappointed that there was no restaurant onsite. I sent an email a few weeks before my stay with questions regarding any restaurants and they were never responded to. Wish they would have as I was specifically inquiring about dining options with a child with food allergies. The parking fee was expected, but between that and internet upgrades, I felt very nickle-and-dimed. I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but the 32" TV mounted on the wall was impossible to use. Will be staying elsewhere next time.

Clean and comfortable personal friendly mattress.

Wonderful hotel and staff. My husband and I had our wedding there and the chapel and grounds were so beautiful. Fantastic people all around to deal with. The wedding planners, Reverend, staff, photographer and everyone were so accomodating, great to work with and provided such a fabulous wedding for us. Fantastic chef on site prepared a wonderful meal. The banquet room was beautifully done and serviced by a great staff. Our jacuzzi suite was very tastefully decorated, bright and clean with a soft comfy bed. I have nothing but great things to say about our whole experience and all of our guests were impressed as well.

Clean hotel, not too far from Niagara Falls by car affordable parking.

Excellent room. Close to everything. Super helpful people especially Danilo. He gave us the skinny on where to go and what to avoid. Love this place. Highly recommended.

This hotel is amazing. The grounds were the reason that we booked. We had a adjoining room with another family that we travelled with and both rooms were clean, spacious and bright. The staff were very friendly and the pool was great for the kids. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was due to the multiple weddings that took place during our stay. We weren't told upfront when booking and therefore had no access to the outdoor patio for a full day because of the bookings. Maybe a good practice would be to let potential customers know. Besides that, the place is beyond beautiful!

Had a great stay over the Family Day long weekend! Just a little drive (15min? ) from the Fall. 4 ladies in 1 family suite. Love the wood floor, no mess! Most importantly, the room is clean! The suite is spacious with the living room (2 pieces sofas, TV, coffee table, closet) open kitchen area with kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, coffee maker.
The bed room had 2 queen? Or King? I don't remember. But def enough for 4 ladies to share. Bed are very comfortable, but the pillow…s were too soft for most of us. The bedroom has another TV and another closet!
Both living room & bedroom has its own AC/heat unit! The bathroom is the standard hotel bathroom, everything you need is there. Surprise find — make up remover wipe! Guess you can call the front desk for more if needed? The first night's front desk was not very pleasant, but the 2nd night and 3rd morning staffs were excellent! Very friendly and accommodating! The lobby was very beautifully decorated with some Asian looking painting and art pieces.

We visit to find info for in event that we organize. Employees are useful and the ambience is Primo.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Our room looked out onto the garden which was nice. On the other hand we found it outrageous to have to pay $10 more to be able to leave the car outside.

Breakfast not free as advertised, nor parking. Complimentary in-room services were great. Suite with jacuzzi was very relaxing. Little pricey.

Rooms are ok. Location is pretty good, not to far from the falls. Really sucks that they make you pay for parking in the middle of no where. Staff was friendly.

Very good hotel, easy to find and near the niagara touristic area. The place was clean, but fan in bathroom didn't work. They charge the parking an extra 10$ which I think is a nonsense if you're staying for the night. Good verall experience, I would recommend it if you're spending thr night in Niagara. The gardens are very, very nice.

The price for the hotel was perfect. However the interior of the hotel is pretty dated and the television offerings are subpar to say the least. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request.

Very Nice and Simple Hotel that is Clean and Well Kept. Very reasonably priced. Close to ALL the main attractions of Niagara, 10 mins by car down one road.

Terrible service, lying management and infested with ants. They told us a certain price was to be paid, and then they told us a higher price upon check in. Incredibly rude staff that give you wierd stares. Washroom had an ant infestation and all they did was come in and spray some ant spray…

I travel a lot for work and seen a lot of hotels. This one stood out for me and my business associate. First of all the TV in the rooms are horrible. Cheap dynex lcd TV with non HD analog channels. Most channels are grainy as if it was hooked up to an aerial outside and a lot just don't work at all. What are we 2001? Second, paid for "premium" Wi-Fi access. The speed was horible and kept cutting out. I did a speed test and clocked the network at 2.1 Mbps. The internet completely stopped working one day so I went to see the desk clerk and she said she could do nothing because I went over my 2 device limit. I explained there were only 2 phones using the access she finally gave me a new access code. Then she wrote a toll free number and said if I have any further problems with the Internet to call that number and not to come back. Why is it my job to call? Isn't that your job or are you too rude and lazy to do that? Other things: Beds are uncomfortable Rooms are dark Drain in bathtub was clogged Weird sign in procedure to use gym No free breakfast as advertised On a positive note the rooms were clean and it's close to the falls.

Disgusting place, the room had a leaky roof and one of the bedsheets had some red stains on it. Upon check out I addressed the concerns and the manager on duty said let me see what I can do; comes out with his business card and said next time if there are any concerns please let me know. The receptionist offered a 10% off coupon for our next visit. I will never book there again.

Good price, close enough (had to drive and pay for parking every day), pretty clean. I would recommend it.

We stayed at a ridiculously inflated price of 280$ on new years eve, and extended our stay for a second night at 70 dollars. The hotel is clean, nice room, nice beds, looks like a 3.5 star hotel, however, you can tell it is a cheap 2 star hotel by the staff that work there. on the busiest night of the year (presumably), there was very little staff working, and we were verbally harassed (called derogatory names) and threatened in the hotel lobby waiting for the elevator directly across from the front desk. The staff was nowhere to be seen, or did not want to help out, because we saw someone at the desk earlier, but it seems they heard the commotion going on and decided to hide in the back. Very disappointed that there was no staff to back us up while we were harassed in the lobby. At that point it was too late to cancel the room for the second night, and when we brought it up to the staff, they said "compensate! compensate! " but nothing ended up coming from it. also, the maid was kind of rude when we asked her to clean our room. Had to ask multiple times before she finally did it. I also sent an email complaint to the hotel, but of course nobody probably reads the negative emails, so I have heard no response. Would not recommend.

What Wonderful Staff! Everyone was so Friendly and helpful, the Hotel was Very Clean, and the Pool was Great. The room was Nice, clean and spacious, Its close to Food, Shopping, Movies. Although I did find the Continental Breakfast Very Pricey for Few Food Items, I did like that it went to 11am. And No Wi-Fi that I was aware of. I also Booked a Spa Massage, the therapist was Very Friendly although she did Bruise my shoulders pretty bad, otherwise It was still a nice stay. Thank You.

When we first got there our room smelled of smoke, and the carpet was dirty. They charged me $5 for Wi-Fi which was not working correctly at first. But after we complained they switched us to a better room where the Wi-Fi worked and everything was very nice.

Great hotel! You really get the bang for your buck. For the cheap price you get the pool to swim, hot tub, and a sauna — — that was great. But if you are going make sure you are driving places it costs about $40 for a taxi to and from the hotel. Its not that far out of the way but its far enough that your not surrounded by everything so its pretty cool.

We were looking for an affordable, clean hotel with 2 spacious adjoining rooms and a nice pool and that is exactly what we found! We appreciated the fact that this hotel actually heats their indoor pool as my children ages 3 and 5 swam for over an hour in the pool for 3 days straight! They don't advertise that they have a sauna but they do and it is also lovely for us adults. Overall a great spot, 'off the strip' so plenty of free parking and you can also walk to the mall and movie theatre nearby.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we found the hotel room very clean and fresh. Also the hotel is surrounded with lots of business and entertainment places. Falls is about 10 mins drive. Hotel is just off of the highway. Overall experience was great.
