Location is at the center about one minute to the grand palace. No construction going on and rooms are small but clean with safety box, AC and fridge. Separate toilet and shower room. Breakfast is great with a lot of variety.

Excellent location and very clean and bright. Room was functional and clean, which is the main thing, with nice views over the square. When the window is closed, it is very quiet and the curtains block out all of the light for a good night's sleep. It's also nice to have the option to open the windows and listen to the sounds of the square. We are a family of three and although the room was fine for us, there was not enough storage space for clothes — 1 drawer and 1 small hanging space with 6 hangers for three of us wasn't enough and we had to leave our clothes in the cases. Breakfast was brilliant — loads of choice and very tasty Would definitely recommend, particularly given the excellent location.

Very busy location but quiet calm atmosphere friendly staff nice clean rooms. Breakfast was ok bar area and menu food was nice.

Really good location. Close to a lot of the locations of interest to tourists. Entertainment nearby. Restaurants, museums, historical stuff, shopping are all within easy walking distance. Small grocery and convenience store is nearby. Clean rooms with fridges. Rooms are a decent size for a hotel in a downtown location. Friendly, helpful staff.

This is a great hotel just a few steps from the central quarter. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
By the way, the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar, where you can drink the most famous varieties of Belgian beer and a snack salad or burger.
Well, as an additional plus-a taxi rank just around the corner, and within walking distance of the metro and Central Station.

Amazing, hard to beat location. Literally 5 minutes from the grand palace square, the St. Michael's church, the chocolate museum, and the pee boy statue. Several great Chocolate stores nearby. Several other attractions, stores, and restaurants in walking distance. Great views from the hotel room. Accommodations were good. Only one USB charging port available in the room — Bring your own power converter. The wall next to the TV has an HDMI input (bring your own HDMI cable, and Roku / Chrome cast), so you can watch your own movies / videos on the TV. There is a safe, and a small refrigerator in the room. There's also a thermostat to adjust temperature as desired. Staff was pleasant, and very helpful. Breakfast wasn't included, and cost €22 per person — Kids up to 12 eat free. Wifi is included for free — strong connection, but seemed to slow down at times. Overall, great visit. Thanks!

This hotel has a great location in Brussels. Sometimes when you seek a central location for a hotel, you have to put up with noise. Not here. This hotel is immediately beside a busy square but I had a pleasant surprise in how quiet it was. They recently upgraded the external windows and doors to have high sound proof qualities. The room also had lots of space, more than many places in Europe. And it was clean and modern.

Beautiful hotel with a very good location. Breakfast is really luxurious with a nice bright restaurant room. The outside terrace is really a plus for an "under the sun beer" after a day visiting Brussels.

This hotel is very comfortable as apart from being in front of one of the busiest tourist squares is a few steps from the central train station so you can walk if you want to also have a supermarket and several restaurants D You can eat, dine or have a hot drink for the cold, the facilities. Hotel are very comfortable and are in excellent condition, the rooms are very good size and the restaurant has a very good and varied buffet for breakfast, the attention of the staff is very good and most speak Spanish so there is no problem for the language, the view that they have the rooms facing the street are beautiful.

Good hotel in the center. Walking distance to Central station as well as from Grand Place. The STA zero maybe deserve accommodation due to excessive wear and tear and varies the choice at breakfast.

One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Nice staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. But there is one more thing. The location. It's in the absolute downtown but the rooms weren't loud. I had great days there. I recommend the hotel.

Just dropped someone off so no detailed room or housekeeping review but interacted with the front desk and bartending staff both of which were very warm and friendly. Bar was handsome in appearance. Front desk was stylish. Prices were modest.

The location is amazing, just next to the central station and grand place. No variation in the breakfast during the 1 week stay. Staff was friendly.

Discreet hotel, improved as a structure, abundant and varied breakfast, strategic position close to most places deserving to be visited. Everything on foot.
Recommended Tovasi in the pedestrian area therefore no smog traffic.
So many places to eat on the same square where the hotel is.
Also nearby are shopping malls and museums including the comic book museum that deserves to be visited.
In the Christmas period even more is appreciated its position being in the path of the shops and near the market of Piazza Sant Catherine.

Very nice hotel, nice environment, located in the middle of the City Center, close to touristic places like Grand Place and manikin piss — the train station is less than a 5 minutes walk. Staff are friendly. One downside is that prices are a bit more than what I would expect to pay here. Would book again.

Front desk staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful. Room was perfect, nice, clean and a great location! Breakfast was Fabulous, and included Gluten free items which rarely happens. Our stay was perfect! And hands down the best hotel mattress I have ever slept on! The kids said their fold out mattresses were also comfortable.

Hotel perfectly located close to the main square and the central station. Perfect and very professional welcome. Correct room. There are some problems with the humidity between the bathroom and the toilet. Breakfast to include in the price at the reservation. Otherwise it is really very expensive.

We arrived by train from Amsterdam and found that the hotel was immediately outside an access via a shopping centre. It's a clean modern renovation of a heritage building. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Very pleasant stay of 4 nights for 2 people, in the middle of August.
Spacious and well maintained room overlooking a very quiet place.
A few steps from the Grand Place, and from the central station the location is perfect for visiting Brussels on foot.
We arrived from France by car, the hotel has no private parking, but a public parking (€15/day) underground is located at just 50 m.
Breakfast (varied and quality buffet) is served until 11:00 am. It is included in the city break offer. In our case, by booking by Internet (non refundable) we settled about €450 for 4 nights, which given the location and quality of the service is quite interesting.
(only defect, the free Wi-Fi is shamefully slow in the rooms, and the high-speed offer is at €10 per day, price close to racketeering and incomprehensible in 2017. )

Brilliant hotel located in the centre of Brussels just a 2 min walk from central station and main square. We had a family room which was a good size with spacious bathroom and toilet. All modern setup and amenities in the room. Friendly staff and we had a great 2 days in Brussels. Definitely recommend!

The reception and bar staff are top notch. Such a great location to train station, Grand Place, and sites surrounding. Room on the 5th floor with view of the street is fantastic. Close your windows and it all goes away. Open them up and the sites and sounds of this beautiful city come flooding in. While not perfect by any stretch, a great value nonetheless.

Not sure what to expect but not disappointed this seemed more geared to business travellers but good overall facilities for all. Not sure about the plastic curtains in the room. Decent size to room and separate shower and toilet good. Staff multi lingual so no problems. Nice to sit outside with a nightcap before bed from decently stocked bar at reasonable prices.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the Grand Place, close to many restaurants and shops.
The staff is very professional and rider.
The room was large and spacious, perfectly clean, well appointed (design furniture), a large TV screen, all the connections available in front of the wall unit, a good Wi-Fi flow.
Very good soundproofing, and excellent air conditioning (phew, we fell in the middle of a heatwave).
In short, a perfect performance.
I did not put the note of 10, because there is no parking (one available nearby but very expensive), and for breakfast, it was necessary to ask if there were different benefits, because the choice is not offered. Breakfast is announced at €21, while there are possible choices at 4 € 50 and 10 € 50.

Ideal as a point of support to visit the city, from here you are comfortable for everything, especially in winter when you want to make the exits bite and flee. Clean and comfortable Hotel even for families.

Nice City Hotel with great location for a city trip. The only disadvantage is that the volume of the region due to the absolutely Central location is correspondingly high.

We have spent a fourth night in a family room. The location of the hotel is perfect, Breakfast is good, as is the cleanliness. The room is for four people quite small, since it is hard to open the suitcase. The window at night to stop the noise completely. Annoying we found, that the extra beds are prepared, but not had to work, so that once the furniture back was announced. The mattresses were good, the bed linen we were sweating but.

The hotel is: clean comfortable quiet central and with a more than dignified breakfast. But it is expensive overpriced.

It has almost voted for everything. Only the wardrobe with the bed stuff was crammed and there was hardly room for me. Unfortunately, my complaint has brought to the reception, nothing!

I had a lower class room than the one booked (and for which I paid), by the way justifying it with a ridiculous excuse. The toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom.

It's central and as soon as you get out. There is also a parking lot next door. The hotel is nice.

Excellent location a short walk from the Grand Place and the central station overlooking a lovely square, at first glance the outside of the hotel leaves a bit disappointed and even modern furniture in my opinion is more 4 star hotels canteen that everything makes up a great welcoming staff on arrival the room was large very clean fully equipped with all comforts and with a decidedly large bathroom provided both shower very large bath and separate toilet from the bathroom, soundproofing of exceptional room despite being on the first floor overlooking the street did not feel anything, free Wi-Fi in the rooms although clean was painfully slow considerably better in the lobby, we will definitely be back for great value!

The hotel is located in the best location in Brussels, just 2 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Reading previous reviews I was concerned in regards with the noise from the busy street, however the room located on the 3rd floor towards Rue Infante Isabelle was quiet. The staff was friendly, the room and the beds were comfortable and the overall experience was very satisfying.

Great location and very child friendly. It's hard to find a hotel in Europe that allows two children (even small ones) in the parents room.

We have 2 nights in this Hotel spent (3 people) and had a Three-bed room booked. It was a Spitzenzimmer and particularly noteworthy is the bathroom. Everything is immaculate clean and nicely furnished. Super nice staff, whether at reception, the Bar or at Breakfast. I can this Hotel for a short trip to Brussels, only a friend. In particular, due to the spitzenmässigen location, not even 5 minutes to the Grand Place, Restaurants, Shops, Bars, etc.
