Apart‑Hotels in FlandersCondo Hotel

Had a lovely time at this hotel! was assigned room 101 and was really worried it would be noisy (since it would be on a lower floor and right across the communal guest supply closet).

We loved our stay here. It’s well designed, spacious and family friendly. Our toddler had enough space to crawl around and play and they provided a crib for free. Also, we loved the digital check-in.

Great apartment in a convenient location, so close to Grote Mrkt, restaurants, shops. Host is very responsive and friendly. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Excellent high-quality apartment. Nicely furnished, beautifully clean and in a perfect location in the historic centre of Antwerp.

Very kind. Good service. Top location in the heart of Brussels.
The rooms have tv, a bath, fast Wi-Fi, micro wave, fridge, etc. Nice breakfast.
I will be back.

Great apartment, very clean with everything you could need. A fab location, tram and metro close by. Excellent communication from the team. Good local recommendations for coffee, restaurants, etc.

Great location, spacious room, nice interior design, clean. Highly recommend.

This hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent care, and complete assistance and helpful advice. The rooms are equipped with cooking facilities, a dishwasher, refrigerator, and.

I stayed there during a business trip and everything was okay for me. I gave just 4 stars due to minor things that could have been better.

Firstly I want to Thank Wim's Mother, his wife, and Wim himself for one of the friendliest hotel stays I have ever had.

Lovely place and a great host. Wim was really helpful giving me recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. The room was cozy and had everything I needed.

Our stay at the Malpertuus hotel was in one word marvelous. We expected a room, but what we got was a whole apartment.

Extremely nice and warm welcome from the owner. Feels like staying at home. Very convenient location. In summer time it serves internal garden, has everything you need for your cosy stay in Aalst.

A well-organized hotel set in a small oasis of tranquility — the perfect place to unwind.
The room was spacious and featured a large comfortable bed.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall not a bad stay at all.

Very nice place to stay — extremely clean, cozy and comfortable.

Thank you very much for everything!
Super clean, cozy, comfortable place!
For sure will come back!

Our stay at A Place Antwerp was lovely. We truly felt at home.
The two-bedroom apartment is very chic, with lots of light, and very well located. Calvin’s attention is unmatched.

We stayed at their newer apartment — Leeuwenstraat 20, which isn’t tagged on Google Maps. Some initial confusion with the check-in that was quickly and smoothly resolved.

"Fantastic breakfast spread – so many tasty options! "

I had to cancel our family trip at the very last minute because our flight was cancelled.

Estibaliz was fantastic service.

Well located, near a metro and bus stop.
Room was good size and the kitchen had everything needed including cleaning supplies, though it does not have a dishwasher.

Our stay with SuitsRus in one of their Belgium properties was absolutely fantastic.

Super appartement, close to the city.
Very clean and spacious.
Great service and contact with the host Via.
I would recomend this appartement to everybody and for sure come back.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The team was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Great Service and Hygiene!
Beautiful rooms.

This place is more of a service apartment with all amenities. An excellent kitchenette with a sitting area and study. We had the garden suite which was excellent. The staff was very helpful.

First trip to Brussels but really only a base for us to visit other places in Belgium. Think this is a business serviced apartment but was very good accommodation.

Numa Lief is very conveniently situated a few minutes from a Brussels Tram/Metro station that is only two-stops from the Gare Midi/Zuid, and within about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the central Grande

We had a very pleasant stay at Numa Lief. Communication before arrival was clear and efficient, and both check-in and check-out were seamless.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment, with well equiped kitchen. Could not ask for better — and 3 minute walk from the Parliament.

I had a serviced appartement for three weeks and I liked living there very much. Laundry facility in the basement. Nice appartement, good bed. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The hotel was amazing! The room was beautiful and clean. I chose one with a kitchen, which was really convenient for family stays.

Super warm, clean and the employees are nice.
