What a joyful and energetic weekend we had here! Peter & Eron were wonderful hosts, the farmhouse is a beautiful accommodation for 2, or even for 5 adults and 3 kids like our family.

We had an excellent week together with our 3 young children at this fantastic, top-notch B&B. All comfort you could wish for, great breakfast (superb pancakes!

What a lovely castle for a lovely, quiet experience! Everything was awesome, including the breakfast. Bathroom cleanliness could, however, be somehow improved.

Booked lunch here for a special birthday for 11 people including 5 children under 7… it was just perfect. I did it by email from abroad so you are always crossing your fingers but this was a winner!

Minifridge in the room could use replacing (it was patched all over and had some loose fittings inside), otherwise absolutely amazing. Lovely breakfast with great fresh bread and pastries.

Our stay at this hotel was something to dream of. The couple running this place are extremely friendly and caring for their customers. I loved the elegant and modern look the rooms have.

The front desk isn’t always staffed, but when it is the couple who run the place are friendly. Parking is available but expensive. Rooms are comfortable, cleans and with good amenities.

We went as a family of 5 we had a family room we only stayed for one night but it was a lovley little hotel from checking in the reception man was very friendly and nothing was to much for him any

The rooms are small, but cozy. It was clean. It won't get cold in the room, quite the opposite, it's warm. I think it could get too hot in the summer. The breakfast is quite simple, but good enough.

Just on the beach front, and although fairly accessible, it was by no means out of the ordinary.

Host was very accommodating, place was pretty & clean, breakfast was varied, all in all, a very nice stay!
Would definitely go back.

What a wonderfully welcoming hotel. Out of season but very well appointed rooms, lovely bar area, good selection of wines/beers, lovely food, pizzas extremely good value.

Wow, this is the best experience we have had in Belgium so far. This space would be ideal for group bookings, with the fantastic common spaces (dining, kitchen, games).

Wonderful location in this small suburb of Antwerp, food and particular breakfast was lovely. The breakfast is not included but reasonably priced, 15 Euro for the yoghurt and a good large cup of tea.

We truly enjoy the experience for dining and drinks. The bar area seating has a lovely atmosphere and is great for conversation. The food is excellent.

This is a very nice business hotel. A bit outside of the city centre but easy to reach with large car parking. Rooms are very clean, comfortable bed.

Stayed here multiple times and always had a good experience. Staff was incredibly helpful — especially Andreas, who has helped me on multiple occasions, as he always has a kind, accepting attitude.

Wonderful peaceful and beautiful mediëvals farmstead set round central courtyard all lovingly and expertly restored to excellent standard, all in original oak with pen joints etc.

Tuscany was the original plan. C-19 changed the plan. But no worries at Kasteelhoeve De Kerckhem we found a little bit of Tuscany in Limbourg.

Amazing place to stay, it’s located in the quieter neighbourhood of Antwerp and our experience has been phenomenal. The staff members are attentive. We had a great facial and massage therapy.

Great place to have a stay in Antwerp. The neighborhood is not the best, but within minutes you're in the city for shopping and good food.

The owner is so kind! The rooms were stunning and the location is ideal as well. The owner really shows he is happy to have you and wants you to have an amazing stay.

I stayed at House of Franq twice for a few days this 2025, the first was around July and the next was 2nd week of November. In both stays, our expectations were exceeded.

Our room was one of the best of our month in Europe. It had everything you could ask for and just a little more. Our deluxe room was not your average European-sized room. It was spacious.
