The staff are warm and friendly specially Amanda, the front desk receptionist. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The complimentary breakfast was just right and good.

Everything was good. Location included. Was woken up at 4am by children yelling in the hallway one way and then back again the other way. It was exceptionally loud being in the room at the top of the stairs.

Worst hotel. People don't waste your money. The room we reserved was so disgusting we couldn't stay in it. The stench from the room kept us from even being able to enter it. When I asked for a different room I was told there wasn't one and when I asked for a refund the manager lied. He told me I had to get the refund from the online booking agent that I used. Stay far away from this place — thank goodness we have social media to share our experiences so others can avoid the same issues.

I can honestly say I have never in my life been so disappointed with any hotel/motel/you name it in my entire life. I am a frequent traveller and my stay at the Days Inn, in Kelowna was horrific to say the least. To make a long story short, I was there for a football tournament with a group of other families — we arrived and received extremely incompetent service from the staff, namely Andy who works the front desk. The next day there was poop in the pool all our children were swimming in all afternoon. Who knows how long the poop had been in there since there is NO maintenance WHATSOEVER. To top it off one of the PARENTS removed the poop from the pool, note the incompetent staff. While this was happening I witnessed a little boy step on a screw on the edge of the pool. Thank goodness it was not sticking up, but his foot was still sore. I then went to the workout room where I found mold in the water fountain and basically all of the equipment was falling apart. At this I began to get frustrated with the level of insufficient care or maintenance. The following day everyone was checking out and I witnesses the same staff, Andy, yelling and disrespecting a fellow football parent. He was acting like he was on drugs or something.

If I could put a MINUS I would. The hotel was dirty, not maintained and the staff are less than knowledgeable. I was dismissed by the front desk person (Andy) after he accused me of ripping the headboard off the wall that had fallen on me and my son as we were sitting on the bed. In an attempt to keep the damage deposit Im assuming. Then accused me of swearing infront of my son called me a bad mom and threatened to call the cops. I didn't raise my voice or swear or pull the head board off the wall 15 minutes after getting Into the room. I left crying shaking and confused. HE would not even finish the transaction so I could get to the football tournament on time. Other families had to witness the embarrassment and frankly felt like being bullied for no reason. If I had had a man beside me in sure he would not have spoken so harshly and Rude. I have never been so disappointed in my life with an experience in hotel. HE doesn't deserve to even serve the paying clients that go there. Just trash. The weight room was falling apart. Rooms floors dirty. Poop in the pool. Horrible and disgusting. No onsite matinance when they knew a whole weekend tournament was coming! Unprepared and ignorant staff.

Extremely helpful staff. Clean comfortable beds. Very good place to stay. Good price. Would definitely stay again.

Although the hotel appears very nice and the man at the desk was too, they didn't allow me to check in because even though it stated they were pet friendly (and I had called to make sure) the management doesn't accept cats, only dogs. At least the gentleman at the desk found me another place to stay. So frustrating!

Over priced if you book through days inn or wyndam… and that's after a 20% veterans discount. Could have booked it 21 dollars cheaper online than what I was charged on my discountedd rate. I was lied to when asked if they have airport shuttle. They have a shuttle service that will pick you up for a 20 dollar fee they don"t tell you about. Fairfield inn right down street is 30 dollars a room cheaper and their shuttle is free. Will not stay at this location again. I feel ripped off.

We arrived on Sunday night and we are In kelowna for work we have been questioned two times already about our dog It seems that the front desk people think we lied and that we are hiding our dog? Hotel is pet friendly and the person who checked us in on Sunday night is fully aware of our dog and cat Bad bad experience Cero loyalty to guest and horrible front desk team communication.

Nice clean rooms, parking a little tight for large truck and trailer sized rigs. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Our stay was aweful. The toilet was kid sized. The floors and shower were filthy. The park was a joke it was first come fist serve. Heating cooling was also aweful spent most if the night with door open to cool room. Would not recommend this place.

Clean and friendly service and close access to amenities but little far from downtown. There are few options to go around there to eat. There is a nice pool outside but doesn't work if there is snow.

Horrendous, it is loud, the kitchenette is a joke and the parking situation is just plain stupid I had to walk 3 blocks to get to my hotel room at midnight in the scuzziest part of town carrying luggage and got no consolation when I complained to the front desk. This isn't even mentioning the toilet that sounds like a jet engine firing up and the totally inconsistent Wi-Fi that kept disconnecting several times daily. So overall if I could give this hotel a 0 I would. If you can avoid this ****hole all together.

Professional accommodating staff. My room was small but nice and clean, not outdated. Rooms were really cheap for the location and class, although, there was a door in my room I assumed connecting it to the room next to mine that I was unaware of. The kitchenette came in handy.

Hotel placed on main road. Price is ok. But AC in the room is direct next to the bed and disturbes to sleep. The AC is also the heater in the room. Is noicy and fan switches on and off depending on temperature. Beds are ok. Room was ok but a bit outdated and should have some renovation. Continental breakfast was ok. Best was the fresh prepared pancakes and selection on juices. Parking is free in front of the hotel. I recommend to get room in upper level as they are a bit more quiet.

Huge thank you to the staff at Days Inn Kelowna! They were extremely accommodating (we had a late check in and we were lucky enough to score a late checkout), very friendly and helpful the whole of our stay. Rooms clean and tidy! Wifi great! Definitely recommend.

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and the pillows were the best too and super clean rooms.

I stayed for two weeks, staff were always friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. For the price was excellent.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was average. What has me upset, is after forgetting my phone charger in the room as well a a drink in the fridge, it was never turned in to the front desk by the cleaning staff. They would have had to have found it… so did someone keep it. I can see them not finding the drink in the fridge, and that was a 3.00$ drink, so I'm not concerned about that. After calling the front desk later the night of my check out once I realized the charger was missing, the clerk said nothing had been turned in. However, he said to come by the next morning as sometimes items found weren't turned in until then. So I attended the property the next morning. The clerk again checked a book listing items found/left in rooms but my charger was not listed as being found in room 124. He asked me to leave a phone number and claimed he would call me once the cleaning staff came in. I'm still waiting.

Neat and cozy place. I loved the eating and sitting area located in the shade of tree shrubs and surrounded by the inn's walls. The pool and hot tub were nice although they appear somewhat smaller than on the pictures and are located close to the highway, which means that you can hear vehicle noise while you swim. The room I was given was neat and fairly cozy, good for a motel. There was no unpleasant smell. There was air conditioning and beverages were provided. Breakfast was OK. I would have liked a bigger choice of eggs as they only served hard-boiled ones. There was also no meat or cheese. The breakfast mainly consisted of cereal, pancakes, muffins, some fruit and beverages. Overall, this is a pretty good place for the price.

We were very happy with the staff and the accommodations. The room was a little small but both room and bathroom were very clean. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the court yard. Would highly recommend it, the staff were very accommodating.

Can't believe this place exist in Canada.
No think inside the washroom, you can't lock your door washroom door, not to mention the checking agent has no name tag, when we asked him for his name he got upset.

Location is great; close to the main highway. All the staff a I encountered were super friendly and helpful. Pool and the attached court yard are quite nice, though the pool could get pretty crowded. My room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave and kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint is they seem to have updated the flooring and furniture in the rooms recently, but both were to a poor standard. Some of the floor tile was loose in both my room and another room a friend was staying in, and both rooms had cheap looking television stands that were damaged from use. But honestly, comfortable room, good price and location, great staff.

Nice, clean hotel. Pool side amenities were beautiful and clean. Basic breakfast but does the trick. Only complaint would be that water didn't drain very well in the shower or bathroom sink. Asked to have this looked at and it never was.

Clean comfortable room. Very small stand up shower, no tub. Breakfast was ok, just the basics like muffins, bread, cream cheese, waffles. No breakfast meat. Pool is nice, hot tub a plus. Fitness room is not great and has no working air conditioning. Courtyard near the pool has tables and chairs. All in all, it's a nice place to stay on a budget or for business. For family might want to go across the street where they have a water slide.

Rooms were super clean and the complimentary soaps smelled very nice. The breakfast was okay but a good snack to start the day. They had pancakes, a little bit of fruit, cereal, yogurt, muffins and toast. Beds were comfier than expected. Rates were good through Expedia. It was pretty busy so you know it's very popular. The only gripe I had was the floors were cold because they were hardwood and not carpet. That was easily solved with socks or bring some slippers.

We stayed here in September. Even after pre booking the room, I was told that I couldn't have the room I had booked. The manager didn't even come out to explain it, left it to the desk clerk. When we got into our room, there was black mold in the shower and there was puke on the wall by the garbage can that hadn't been cleaned up by housekeeping.

Not a fan that the bathroom sink is in the open and was only a shower, no tub to give my baby a bath and the room had an odd smell but not bad and ac was only in living area, not bedroom. I wouldn't stay here again, but at least it was a place to sleep. Nice staff though!

The reason I love this place because as it was a very very long trip, had limited possibilities. Thanks to Andy the front desk clerk we felt total at home as he gave us a place to rest and close or eyes before a very long trip back to Saskatoon, Sk.

Extremely rude and very disrespectful management rushed into my room early and started tryna go through my things and threatened to call the cops because I stated I wasn't comfortable with them just rushing into my room and going through everything the drawers and stuff very nosey.

Great rates friendly staff very accommodating when we had airport delays short walk to shopping Centers.

Double charged our pet fee and staff refused to fix the mistake, she said it was her co-worker mistake (even though she was the one taking care of our check-out bills). Very rude and unprofessional staff, very frustrating.

Do not waste your money, dirty, cramped, worn out beds. Air conditioner 6 in. Or less from one of the beds. Noisy air conditioner. Bathroom sink in sleeping area. Use up all your shampoo, in which we did the first day with 2 adults and 4 kids, tough for the next day. Never replenished any of what you used. Rooms really need to be updated. For the money they charged, what a disaster, not fit. Booking through their front desk reservation they promised a cot. When we got there no cot was allowed because of fire regulations. Because of the 24 hour clause for cancellations we could not get our money back. We would have been penalized. Will publish on trip adviser. What a truly disappointment for my husband and I and our 4 grandchildren.

What can I say, it's a Days Inn folks. It's a bit tiered and old but wouldn't you expect that here? What you would not expect is. Wait for it. The bathroom vanity (sink, etc. ) in the living-room? 12 liter flush toilet and incandescent lightbulbs (1 out). Not good at over $100/night. $80 is just fine. 2.5 stars. Follow me as I write my honest reviews.

Okay, I feel guilty, because how often, when service is exceptional and a experience is amazing, does anyone take time to go online and do a write up or thank the parties involved? Here is our experience because I felt the need to share, I phoned to book in the afternoon we were to stay there, I mentioned pet allergies and was assured by the gal on the phone that the upper level where we were going to be staying did not have pets on it. First thing next morning I was heading out of the room and a guy comes out of the room next to us with his dog. Imagine that? Next I get a call on my cell from my relative still in the room asking me if I had left booty shorts in between the towels on the shelf in the bathroom, you cannot imagine my disgust as they were very much not mine or any of my parties in the room. On the upside, the young man (Jason) working at the front desk was apologetic and not at all rude to us about it. I sincerely hope the hotel takes notes of reviews and possibly makes necessary changes.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. It was disgusting! Bathroom had mold and mildew that could be removed in shower, both on the grout and the caulking. Caulking along floor line at tub was moldy and the tile grout was broken and crumbling on the floor as well. Towels were thread bare and frayed. Carpets in room were horribly stained as well. At $125 per night I expect at least a CLEAN bathroom! Staff could not have cared less.

Funny, that other guest noticing cigarette smoke outside. This cute hotel is located on a busy highway that creates far more carbon monoxide fumes than a few cigarettes ever could. I appreciated it allowed smokers outdoor access but keeps the rooms smoke free. That it had a wonderful continental breakfast. That it's staff were helpful and friendly. That our room was clean and comfortable. That the rose garden courtyard is charming. That they have a nice little hot tub and pool. That they are fairly close to restaurants and not far from the sites in town or golf courses. I would like to be a bit further from the road but it didn't stop us from resting well at night.
