Incredible place to stay with family and kids.

Fantastic, top tier service. Until we went to check out. We were leaving right at the checkout time.
Cleaning staff waited inside our door for us to leave.

Everything was amazing, room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best they can. Jessica and Camille were great and did everything they could to make it great.

We are a family of 4 and the room at Falcon Crest was a perfect layout for our family. There was a barbq on the balcony that we used. The fireplace was so cozy.

Beautiful place nested in the mountains. 2 bedroom suites are very spacious for a family of 5. Beds were very comfortable and the suites were fully equipped with all the necessities.

Our stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Canmore! We stayed for three nights, and from the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was wonderful.

We stayed at The Malcolm after a glowing recommendation from our friends. For 5 nights we had the most incredible and relaxing stay.

We chose the Malcolm Hotel for our mother & daughter trip to Banff and are so glad we did.

Located in heart of Canmore, right next to Shops of Canmore plaza so everything is just a stone's throw away. The services, lobby, rooms are in top-segment.

Loved this place! Stayed 2 nights with friends and had a great time. The rooms were spotless—a bit small, and maybe too many benches squeezed in, but super clean.

The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, very clean and the beds very comfortable. Wonderful little touches in the kitchen with toiletries provided in the bathrooms.

This property was the perfect spot for our girls weekend reunion. Lots of space, full kitchen area, big living room and two beds/baths. The outside patio was a lovely spot for reading and a drink.

We had a wonderful stay at Everwild. We stayed here for two nights after getting married and it was just what we needed. The staff were great and went above and beyond to make our welcome memorable.

I had an amazing 😍 experience at Everwild Canmore Nordic Spa. I have been meaning to try the place out for a while and just got a chance to do so on Canada Day.

I enjoyed a pleasant and tranquil stay at the Super 8 hotel. The accommodations were relaxing, peaceful, and impeccably clean.

Booked a standard King Room. Spacious and clean with a large bed and a bath in the bathroom which is always welcome.
Staff were all lovely and plenty parking available.

Stayed at an airbnb here and really liked being so close to everything. The rooftop hot tub was fabulous.

We rented a space via vrbo for my running club. We were visiting Canada from NC, and we made it a point to stay long enough to explore the area for a week after running the Banff Half Marathon.

Our family had a really lovely stay here in April.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Our room had a nice gas fireplace, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. We had a balcony with amazing mountain views. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed for 2 nights on a tripadeal tour. The rooms were great size and well equipped.
Only real downer was the loud trains rolling past at all hours.
The bottle shop was awesome!

A great experience for me. Without knowing it, I booked a premier room with mountain views & sun exposure, fireplace & loft-style bedroom. Everything exceeded my expectations.

We stayed here in February 2026 and booked two 2-bedroom suites. Overall, we had a decent experience with some great amenities, along with a few areas that could use improvement.

First impressions/day one in February: The location is perfect. Our west facing room on the 4th floor has an excellent view of the Canadian Rockies. Check-in was easy and the staff was polite.

Having read a few reviews on here made me feel a little anxious. No need, our apartment 229 in the Grizzly Lodge was perfect, spotless, spacious, extremely well equipped.

Third time staying at Lodges. We return every year as we love the location and the quality of the condos. We're a little disappointed this year with our condo and the amenities.

Beautiful condo, more than we expected. Unloaded our luggage only to find out we had to load it up again and drive to another building. Tricky way to get to the room.

I stayed at the Rundle Mountain Lodge and had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed.

I loved staying here! The rooms are so clean and have what you need. The staff are so kind and the views are epic!

Excellent facility and reasonable price. Friendly staff that go the extra mile. I forgot my Apple Watch in my hotel room and they couriered it to me. To my surprise it arrived the next day!

Great hotel, love the big spacious pet rooms and nice pool n hottub.

If your planning your next holiday in alberta and having trouble to find a great place to stay with your family and kids look no further I recently stayed here with my family absolutely beautiful

Over all was a pleasant stay.
Wonderful beds n bedding.
No A/C in bedrooms… yuk. No window either. Just door.
Everything was clean.
How ever. The bbq doesn’t even give you a grill mark on your steak.

Pretty fun and great stay. My only issues were the molds in the washer and staff smoking in a non smoking area by the entrance.

We stayed here while in town for a kids' hockey tournament and had a great experience overall.

Overall a very good experience at Platinum Suites Resort. The suites are spacious and comfortable with everything you would hope for.

Great Facilities & location. Its quiet but close to town. The rooms are spacious and perfect for groups. However, the fireplace stopped working and there was no communication from management.
