Do not stay here! The hotel is an absolute health risk. The bathroom stinks of urine and the room stunk of smoke. They didn’t even provide hand soap and didn’t even bother changing the bin from the previous guests. Avoid at all costs.

Our toilet had a leak, half the lights were out, I would not recommend this to anyone. Lower level rooms have a strong stench of smoke and lighting is very dark. The lower level has random stoved located beside the sink. The stoke is dirty and has leftover residue on the heating element. Every room has Air Conditioning but the filter seems like it has not been changed in years. The second level does not have a stench of smoke. Some walls are dirty and the whole place in general is very run down. People who are looking into this place please, don't book a room at this place.

DISGUSTING! DIRTY! RUN DOWN! Stay somewhere else! When booking a hotel for our trip we looked at the pictures online for this hotel and they didn’t raise any ‘alarm bells’ but what you see and what you get are outrageously different! — stains (mold? ) on floors, walls and ceilings — ‘interesting’ smell to the room — no screens on windows and they don’t lock — trash always scattered by the garbage bin — the ‘garden’ area has a gazebo that needs major repair and TLC. Garbage laying around in that area as well. — even the towels were old, thin with tears! — the toilet on our room had a broken lid and wasn’t even bolted to the floor! It literally moved and tilted! — burnt out bulbs… might have had 50% of them working — one room even had a broken out window I wish I could post the pictures we took from our stay so that everyone could see what this hotel ACTUALLY looks like. They should change this to a rent by the hour hotel!

Old motel but good location. No breakfast but clean room with big sized tv. Good for the price. manager was helpful and very nice. Customer service was very nice. Kelowna is beautiful city.

Beautiful garden & flowers at the property. Check in was quick and efficient. Front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and basic just what I needed. Low value motel good for my needs. Good location.

Nice staff, clean rooms was hesitant booking based on reviews however rooms were clean and bed was comfortable for the price. Budget motel perfect for sleeping since we explored Kelowna during the day. Will book again when we visit Kelowna again.

Friendly staff — older motel however good for the cost. *Clean sheets & towels — nice garden in the back and *Superb customer service asked for a few extra toiletries and they provided right away with a smile. *Good for the wallet.

Had car trouble driving through Kelowna while going to Calgary. Stayed here for a night while our car was in the shop. Very nice owners our room was a double bed and it was clean and comfortable and the price was just right.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Hallway has a smell but for the price your paying the motel is adequate. It’s not the Hilton but if you need a place to rest with friendly service and the basic amenities — I would recommend it — good for the price.

Room stinks of smoke and air freshner. Most lights in the room do not work. Siding is falling off the outside of the building. Doors do not lock properly. Front desk was friendly but facility is poorly maintained.

The first room given to me had duct tape over holes in the wall and caulking in the bathroom door where it looked like a bit had been put through it. The second room was better. However there was a few long black hairstyles in the bath that are definitely not mine. Only half the bulbs over the mirror were working. Around the window frames needed serious attention. AC extremely noisy but did work. The bed was OK. Sheets nice and clean. It depends what you want and what you are willing to pay. I think next boost I will pay a little extra and maybe go next door.

Our flight landed at 2am and a staff member was there to check us in, room was nice and clean. Great place to rest.

Great value for the budget Meaning its not a palace but it will do for those who need that place to rest they do a great job for the price mean I g budget so don't expect the Ritz thank you.

The place is getting renovated that being said been here for eight months taking off this one the room is awesome raj and the new owners are great housekeeping is wonderful apparently there planning an addition or two which well attract a broader clientele great owners great staff here the pluses out weigh the minuses.

Friendly owners — rooms are a bit outdated, however for the price it is great! Huge garden area that is wonderful if you stay during the summer. Comfy bed, clean room and friendly service — best bang for your buck.

Very nice new owners changing the whole motel in 2018. Reputation improving, quality, better customer service, cleaner, still great deals.

The room itself was fine: clean, Wi-Fi working good. Restaurants (serving wine) were a bit far for walking (1.5 km one way). I dislike the fact that I had reserved online and requested a ground floor room for 3 persons. We got a second floor room because rooms, on the ground floor, are only for 2 persons! They could have emailed me that info!

My stay was at the Canada's Best Value Inn Kelowna was PRETTY good. They took us in at a pretty late hour, which was very convenient for us. It has TWO beds! Can you believe it? Two! Incredible. 5/5 WOULD stay again. Also check out Varia's Station on Facebook and Instagram and download the new album "Maybe It'll Hit Me".

An older motel but clean room, lots of hot water with a coffee pot in room and a good place to go with dogs. Not fancy but also not really high priced. We were happy staying there — will look at it again when we have to stay in Kelowna.

Our key broke trying to open the door. The locked door could be forced open with a good push if you really wanted to get in. It was basically as secure as a hostel. It was good enough for one night I guess.

Wi-Fi fine TV old but ok a/c loud but ok didn't have a clock in the room so during the night had to put TV on to see the time. Last day leaving at 3 in the morning the door to the second floor that is to be locked wasn't it was wide open and two young people were sleeping in the hallway down at the end of the hall. They do not have night staff from 11 p. M. To 7a. M. Room had a musty smell tell a/c was put on but they have to make sure to put fridge on before customer comes for had to wait for it to get cold.

Gross! Last resort stay only! … Very dirty, like to the extreme. Very old, rooms are filthy, outdated and they say its a non smoking motel but smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Please book elsewhere unless this is your only option.
