When we arrived we had an issue with our reservation. But the staff was very gentle and could help us out. Especially the Supervisor is the right petson in that Position.

Staying at The Old Beech has taught me one thing: all my prior 5-star ratings were mistaken. This is the true gem, the best place we've ever stayed in 30 years of traveling in Europe.

The greatest and most lovely Bed and Breakfast of our lives. Every single detail is absolutely amazing and placed with great taste. The host was absolutely fantastic. We arrived with a warm welcome.

The hotel's strongest points are definitely the staff and the high hygiene standards. The reception team was extremely friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out.

Very good stay at the Ibis City Center Brussels. The location was great, within walking distance to most of the main sights and attractions in the city.

Great central location just a few steps from the Bourse and 5 minutes from the metro station. Good value for money. Friendly check in. Comfortable bed. Room a bit basic but clean. Breakfast OK.

Stayed two nights in the sunny ground floor apartment. A great stay, the apartment had everything I needed and the check-in / check-out process worked well with numeric door codes for entry.

It’s a paradoxical place!
Nicely renovated, the only things I was unhappy with were :
— the clogged shower gives me the ick.
— no staff at night, Airbnb vibe, feels odd.

We have just had 2 nights at this hotel. The staff were out standing. Friendly, helpful, willing and genuinely cared. The reception area and downstairs rooms were very pleasant and clean.

What a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is extra spacious and comes with an enormous community lounge and kitchen, also a laundry room!

We had a great visit to Bruges thanks to the House of Bruges. Reserving the room online was easy.

A wonderful place. Would not stop anywhere else. Care attention plus an awesome breakfast and they love dogs. Just perfect.

We had a pleasant stay at this B&B in Bruges. The location is slightly outside the city center, about a 15-minute walk, but since Bruges is such a beautiful city, we didn’t mind the walk at all.

Luxurious hotel perfectly located for easy access to the centre of Brussels. The room was lovely, spacious, modern and very clean. We were greeted by Antonia who was very welcoming.

The hotel has a charming, historic elegance. Booking extras was easy. The rooms are very fitting for the hotel’s style, well maintained, and clean.

Had a little issue finding the right pin code, but a quick call got it. Hotelroom is great and have a good location.

We had a great 2 nights here. The location is close to the public transport and walking distance from the city centre. Situated in a side street it's very quiet.

To begin with, the owner is adorable. Louise sur Cour is like living in an impressive art gallery and the rooms are chic and extra clean. It is in a safe area, close to everything.

Great place to stay when visiting Bruges, with good public transport links and bikes to use if you prefer. Parking is available if you are driving and situated in a quiet residential area.

Located in the European district, so you have all chances to see the range of European employees going to and from their jobs. Nice squares, parks and museums around, too.

The view from our room was fantastic (garden view with fields behind).
We had all the wellness amenities to ourselves.

I enjoyed the stay in one of the nice luxurious rooms of the b&b.
The area is nice and quiet and I also relaxed in the wellness area of Akemi.
