Very accommodating though we arrived early! Also moved us due to noise from a nearby concert. Great room and pleasant experience!

Stayed here for 3 nights this summer. The rooms are clean and well maintained and is great value for money. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous with good a wide variety of food. The icing on the cake is that the place is bang opposite yo the train station and near to the historic district and attractions of Brussels.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant. Excellent food and though the foyer restaurant is a bit limited all the items ordered were delicious. We had the octopus and salad and some soup. Really well made Location wise this is right outside the Brussels main station and a quick 5 mins will take you to the Grand place and all the excellent tourist hops.

Very nice room: big, neat, clean. Nice staff. Very good location: just in front of Brussels Central rail station and only a few minutes walk from the Grand Place.

Freshly renovated Hilton hotel in the heart of Brussels. Prefect location, beautiful rooms and nice service. Gym is good too. We had breakfast at the lounge. They could definitely offer a larger choice. No buns, 2 fruits, very small choice of ham and cheese. The lady who worked at the lounge was very friendly though.

Offers everything we expect from a hotel in the chain. Nice Lobby, nice staff also. Very close to the Grand Place.

Located opposite the Central Station. Very convenient: to the airport 20 minutes, to Bruges hour. The trains themselves go underground, so noise is not audible. The main square is less than 5 minutes on foot. From the window you can see the town hall. Lots of attractions close by. The hotel itself is not new, the furniture is worn out, but everything you need, including bathrobes and kettle, is. Large size bathroom. Service in the room, rather, misunderstanding: order a cup of tea costs 5 Euro tea and 5 Euro service charge)

This completely renovated hotel and its restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Beautiful and large rooms, staff to small care,.

It is opposite the Central Station. Autumn is convenient, with 20 minutes to the airport, an hour to Bruges. The trains themselves go underground, so you can't hear any noise. The hotel itself is not new, the furniture is shabby in places, but everything you need, including robes and a kettle, is there. Large-sized bathroom. Service to the room, rather, a misunderstanding?

Lovely decor and spacious rooms. The location by the central train station is great for getting around the city and there is lots of sight seeing nearby. The only downsides were that our room was missing certain amenities, such as the room service menu, and the front desk did not always answer our calls. The breakfast hours were also fairly short, 7:00-10:00 most days.

Much better from the inside than the outside. Lovely room, great check in and probably one of the best executive lounges. However, due to its proximity to a station and downtown Brussels it was very loud outside during the night with revellers wandering about. Lovely view from the room towards the Grand Place.

Paid 350 for a family room that was ONE room with fold out beds for the kids only to realize there a regular room is 140 Euros. So two rooms would have been cheaper than putting my children on camping beds. No cooperation from the staff, not even possibility to pay extra for an upgrade as they lied about only 3 people allowed in a junior suite and we would have to rebook completely and loose the 350 Eur. Manon Bourgeois réception hostess could understand this was a bad bad deal but couldn’t actually do anything. At least we’ll have the story: “ remember we camped at the Hilton? “

Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel is beautiful and our room is superb. Great views from our windows. The Executive Lounge is 5 stars also.

Hotel is situated in a good place and so many restaurants outside too to have good authentic European food. Hilton is also very near to Grand Palace which is one of the most important tourist attractions. Staff is very accommodative and friendly.

Nice place overall. No automatic door at front of hotel, poor porter service. Moderate reception service. Upgraded to junior suite. Good breakfast selection and nice executive lounge. Room mediocre. Bad shower pressure, poorly cleaned carpets, dusty and musty. Needs refurbishing.

With the first receptionist met I did not find myself well but the colleagues subsequently showed themselves very helpful. The rooms would need a refurbish. Excellent breakfast and location.

Value for money not satisfactory, the language used by the staff and on the documents (menus, information…) is English… Are we in Brussels or London?

Everything clean Nothing to complain however there are nicer houses.

Functional and very precise. The service is great and the waiters obliging. The rooms are well appointed and cozy, just like the lobby.

Hotel with excellent location but already with many years and some services are left Justito yesterday actually. Breakfast very good, you can make your own waffles. The food also very good and the bar great but the room and the facilities are left behind.

Old Meridien. Comfortable Hotel but Justito. The best, the location.

From an experiment: I booked a room of three.
First the hotel increased the price from €100 to €200 for the third person arriving on site, I had a two bed room and the third was sent later by the reception so it started to feel stuck in the room so we went out to the center even E If we did not want to go out, the hotel has wasted this moment for the first time I find that the linens are more luxurious than the room the furniture starts to age in the end, the reception and the entrance hall are luxuries.

The bed was very comfortable with several different types of pillow provided so you could get a choice to your taste. The toiletries in the bathrooms also good quality and plenty of proper hangers in the bedrooms. I enjoyed the breakfast which had a plentiful range of breads, fruit and pastries (freshly baked) as well as cooked options. It's also a convenient location just near the station.

Very nice hotel and very good location.

The hotel was well-soundproofed and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The shower lacked adequate pressure and therefore, it was difficult to get under the water and rinse off well without using the hand-held attachment. I requested breakfast by hanging the request on the door the evening before as instructed, but nobody picked up the request, therefore, I never received breakfast. This was only an issue to me because I needed an early breakfast before getting on a train and the cafes in the area don't open that early.

Greet by a friendly, professional staff. I stayed in one of the older rooms, but I saw construction all over with signs of renovations so I cannot comment on the new rooms. Great location near the train station and easy walking distance to a majority of the city!

Excellently nestled in a 16th century alley. Excellent food, attention and atmosphere.

Recently renovated rooms are very nice. Conveniently located a 5 minutes walk from Grand Palace, this Hilton is hard to beat!

The staff & hotel were wonderful. Near the main square & right across from the train station. Rooms were clean.

Hilton was doing construction work. They blinded the windows, so view was absent. Overall room was nice. No bath but good shower. Location is excellent opposite of central station and 3 minutes walk to Grand place.

The staff are very professional, very friendly, we are like at home. The hotel is very well located. The Brussels Central train stop right in front of the hotel. If I am to return to Brussels I would surely come to the Hilton Brussels Grand Place.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, fantastic staff. Visited for a birthday weekend away and really enjoyed our stay here. It's worth paying a little extra for the executive room — the lounge, with it's complementary refreshments — is indispensable. I'll be visiting Brussels again and plan to stay here next time. Very nice rooms and helpful staff.

The location is absolutely fantastic, especially considering the price. Nothing special, but everything you'd need for a city break.

Very helpful receptionist, hotel room was very comfortable. The location was excellent. Budget Hotels Brussels Could of supplied more sugar and milk in the room there was only enough for one drink although enough tea and coffee for about 6 drinks.

Could be better if they had Wifi available in the rooms.
