Beautiful hotel run by a great staff.

Great hotel, lovely staff.

We booked the hotel on their website, 130euro per night on a Friday. The room is great, I especially love their bed, very comfy. The breakfast is good and the staffs at front desk are friendly.

BEAUTIFUL! The staff were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and good with children. The breakfast was out of this world — so much selection.

Had an amazing weekend stay in this lovely small hotel. The host was responsive and very kind. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and respectful.

I cannot fault this place. It had such a wonderful unique style, the bathroom was modern and wonderful (double sinks, hot towel rail, separate toilet, strong hot shower).

Our stay at Boutiquehotel ’t Fraeyhuis was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, elegant, and perfectly curated.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, and the room we stayed in was amazing. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and assisted us with booking dinner.

Overall experience is fine except the 37 SM Superior room we stayed with very narrow staircase access which should be clearly identified upfront.

Our stay at this hotel was something to dream of. The couple running this place are extremely friendly and caring for their customers. I loved the elegant and modern look the rooms have.

The front desk isn’t always staffed, but when it is the couple who run the place are friendly. Parking is available but expensive. Rooms are comfortable, cleans and with good amenities.

We had a fantastic stay in this quiet and cosy corner of Flanders. We came to ride the famous bergs and cobbles of the Ronde van Vlaanderen and this was the perfect way to relax after our riding.

A family run hotel in Dendermonde, very close to the market place and restaurants. Friendly welcome and service. A safe place for the bicycle inside. Nice and quiet room, decorated with taste.

My family and I stayed at the Hidden Apartment that is part of the hotel, but located about 5 minutes away from it, on top of an office, next to a small café.
