Incredible place to stay with family and kids.

Fantastic, top tier service. Until we went to check out. We were leaving right at the checkout time.
Cleaning staff waited inside our door for us to leave.

We stayed here for ski races in Lake Louise and Norquay. Everything worked great for our purposes and we had an awesome time in Canmore!

Enjoyed the beautiful community and townhouse while for our family gathering.

Beautiful condo, more than we expected. Unloaded our luggage only to find out we had to load it up again and drive to another building. Tricky way to get to the room.

Stayed 2 nights at a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit as a family of 6. Spacious living room. Kitchen with utensil, bowls, plates and dishwasher.

Pretty fun and great stay. My only issues were the molds in the washer and staff smoking in a non smoking area by the entrance.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and well — appointed. Beds comfortable, but pullout sofa only average. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided.

Over all was a pleasant stay.
Wonderful beds n bedding.
No A/C in bedrooms… yuk. No window either. Just door.
Everything was clean.
How ever. The bbq doesn’t even give you a grill mark on your steak.

I honestly have no clue what people are talking about in their negative reviews. This place was perfect for our family.

Overall a very good experience at Platinum Suites Resort. The suites are spacious and comfortable with everything you would hope for.

Great Facilities & location. Its quiet but close to town. The rooms are spacious and perfect for groups. However, the fireplace stopped working and there was no communication from management.

First of all the town this hotel is situated in is incredible with lots of great stores and a fantastic bagel shop. The receptionist staff were very kind and welcoming.
