I am sure this is my best hotel experience in 2018! Hotel owner is a very poilte, thoughtful, easy to communicate. The room is extremely clean, beautiful, with spacious space! all drinks are free! a iMac in each room. It's wonderful!

Excellent B&B, run by the friendly, efficient and helpful Mario. Makes a great change from the usual grey, bland EuroHotel. Just a few steps from a nice square (Fontaine) with bars, etc. And from Rue Ansbach.

This is one of the best places that you will find in Brussels to stay.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The location, the room, the breakfast — we had a spectacular visit!

The best hotel I have ever tried at Brussels. This is the fifth time that I come to Brussels and this hotel is the most classic one. Very clean and calm, 10min walks to grand place. Drinks are included in the price. The owner is very on time, you will have your taxi at the exact time you demanded. His dogs are very lovely too. Next time this would be no doubt my choice again.

Modern first, traditional after, absolutely current, excellent quality and great service, very good although a bit pricey.

Fabulous house, beautifully renovated. Very convenient location, quiet but only 10 minutes walk from Grande Place and Sablon areas, and close to some lovely restaurants. Mario was a wonderful host, so helpful in giving us top tips on where to eat and what to see in Brussels. As a result we feel we've really discovered a different and authentically Belgian slant to this cosmopolitan city. Would highly recommend Art de Sejour!

Art de Sejour is exceptional. The beautiful accommodations, Mario the charming host and his thoughtfulness to every detail went beyond our expectations. I can not recommend this B&B enough.

Great location, lovely breakfast, fast Wi-Fi connection, spacious room Parking at Panorama — very narrow, not recommended for big cars, costs 32 eur for 48hours.

Funny fasades. One is new and clean, another one is old and dirty. Reminds me on Rome :-)

The location of this B&B is exceptional! It is so close to the Grand Place (the historical heart of Brussels). Near all the restaurants and public transportation. Everything is brand new! High quality. Owners are very friendly and obliging. We recommand a stay at Art de Séjour!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderfully private b&b right in the centre of Brussels. It had been recommended to us by some friends and we weren't disappointed upon our arrival. The room was gorgeous & spacious, and as this is a brand new restoration the attention to detail and finish is really top of the range. On top of that we were treated like royalty with the service and the delicious breakfast! The location is also super practical for travellers arrival to Brussels by Eurostar (as we did coming from London). It's about 10mins walk directly from Midi station, which is an added bonus as taxis are expensive and hard to come by in Brussels.

This is a beautifully furnished B&B, and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was just about perfect. Also its location within the city is wonderful, very easy to use the public transport into any direction Nothing seemed to much trouble for our hosts, from the perfect breakfast, to finding and booking us a table at their own favourite restaurants. I thoroughly recommend it.

It is a wonderful place! Incredibly well renovated with attention to every details. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all sort of comforts: nice flatscreen TV, Apple computer to check e-mails and listen to music, Nespresso coffee machine with also tea facility, safe and lots of space in the wardrobe. Bathroom is very comfortable and the rain shower is an absolute luxury! It is like having your own private studio in the very heart of the city and there is only one room per floor, so it is very quiet and relaxing. It was very easy from there to reach the main Stations (Central and Gare du Midi) and literally 5-minute walk to the Grand Place. I highly recommend this establishment which is more of a design boutique hotel than a Bed&Breakfast.

This is one of those hidden gems you just have to check out! At a perfect location, just a few minutes by foot from the Grand Place and La Bourse and other major down-town attractions, night-life and public transportation (metro). The rooms are superior, no doubt about it. Having stayed in numerous 4 and 5 star hotels, I can assure you the rooms of Art de Séjour are topping them in most cases. Tastefully designed decors, comfortable beds, plenty amenities and especially space! If you feel like a different business accommodation or you're searching for a perfect place for a nice, relaxed or romantic weekend, this is your spot! The owners are the friendliest people you will find in Brussels who have put an amazing effort into creating this exquisite and unique Bed & Breakfast Hotel.
