Arrived without reservation (and after many refusals) and 7 at the table… a little patience after such a sunny day but really very well served and the 7 enjoyed their dishes! Well done!

We waited 1h 30 and still not served. With children, not easy.
Very disappointed. We left without eating.

The super nice hotel, the spacious rooms, very well equipped, the magnificent view of the Zeelaan on one side and the embankment on the other (we always take room 305🤩), the kindness of Karina (the boss) and her colleague (I don't know her first name anymore), the delicious dishes of the restaurant as well as the good hearty breakfasts 😋, … all for a super good price 🤩👍, that's what drives us to always go to the Terrace during our stays in La Panne with my darling for 3 years 😊 and all seasons 😍. Really do not hesitate, go there 🤩 🏖

We spent a 3 night stay at this hotel, it was just happiness. Very attentive staff, nickel room and hearty and varied breakfast. Very big advantages, dogs are accepted. In addition, hotel 2 steps from the beach and shopping street. We will definitely stay back!

Hotel that I recommend
A welcome at the top both before for booking and on site. We had booked for 6 people (3 rooms of 2 people) no complaints, the rooms and bathrooms are large. A 2x90 bed, necessary for coffee and tea, milk pods, sugars and cupcakes. In the bathroom shower gel, shampoo, soap and body cream available… nothing is missing!
Breakfast… you are spoilt for choice… sweet, salty … served in the form of a buffet in a bright and modern room.
The location is ideal, next to everything (city centre, beach and restaurants)
Small problem no parking available but looking well and under the advice of the lady of the hotel some streets very close to the hotel are free, otherwise you have to opt for a parking meter at 7 euros every 24 hours in the main street.
A word of advice: prefer a reservation directly on the hotel website than via booking you will win by a large margin on the price.

A very nice establishment with a super nice team. From the restaurant to the hotel on all the times we came ever had nothing to say.

Nice stay. The rooms were clean and large enough. The bathroom was particularly appreciated. Too bad you can't open the window because of the noise from the generator (back of the building). Breakfast was full and varied.

We didn't go to the hotel just at the restaurant and it was a disaster! The reception is average average cleanliness the dishes have no taste. Digestion was very difficult for all and yet there were 7 of us. And to finish a more than salty addition for quality. I really won't recommend this restaurant. The opinion is unanimous.

Very nice room as well as bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast with a wide choice. Only drawback, bad soundproofing. You could hear too much outside noise from the street. Otherwise quiet hotel.

Prawns in a garlic sauce, rumps teak with mushroom sauce… What's not to like 10/10

Very uncopious starter (1 shrimp croquette, not homemade), a bland salmon tartare and pepper sauce "Knorr". Only the bill was well seasoned.

The hotel is no better located, a few small steps from the beach. Very clean and spacious room (small family room with a double bed and two bunk beds), small flat for its location which overlooked a backyard with quite noisy machine. Buffet lunch very well, for all tastes (pastries, breads, fruit, yoghurt, charcuterie and cheeses, jams and spreads, eggs etc…)

Very good Hotel! Service very good. Rooms very well maintained and clean. However, there is unfortunately no Parking directly at the Hotel, if that doesn't bother anything else is great. Beach just around the Corner. Were there only one Night, we liked everything. We had already seen other Hotels for the Money, so I can say here is everything top.

We were sitting in the veranda in full sun a real sauna impossible to eat the table was boiling, no shadow, even after asking the server to put the awning, it was overwhelmed and we ended up leaving without it coming to take the command no RESP Customer's ECT.

We stayed one night at the hotel the terrace in the family room, the staff is friendly and friendly, it is located very close to the sea.
However the view we had was on the boiler room and the kitchens so noise in supplement (photo has the support) and the sheets had tasks. So we'll revelle this hotel.

Very "cold" atmosphere despite a decor that does not resemble the usual decoration of the establishments of the Belgian coast. It's modern, clean… but cold.
Service a nonchalant nothing, and average quality of dishes. In my case, 3 dove of which one clearly lacked cooking, the whole bathing in a bed of butter. But it was not bad for all that.
Other order: Hot goats, served on a wide spread and in a bowl quite generously served. We expect less, it's copious and good.

I get out of the terrace at the moment, and frankly a big zero.
You order mussels at will, the first normal saucepan, and the twelve mussels and no vegetable… for a child it counts like an adult, and the staff not professional at all.
I don't advise this restaurant.

Very well placed hotel (at 1min walk from the beach). The staff are very friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room nice and clean. The bathroom was great. I remove a star for the "balcony" which is really very narrow and not really maintained (pot of flowers full of water and cigarette butts)

It was quite okey, but with some shortcomings: under the 2nd sheet there was one with blood stains and a few hairs. Otherwise the location is very good, however there was no sea view, which however was indicated on the website.

Welcome home. Excellent breakfast, varied. Small downside to the room level, it is uninviting and minimalist (no luck for us, no remote control available so not very convenient! ). However the shower room is modern, and the bedding is comfortable.

Excellent value for money. Do not expect too much from the breakfast buffet but comfortable beds and ideal location.

Worst hotel ever. We got charged 30€ too much for our room, but it was not possible to get any money back. The stench was horrible and the toilet was congested. Nobody repaired. The room was full of insects — spiders and mosquitos. Breakfast was disgusting.

Restaurant very bad, dirty, very long time, command oversight, not worthy of a garden lunch same kitchen, wrong addition, staff made what it despite the little tool put at their disposal. The boss looks completely without care about the customers. Catastrophic and yet I am not difficult.

A shame! Scheduled arrival at 3: 00… we arrived at 15:15… hotel closed! And this until 6 pm! Had to wait… Arrival not heating… room… we were fortunately small heater in the bathroom to break is cold… we're eating out. … Our return… 22: 00… no hot water! All for 98 euros…

The waitress did not know a Lobster bisque.
Charging of mussels will used nature even if you take the mussels seasoned (e. G. Roquefort). Recharging is given in your pan, by splashing you in passing, while your seasoning is almost cold, so they do not taste your seasoning.
Really disappointed.

We had the reveillion 2011 and the evening it very well so that the stay. As for the staff, very nice and helpful.
