Hotel

The location of the hotel is great, but the rooms themselves were not that good. You can tell the rooms have been recently redone, but the floors felt like they just put something over carpet. The bathrooms weren't as bad, but they haven't been redone at all. The service from the staff more than made up for it all though!

Only giving one star because the room was clean. The hot tub is very dirty we couldnt even go in, the sauna was a little questionable also. Would not recommend.

Clean motel. Very close to the snowmobile trailer. Big parking lot in case you want to park your trailer. They have a hot tub but I haven't tried it.

We stayed at the Thriftlodge 3 times this winter for snowmobiling. The rooms we had were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The rooms are not fancy but all you need. The people at the hotel are helpful and pleasant. The steakhouse had great food and so convenient. We will definitely be back!

Stayed at the Thriftlodge for four days. Amazing owners. Very friendly and clean place. Will be back deffently.

Hotel was decent enough for the area. Price was right, and they didn't bother me. Pretty much the best you could ask for after a long drive. The snowmobile convention could have slept in a couple hours, and the cleaning lady could have waited an hour (knocked and came in at 8:15 a. M. ) but that was probably my fault for not asking for a late checkout.

Love this place. The friendly staff go out of their way to help. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I always stay here when on business in the area.

Good economical motel. Very sled friendly. Trail across the street. Good Restaurant on site.

Very friendly staff and owner. More than helpful, great rates, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious food at a restaurant on site! Highly recommend especially to all you snowmobilers!

After driving in heavy snow in night, quite surprised by comfort level provided in this hotel. Excellent owner and at least I have excellent room 141.

Bad points. Lights did not work unless you wiggled the switch. The tap at the bathroom sink pulled off and very difficult to use. Good points. Water was very hot for shower. Room was clean.

I got a bed. — 25 no heat froze my ass off all night. Room would have been half decent if I wasn't bundled under the covers. Couldn't even use the shower the room was so cold… Unfortunately coming in after midnight I didn't exactly feel like going up and complaining. I see this isn't the first review about no heat… So they obviously know.

Always I go there it's great service, very friendly and Clean rooms.

My company always stays here for our 8 day runs. Not bad rooms but if you need front desk service or ice after hours (although sign marks open 24/7) be prepaired to be greated by grumpy and unwelcoming staff.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. No continental breakfast but reasonably priced.

Older property with large and clean room, great staff and price. Restaurant next door was good also.

The room was clean, but badly renovated. The hotel only provided shampooing conditioner, not shampoo and conditioner. Internet was free but slow.
