We would highly recommend this place, rooms are absolutely beautiful, excellent service, love the steam room.

We showed up here with our three kids late one night without reservations. Staff were absolutely great. Room was clean, updated, and comfortable. Internet worked well, snacks were provided and our family got the rest we needed during our cross Canada drive.

The staff was pleasant and friendly, making sure to accommodate for issues that came up. Overall a great stay.

Professionally run. Super clean. Comfortable. Pretty good hot breakfast choices in morning. Close proximity to train station. Pretty darn good compared to other properties in town. Central to everything. Accommodation available last minute. Free parking. Nice little town.

I found all the staff helpful and they went out of their way for you. It was nice that the hotel was right across from the train station and very close to the main street. For anyone who is visiting Cochrane, I would say book into this hotel. It's worth the money you spend.

First time at this hotel. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Not too bad at all!

Found hair in bed sheets from cleaners or earlier guest. Complained to manager, got a quick response to change sheets. Area manager called me to say sorry, etc… Still not cool to go into bed and find hair.

The staff were all wonderful! Room was very, very clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice clean room with a heated floor in the washroom. The steam room worked well but the saunas didn't get hot enough. Good stay though.

Good breakfast, good room. Comfortable beds. We were looking forward to using the whirlpool. Unfortunately it had been removed despite the signs throughout the hotel.

Nice place. Sauna working when I was there, steam room was still under construction. I am sure it is finished by now and looked amazing. I will hopefully try it out the next time I pass through there.

Stayed here for a 4 night snowmobile trip to Cochrane. The hotel was fantastic, very clean and provided a good breakfast to start the day. The trail system comes right to the front door and there is a locked compound for your sleds at night. I will stay here again.

The rooms were very nice and the location in town near the snowmobile trails was very convenient. The locked enclosure for the sleds was great too. The breakfast was great, other than there weren't many places to sit. The hotel is in transition, with some renovation going on, so it will be perfect in a month or so.

My group had issues with the weather and our bus coach, thus it was a last minute decision to stay and I must say it was a great one. Nothing but great things to say about the staff, rooms etc. Breakfast was better than I had imagines and the staff was just so helpful when we were in a time of need. Thanks to the Cochrane Staff for making our time there so great!

Very good experience overall. I have stayed at this hotel about 5 or 6 times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend a stay here.

OMG! where to start Renee and her staff are great, when you arrive at the front desk they always have a great smile. Now thats a very good feeling to be greeted this way, working away from home. Stay here every 6 months and never did I have a bad experience. Always a good night sleep. Renee thank you and I will see you in the Spring April 'sh. This is a really nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. The gym is a little bare bones, but on par with most other hotels. If you find yourself in Cochrane, this is a good choice.

A wonderful & comfortable facility. Rooms big & beds very comfy. Staff friendly and accomodating. Always love staying here when we have the chance.

I've stayed here a couple of times and would stay here again. Room was more than adequate. Very clean and the heated floors in the bathroom were very nice. Staff was very friendly also and the bacon and eggs they had for breakfast was very appreciated.

Very nice room. Nicely furnised. Spacious. Clean. Newly renovated or kept up very well. Tv didn't work though and I got in too late to even bother calling front desk to help. Solved the rubiks cube at the front desk there in a couple minutes.

The Swan Castle was a very welcome find after a long day of driving. The young lady working the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful both in person and on the phone as we called asking about obtaining an available room a half hour or so outside of Cochrane. Our room was very comfortable and we very much enjoyed breakfast the next morning. The streets around the hotel were torn up for roadworks but that did nothing to detract from our stay. We would stay here again!

Arrived late. No problem. Bought wonderful apple fritters at the bakery in town. Free breakfast in the morning. Just cross the road to the train to Moosenee. Friendly staff.

Nice and clean but no close place to eat.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the Cochrane railway station. The proximity of it is helpful in working with the train schedule when taking the train north (morning departure) and upon return (late arrival). Also that you can leave your vehicle, upon registering it with the hotel, is a plus. For being in such an out of the way location, the hotel is clean, appropriately priced, offers good service and amenities. I have stayed here in both winter and summer months — the heating and cooling have always worked well. Highly recommend this location.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent gym facility with treadmill, bike trainer, elliptical, weight machines, and free weights. The pool area is under construction.

Had a great time. Room remained warm despite the — 35 outside temperature. Breakfast could offer more such as eggs and sausage. Other best westerns have had better selection… Bigger hot tub is required and maybe a room where sledders could chat in the evening… lots of room downstairs for this.

Had a king suite last night. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and radiant heat flooring in the bathroom. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was more than adequate for being included so that was a nice touch. The dry sauna was really nice however the hot tub was GROSS. After spending a day snowmobiling was looking forward to a nice soak — thick scummy grime line and cloudy water. People soup, no thanks. Everything else about the stay was great though! Will be back next time we're in the area for riding.

Dont stay here staff is very rude, terrible place. The only reason they are still open is because they are the only chain hotel to stay at in Cochrane.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, would recommend it to anyone heading to Cochrane.
