A localização é excelente, muito próximo a Gran Place e comércios do centro. A equipe da recepção é muito simpática e prestativa. O quarto é bom porém as escadas de acesso são de difícil acesso principalmente se você têm muita bagagem.

We stayed one night in this modern hotel, it's centric but it's the only good thing about it. It is expensive, you have to climb many stairs (narrow) loaded with the suitcases and towards quite cold in the rooms, the heating if it was put it was not noticeable. I discard this hotel on my next visit.

Beautiful little hotel in a perfect location. It is a 2 minute walk to central station and a 2 minute walk to the grand plaza. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpfull.

Brilliant — Especially the young incredibly helpful staff. We put up our guests at the odiously pompous Warwick hotel but as we don't like staying at such hotels ourselves, we stayed in this very nice hotel which had received great reviews. After several days, I can confirm that this is a really comfortable place to stay with clean amenities and all the comforts any one would need. Some of the areas in the room had low ceilings and I did bang my head 3 times, but overall I loved this hotel and would love to come back and stay here again. A big thank you to the fantastic staff.

A beautifully restored building with very quiet rooms, comfy beds and old world charm. There's no elevators, but some fit dude will run your luggage up the stairs. You can't beat the location either.

Nice hotel in an excellent location. The staff at the reception werw great, and the room has very good. That said, the cleaning staff need to pay more attention to details while cleaning the room, not just make up the replace the towels.

Charming hotel with some of the best customer service I've ever seen. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their beautiful time. It's also a green hotel so they use rainwater for flushing the toilets and solar panels to heat the water.

Very good value for money especially we also stayed over the weekend when everyone else went home. Clean and the apartment we stayed in has its own charming! Excellent location and literally 2 minutes to Grand Place.

The hotel is beautifully finished and full of character. Not 5 stars because I could hear people moving around the halls/closing doors etc in the night. Otherwise, no problems!
