Good breakfast choices. Lots of free convenient parking. Kids loved the slide by the pool, although the pool itself is quite small. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean.

We got a good rate on this hotel, which helped. Breakfast was passable, but not great. Rooms were a nice size. Air conditioner was loud and ran a lot to keep the room comfortable. Did not get a chance to use the pool this time. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were small and felt cheap. All in all a good stay, although I wouldn't have said the same if I had to pay over $200/night, which was the going rate this weekend.

Nice clean rooms. Pool with a Whitewater West waterpark slide feature. A small "gym" with cardio equipment but guests get a free pass to the next door full blown gym which is a nice touch. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great customer service at this location. Front desk staff were personable and professional. Room and pool were both clean and well maintained. Access to the 24/7 fitness was fantastic as well. Will stay again with my next trip to Kelowna.

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast room has a great selection and is well taken care of. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Water slide is fun for the kids. Exercise room is available. Rooms can be quite large for multi day stays. This is a go to for me!

Fantastic Customer Service! Had to stay over night in Kelowna after a gymnastics competition because the roads were terrible. The lady working guest services was so helpful. There was 2 rooms available and she gave us a travelling discount because we were locals and she knew we couldn't drive the icy roads back to Penticton with 2 kids! They have a pool and a gym located at the hotel and complementary breakfast which was amazing! Really classy hotel. And the beds were super comfortable! Overall we had an amazing stay! Thanks Comfort Suites Kelowna!

I just LOVE a good value find! This hotel skyrocketed past my expectations! The rooms are bigger (even the standard ones) than any Kelowna hotel in it's category, plus its newer, has incredible staff, and one jaw dropping honeymoon suite! This hotel is for: — People who want space in their room — People who need to be close to the HWY and a shorter trip to the airport — People who value efficiency, value, and also finding luxurious hotels that don't cost a lot! — Family OR professional friendly! Check-in: Beautiful lobby! Fast check in. Very pleasant and welcoming. Room: Okay, I really don't want to tell everyone about this room because I selfishly want it free for me whenever I am back in town, but the Honeymoon suite is TO DIE FOR! The ceilings are incredibly high, HUGE windows that make you feel like you are in a 5 star penthouse, and the decor feels like a home (instead of a cold, empty, hotel room! ) Even if you don't splurge for the honeymoon suite, ANY of their suites are extremely comfy and on the larger side. Wi-Fi: Worked the entire time. No pesky passwords needed and very easy to log in to! FOOD: Breakfast buffet is included and well stocked. Fruit, yogurt, breads, pastries, pancakes, waffles (even strawberry ones! ), coffee, tea, hot eggs, meats, cereals, you name it! Location: Near the airport. Around a 10-15 minute drive. On Hwy 97. Any big box store you will ever need is very nearby.

Our room is big, clean, and comfortable. Had a great time in the pool & hot tub with my grandson. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Best room and customer service I have in years. Had a king bed with whole sitting area for doing my business… means a lot to make use of my time efficiently… big fan.

Aweful service, extremely loud during all hours of the day. Known for hockey tournament stays where all floors are flooded with kids racing in the hallways. Been here a couple times and each time was worse then the other. Would never stay here again, or recommend.

Rooms are clean but staff seems stressed and weren't very friendly almost rude.

The room was clean and fit our needs well. The waterslide/pool is good for tweens to teens, but was a bit cold. Lots of variety in the breakfast options.

Our family decided to take a last minute staycation and picked the Comfort Inn because of the indoor waterslide. Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was nice and new. The hotel itself was clean and new. The waterslide was fast! We stayed in the pool for hours. The free breakfast was incredible as well! Eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, and make your own waffles? Yes please! I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was in the top 5. Looking forward to going back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I wish the swimming area in the pool was larger as most of the pool is a landing area for their awesome slide. Breakfast is a decent spread and the location of the hotel is great.

We had a pool birthday party at the hotel. It was a hit! The kids loved the slide and had a blast.

Great kid friendly place. Fun pool with slide, a good breakfast bar and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a good size and beds are pretty comfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean and nice room. I usually stay there on a Sunday night but had to book in for a Saturday. It was loud! However the manager did reach out to me once they found out about the night which was very kind and professional. They didn't have to do that. I would stay there again, although if on a weekend, I would ask for a room on the 4th floor to avoid hearing the pitter-patter of little (and big) feet above :) I've always found it quite on the 3 other times I've stayed there.

Nice interior and spacious suite. Foyer and breakfast room were freezing cold when it wasn't very hot outside anymore. Our suite's carpet and the upstairs hallway were not vacuumed adequately. Didn't feel very clean. Bathroom was clean and so was the bedding but could still be improved upon. Housekeeping needs supervision at this locale (reflects poor management).

The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast were standard. The shower was a bit dated, but the staff was friendly and helpful. Relatively easy to get around from here.

This is my go-to hotel for work travel. It's clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. This would be a great location for families travelling. Can get very busy in the summer so book in advance!

We stayed here on our way to Vancouver from Calgary. It had very good reviews, and it was definitely better then what one should expect from a Comfort Suites. The rooms were large, clean, and new. Staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was fairly average, no surprises there. We had a loud family above us but not the hotel's fault.

Drove 12 hrs only to be given a dirty room. We booked this room a month ago. The bed sheets were not changed but bed was still made. Room not vacuumed, toilet not washed, hair all over the bathroom. Fridge had stuff spilled in it. Every handle was very sticky. And you might want to teach your cleaning staff to clean under tables and dressers.

Very nice hotel. Large clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Was quiet and we had an excellent sleep. Kids had a blast in the pool and loved the waterslide. We were a little disappointed that our reservation was altered without our consent however. We reserved a suit, but when we arrived, we were told that our room wasn't available, so we had 2 side by side rooms instead. With an infant and a 4 y/o, we really wanted the suit, and the side by side rooms was a little challenging. As we were only staying for one night, we made it work, but you may want to be careful when making a reservation as they might do this regularly.

$176 per night in the middle of the week. Left my room at 9am and returned at 3pm and still wasn't cleaned. I had requested the day before for the light bulb in the bathroom to be replaced and was informed it would be done at 9:30 am. When I returned at 3pm it wasn't done. The Wi-Fi works intermittently and the TV cuts in and out. Needless to say I checked out early and went down the road to the Sandman Hotel where I got an identical room for $115 per night. Bottom line, DO NOT stay at the Comfort Suites in Kelowna.

Room is clean and big. Compliment breakfast was awesome.

Location is very good. On a street with a number of stores and restaurants nearby. I've been to quite a few free breakfasts at hotels and this has one of the better ones. Pool is small but there's never anyone in it so it's fine. Besides that rooms are clean and relatively big and the staff are attentive.

Very good experience. Breakfast was very good and they always have fresh coffee in the lobby for you to grab and go. Would go again.

Our favorite hotel in Kelowna. The kids love the pool and slide, and the breakfast is well-stocked. Always clean, and the rooms are a comfortable size for 4.

Our room was filthy! There were dirty socks behind the couch, sucker sticks stuck in the carpet, hair in the tub, and old food in the fridge. To top it all off they charged us full price!

Rooms are excellent; quiet, clean and spacious. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Great location and next door to Helmut's Sausage Kitchen for an excellent breakfast or lunch.

Really nice Hotel. But avoid the 2nd floor on the south side, as you will only have a view of a big brown wall. Really liked the room, but we just wish we could have seen at least a little something. Breakfast was very good, bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub and pool area was clean, staff was very nice.

The review by the Google User a year ago must have the wrong hotel. Comfort Suites is a relatively new hotel with very modern rooms. Right on Harvey Ave, one would expect there to be lots of noise of traffic. Not the case, its very quite and we've stayed there a number of times.

Friendly staff, clean and modern facilities, great rooms; what else is really needed? Lee, the reception agent, was outstanding and attended to our every requests without hiccuping. Looking for some grub? We were suggested the Bluetail Sushi right next door, and this is a definitely a need to go place, should you wish for Sushi.

The staff didn't seem to be very friendly and the hotel appears to be an older one with various types of 'renovations', I've stayed at the 4 points and Holiday Inn in town and this has been my least favourite thus far. Features like the pool, hot tub and water slide are nice, but are dated.

The staff at this hotel was amazing and the beds were really comfortable to sleep in, not to mention they have a water slide for all of us big adult kids. Solid place to stay in the Kelowna, BC area. Keep up the good work.
