Spent an enjoyable time at this hotel, while here for hockey. The cleanliness during these pandemic times and the pleasant staff made it great. We enjoyed the free breakfast next door. Thanks!

What a great find this hotel was! Very clean and quiet, lovely patio area outside, fantastic hot tub outside, and great staff. We will be returning for sure.

The beds were excellent, Awsome Hot Tub. The night clerk when we checked in was very accommodating. Overall an good place to rest your head for the night!

Service is friendly. Location is great. Had a nice view from our room. Rooms were clean. Though there was an odd smell (like cigs) coming from the hallway and elevators. Perhaps bc the building is old?

Had a lovely experience at this hotel. The Staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Their hot tub is a great addition to the facility and was very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was great as well. Perfect selection of everything you would get at a continental breakfast. Our room was very clean top to bottom and I honestly have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone on a budget. Only things that I did not like about this accommodation was that it's not within a quick walking distance to downtown but otherwise it's a great place for accomodation.

The beds are comfortable, but the breakfast has a lot to be desired. Coffee maker in the room is sub par. Everything was clean and the hot tub looked well looked after.

Check in was fast and gentleman behind the desk was welcoming and friendly. Hotel was in a quiet location. The weekend we stayed there was an unruly group (thumping music at 7:30 am and screaming down the hall). The hotel dealt with them in a calm, direct manner and asked them to leave (which the group did). Thankfully the next morning was MUCH quieter. Did not have breakfast at the hotel but there seemed to be a good selection of food. Coffee appeared to be a local coffee company and it was good.

Beds are really comfortable! Exellent out door hot tub! Friendly Staff! A little expensive, but it is in Fernie, so understandable.

The room was very clean. The bed is not too comfy. They have liquid soap, body wash and 2 in 1 shampoo in dispensers in the shower and by the sink so best to bring your own. There is a continental breakfast in the lobby each morning or Smitty's is right next door. The staff is helped and friendly. It is a 100% smoke free building. Skiing in the area is most excellent.

Great atmosphere and we'll decorated. Great stay, only detraction was that the breakfast was fairly minimal with options.

The owner Jeremiah is a TOTAL SWINDLER… FREE bus shuttle is FALSELY advertised on the website to all customers. Also FALSELY advertised on the shuttle itself. We purchased 2 rooms and he laughed at the thought of providing what his advertisements claim. This guy has zero integrity, I would never stay in his establishment again. Stanford has a way better water slide anyways.

Just off the highway; super easy to find. They had good service, clean amenities, and a great hot tub (if not a little to soapy). Good bang for your buck in my opinion, a great place for a bunch of people to congregate for a weekend on the slopes or exploring the area. Beautiful surroundings and not far from the border if you're interested in visiting the states.

I stayed here last summer, the room was clean and tidy with really cool art for headboards. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and were quick to give advice about where to go and what to see in the area. Be sure to check out the hot tub area as it very well done!

One of the cleanest and best Super 8s we have ever stayed at. Breakfast items are always fresh. There are restaurants within walking distance.

You would never think this hotel was a super 8! So modern inside from the breakfast layout to the most amazing hot tub! It's huge and the family loved it. The place to stay in Fernie.

Nice hotel with energetic and friendly staff. Reception woman was helpful in providing info about places to visit and cultural aspects of fernie. The hot pool was crowded though and the breakfast was very sparse.

We had the most amazing employee check us in (red hair, early 30's perhaps? Around my age). I wish I remembered her name — she provided exceptional service. The hotel has incredible photographs/decor all over. The rooms include a fridge and necessary amenities. The hot tub is open until 12pm, has heated floors, and gorgeous art on the wall. The continental breakfast is great as well!

It's all really nice and cozy, but the services are just as you'd expect them to be at a super 8. It's nothing high class, just enough to get by though. The rooms were clean and beds were made well. All in all it was a pretty good experience. The breakfast is nothing special, just your typical bagels, muffins, cereal and orange juice kind of thing. Very homey.

The place was alright but the beds were absoloutly terrible! To top that off, we could hear the person above us and beside us all night. Walls are super thin. So we figured lets eat the breakfast and check out — well, the breakfast was a joke. Waffle maker didn't work, no OJ left, only white bread and one kind of cereal to pick from. Never again will I stay with this super 8. It was more of a $75 a night hotel, not $110.

Excellent service. The price was right and continental breakfast was perfect. We had a BBQ on the deck in the evening and really enjoyed the crisp mountain air.

This is a good hotel of you're just there to hit up the ski hill. Free breakfast, rooms are clean, and a hot tub for after a long day on the slopes. It's pretty much what you would expect. Could be closer to the town center for night life activities.

Just have to say how wonderful the Management and Staff at Super 8 Motel in Fernie BC is. During a very Sad and Stressful period in May of 2016, the owners and the staff of this motel went above and beyond to help the family and loved ones of Raven Garlock-Regimbal recently deceased. When I called from Ontario to reserve two rooms to attend the funeral of our beloved Granddaughter, they quoted me a price with a 25% discount due to the circumstances and I was content and greatful for the discount. Upon arrival, my husband was informed that there would be no charge for the room for the entire week. We were completely astounded by the kindness and compassion of this wonderful business and would like to thank them for their generosity. We will definitely stay there as paying customers the next we are in Fernie. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at the motel.

Room was small and cold. The heater dries out the room a lot. Breakfast was good and staff are friendly. I'd come back.

Great for the price. The hot tub was very nice after a day of boarding and staff was very courteous. Not a bad walk down the highway into town for nightlife.
