We loved this B&B. Great location and you can park outside. Hostess very knowledgable and helpful. Rooms are nice. We'd happily return. Short walk into central Ypres — don't miss the 2000hrs ceremony.

We had a fabulous stay. The location is very quiet and tranquil. It's an old farm building/stable which was completely modernized. The rooms are very modern and stylish. Shower is amazing.

The communication and welcoming by th host was great. The guesthouse is in a rural natural setting, quite beautiful, pheasants and rabbits around. There are also some animals at the property.

This is the most perfect hotel for those that like / enjoy / love cycling.

Unrelated to the accomodations, but speaks volumes to the ownership:
During my ride today I had one flat after the other, and ran out of CO2 and inner tubes.

Greatest experience staying at the Flandrien Hotel. The owner/host was so nice and caring and went the extra distance to make sure that you were having the most comfortable, perfect stay.

The hosts, Anneke & Jurgen, were absolutely fantastic. They will take very good care of you during your stay. Nothing is too much of a problem for them.

Very nice B&B, lovely owners of this B&B. Quite but not remote nice location. The usage of recycled material and the skills of Annekes husband makes it even more cosy.

We had the pleasure of staying at N-joy recently and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms are so tastefully furnished and very stylish.

The room, the staff, the location were amazing. The restaurant and attached ice cream parlour were excellent and used extensively by the local people as well as hotel guests.

My parents, sister and I had a great three night stay here while on vacation from Canada. We spent some days staying in town, others taking the train to Antwerp and Ghent.
