This has to be the best location in Brussels just steps from the Grand Place. Room was large and breakfast was good. If we return to Brussels, we will stay here again.

Regards ally good area, but in the first floor the street sounds is so high.

Clean friendly and in the middle of everything. Took one star because coffee wasn't included and the breakfast was overpriced. Love them though.

Nice Hotel. Located in a strategic place.

Stayed in May 2018. The temperature in the rooms was exaggerated and the air conditioning was not working. They told me it had to be repaired. In addition, the heating of the bathroom was access to the maximum without the possibility of adjusting it. Sleeping with the windows open is unworkable because it is in an area very frequented by tourists with many noises and squeals even at night. Also nearby is a construction site with vehicles and machinery that make noise all day long.

Good and plentiful breakfast. Very comfortable beds. Perfect soundproofing. But I recommend for the next trip to Brussels.

The hotel itself is good, amazing location one block from the Grand Place, two and a half from Central Station and in the heart of the historic quarter. Breakfast seems expensive as it was for 3, €5 breakfasts a chocolate and a waffle. The room was comfortable with full bathroom, LCD TV Internet was not the best was on the top floor, the view very nice. It is a good hotel to spend a few days visiting the city. Very friendly staff.

Great location. The hotel room was old and scruffy but they seem to have started refurbishment so things may well improve soon.

Simple but cosy Hotel, with very good value for money, and with an excellent location to explore the city. In the same street there are many restaurants, shops and chocolate. It is a minute from the Grand Place and nearby there is a train station and transports. The service is very attentive and give good advice on places to eat and routes to do.

Excellent value for money and with an unbeatable location, a few blocks from the central train station and the Grand place, the main square of the city. Breakfast if not included is expensive. Comfortable rooms with large bathrooms and very clean.

A blonde woman at the reception on 1 October 2017 morning plotted with a taxi to rip us off by going to the airport: I am sure she shares with him the loot of this kind of scam: cost of running at the airport 60 euro while the normal is 37 : This behavior of one of the hotel staff is unfortunate: it deserves to be punished because it tarnished the image of the hotel.

Good location, walking distance to Grand Place and very convenient if you arrive by train. Good value for money. Wifi working in the room. Spacious room and clean enough.

Worst hotel… Hardly understand the concept of HOSPITALITY. The front desk is racist unless you're white. The old man who was at the front desk (not the bald guy) actually tried to tell me it takes 30 mins for an email to arrive to their reception email. In 2017… He expects me to believe that. Then when the white maid came to the desk he spoke to her in French and she smirked at me. I can't possibly imagine what was comical that both of them felt the need to talk about someone who's patiently waiting. Oh of course, racist racist racist! Avoid at all costs if you're anything but white and take your money elsewhere. You won't feel welcomed here and it's not worth it when there are so many wonderful hotels to chose from in the area. Management needs to retrain their staff or hire front desk attendants who don't have a stick up their parts.

It is okay for the price but not much more. Rooms are a bit worn down, however asides from the safe everything is still functional. Its location itself is great and directly in the city. Parking is nearby. View is good if you ask for it — you can see the city hall.

The air conditioning and the ventilation is not working, it is hot in the rooms. The street is noisy.

Had an absolutely TERRIBLE time at this place. The air conditioner in our room did NOT work and also made lots of noise. The hotel looked kinda shabby and was right next to a dark and dirty alley where drunk people urinated at night. The front desk staff were RUDE and also STOLE MY CREDIT CARD INFO (it's the only place I used my credit card during my trip). This hotel sucks, I'd never even think about visiting this place again.

Unbeatable location, 1 min walk from the Grande Place and to the side of the galleries Saint-Hubert, the rooms are simple and cosy and the service is attentive and pleasant.

Great situation and price. The room was not very nice, but it was clean and silent. Service was polite and helpful. Don't forget to bring you own shower gel and shampoo!

The location is just behind the Grand Place, right on the main avenue that divides in half the historical centre of Brussels, then perfect. The reception was not so warm, very quick and cold, the minimum necessary to carry out the bureaucratic procedures and give you the info key. I had asked for a room with a view on the Grand Place, instead I was given a room with two small windows that barely managed to see the outside. The beds are small, but there is (I'm almost 1.80m and I ended up feet out of bed). The pillows were very small and afflosciavano immediately, I would say low quality, just. I woke up every morning with the headaches given to you by the evil of the cervical caused by incorrect posture that forced me to take The pillows. It is true that the breakfast has a cost exaggerated (15€), but will no longer consider a point as much to negative as soon as quit is full of places to enjoy a delicious "petit dejeuner", and then just having the desire to set foot outside. For the rest everything is normal.

In the center and at more than affordable prices.

Very nice place to stay, close to the underground, so you can be anywhere you want in Bruxelles easily. Breakfast was also very good and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms not very spacious but the hotel has a great location. If you are lucky and you will get the room on the fifth floor you can see from the window La Grand Place.

Not quite dewy from the facility, but great location with good price/performance ratio.

Tato very good staff. Room according to a hotel of its category. The only downside was that there were works on the side and they made noise from the morning.

Overall good impression. Great location, the bed in the room was awesome, very friendly staff, affordable price. A few details have displeased us: the thermostat did not work, the hot water in the shower was great hard to turn, they have not made our room on the second day.

Very good location… But star rating, they all fled. The room inside and outside is absent I n dare not spoken baim room… The photos shown on Google was the building. Since any change (or rather disappeared as the seals…)

The hotel is well placed, but quite worn down. Not very well kept, needs some janitorial staff to do the odd rapairs. Wierd issues like water on the bathroom floor leaking out into the room (as opposed to down a drain). Did not feel very welcome by the front desk either. Most likely much better hotels to find in this area.

Excellent site leg to visit throughout Brussels. Well connected with metro and train. Cheap and clean. Very friendly reception girls and speak Spanish q is something strange here. Highly recommended.

The rooms are not huge it beautiful. Very hot (also Roo) but the bed is very comfortable. Cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast too expensive, leave in the morning for breakfast at bistrou.

I want to offer a better rating, because the rooms and location are good, especially for the price — but I am so put off by the horrid front desk service I can't help it. I have never felt as if I was such an inconvenience to anyone in my life. The rooms are pretty good (once you find them, mine was tucked in a stairwell, without mention), but nothing to speak of. Clean and affordable, the internet access charge is a bit steep, but not bad. All I can say is the horrible reception tonight was so bad, I will never be back despite the redeeming qualities of the property. I hope other receive better service and enjoy the good qualities of the location.
