This hotel is all about value and location. Yes it doesn’t offer services and amenities of a 5 star hotel, but if you are a traveler looking for a comfortable place to stay in, this is the ideal hotel. I’m not sure why people have complained about things like the unavailability of a coffee maker in the room or the bathroom being small. When you’re paying only around 65€ a night for an air conditioned room with a comfortable bed in the heart of Brussels, you can’t be that picky. The hotel was within a 3-4 minute walk to a cute little restaurant named La Natura that offered really good, cheap breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

I really can't fault this hotel. A couple of minor niggles but nothing that would put off this place. In fact we're looking at booking them in other locations. It's so near everything in Brussels, it's a fantastic base.

Very simple hotel. Location is within walking distance of many local spots. Room was modern and clean but lacked bathroom counter space. Staff was always on hand and ready to help.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The price is very good for the location and was much cheaper than other hotels in the area. Obviously this is a no frills hotel, there's no coffee machine or hair dryer in the room and no free cleaning service. This isn't an issue, however. A hairdryer and fresh towels can be obtained from the front desk. The coffee machine at reception costs but very little, €1.50 for a cappuccino. I wasn't fond of the expensive coffee nearby. The room was nice, clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. There is a bit of noise from the hallways and other room so hopefully you have quiet neighbors. This was the only down point of my stay here. Check In/Out was easy and the staff were friendly. Don't be put off by fussy guests giving out about the lack of a cleaning service. I've seen many people give out about this, you don't need it. This isn't The Ritz, what do people expect!?

Brilliant concept, check in yourself, pick your own room… this means get there as soon as check in is open really so that you get the best rooms! Best advised as high as possible by the staff as apparently you can here street noise if not! We got a great (not) view of so be offices. But as I assume you'll be gong for sight seeing you won't be in there long enough to care. Place was clean and tidy. Shower good, toilet good, bed comfy! Vending machine in the hotel selling essentials: water, tooth paste, tooth brushes and sweets for late night cravings! Lockers cost 3 euro's but are worth it!

Location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. Rooms are quiet and clean. The place looks new. Pillows are flat, rooms are cramped, and they don't make up the rooms for multiple day stays. No hairdryer, iron, or washcloths. TV is small and about 10ft off the floor. Don't book this place expecting the Ritz. Do book this place if you want a great location and a clean and safe place to spend the night.

As drawbacks: They do not clean the rooms during the stay, there are no closets and there is no cafeteria (vending machines only). They do not have those extra services but in return the price is unbeatable (it is worth making your myself the bed in exchange for the situation and the price, believe me).
The staff is very friendly.

Best budget hotel within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and metro station. Rooms are basic with attached shower. Rooms and linen are clean. No kettle in the room but has a snack and coffee vending machine in the lobby. Wi-Fi is free and works well in the room. Staff is super helpful. Would definitely stay here if I visit again.

Most services which are common in any other hotel are additional here. Check-in is 1500 while checkout is at 1000. To check-out later or to store luggage until you'll need to pay. The rate is lower but all these additional costs could mean you're spending more than any other hotel. Rooms are tiny. With a twin bed you'll easily hit someone's feet of you walk past, it's that tiny. Bathroom is weird. Cannot be locked and due to the layout/ design a light in the bathroom lights up the entire room. Good luck not waking up the other person if you go for a toilet break! Shower is an open shower. The water goes everywhere and you have to be careful not having it run into the room. Positive bits: shower is really warm, everything is super clean, staff was very friendly and full of energy, no noise from other rooms, room could be easily darkened from any sun outside. For the rate it's pretty good. I'll likely be back.

Small Hotel in the centre of Brussels, very clean, well located and good value for money, the staff treatment has been very good, highlighting the help we were provided by a receptionist. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Good location because it is central, easy you can go to know the big square and go to taste one of its many restaurants of mussels and good beer.
As for the small but functional rooms, very tidy, clean, very friendly staff, speak English, Spanish and French.
Very in love with Brussels really a city that surprises.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The check-in and check-out process is very easy and you do it yourself on the computer stations. The only downside is that they don't have continental breakfast included and you have to pay for extras such as a late check-out or renting a storage locker to hold your luggage if needed. It's in a great location in Center City Brussels and I was able to walk everywhere to visit all the tourist destinations. Highly recommend.

Good location, clean well appointed room.

Basic Hotel in terms of needs. Very central and very friendly staff. The only downside we found is that the cupboard is tiny, there were only 4 hangers.

It is very well located and is recently built, close to the tourist area but on a quiet street. The rooms are very small without closets, so we spent the 4nights with the clothes in the suitcases (it is uncomfortable). The towels you have to ask for there is no room service. For a short stay it's fine.
The employees who serve the public are charming, especially the Sevillian.

A great little hotel in a central location for a low price. Check in was nice and simple, a self service process, but staff are on hand 24/7 to assist. Reception area has a vending machine and a drinks vending machine, as well as locker storage and a toilet. The rooms aren't the biggest, but sufficient enough for a few nights stay. Bed is comfy and they have plug sockets next to the bed! The only comment would be the bathrooms. For some reason they opted with a single door that can be used for the bathroom or the shower. Unfortunately, there is no lock on the door and they don't form a seal so when using the shower, the water goes all over the bathroom floor!

Perfect for the price. The internet didn't really work in my room, but check-in and checkout were easy. The room was clean and modern, and the front desk people were very helpful. It is also well located.

Stayed here for a single night as a couple. Very new, clean and tidy hotel. Check in can be automated but we were assisted by front desk staff who were all very helpful. The hotel is extremely basic but has everything you need, the rooms are a model of efficient space use and very comfortable. The location is ideal for Bourse and the centre of Brussels. Would definitely recommend for those on a budget.

Decent small budget hotel. Good location. But there's no daily house keeping and the service can be very rude at times.

Better located impossible, near the central station in the heart of Brussels, good communication with taxis, good facilities, room with all the amenities the only downside that the water gets out of the shower, and by the rest very friendly employees.

Staff friendly, hotel clean and tidy, but the room they booked x 3, and had only had 2 towels and no hair dryer, which must be requested at the reception, but arrived after midnight, it was not possible to obtain them. Anyway, recommended, and well located, close to downtown attractions and well connected with public transport. The baggage can be kept in cabinets spacious for 3€ all day.

Well to be short time, but if you are less than five days you have to pay to make the bed or clean the room, the staff wonderful and very friendly.

Hotel very well placed! Clean, excellent price / quality ratio. The bathroom is spacious. The small flats would be the mattress a little soft and the rooms that face all in the street with the screw to screw. I recommend it!

I think of this chain, is the hotel with more cared, modern and larger rooms. At least the one that touched me.

Well: It's new, it's clean and the location is really excellent. It is also the cheap airline version of a hotel. With one difference: With a cheap airline, I also pay surcharges for services that actually incur costs: more luggage, food etc. Here I pay surcharges for services that the hotel will cost nothing more, as the reception is always busy: 7, €50 for early checkin. €3 for luggage storage. In addition there are tiny rooms, hair dryer etc. Only on request and the elimination of an intermediate cleaning. Overall, the hotel then has a rather poor price-performance ratio for Brussels, where you can catch a weekend of really cheap prices.

Interesting concept for a hotel. The location is awesome, really close to shopping and the Grand Palace. It would have been a 5 star, if the rooms had fridges.

It's not the usual hotel but the experience has been very good. Small room But enough for a few days. They don't clean every day but they give you towels if you order them and although the room does not have a hairdryer you can order one at reception without problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is super central, very close to the city centre and shopping zones, super if you like to walk around. The room was great, we were in 3 and we had enough space for living, it was clean and comfy. To be honest just the bathroom was a bit unusual but actually very appreciable. Not all the receptionist are friendly, but some of them are truly kind and helpful. In future I'll take in consideration again EasyHotel :)

Great accommodation! The hotel is new, clean and in great location. The room are not really big but don't loose on comfort. The smart TV have such a variety of functions and TV channels that you can't get bored. Staff works well and quickly.

It's a great cost effective hotel. The room is very nice: the bed is really good, there's a 32 TV with plenty of channels, the shower is great, there are 4 hangers to use, there's a big mirror and the bathroom is OK. There is no fridge, no room service, no cleaning every day but you can ask anything if needed, the optional 8€ breakfast (in the bar next block) is OK but you can get a better one on plenty of other city places. It's a great deal of the money and a better one if booked with advance.

Perfect Hotel to turn Brussels. Strategic location, at prices that are truly competitive for the area. It has everything you need for a stay without problems, for those who do not have too many claims. Comfortable mattress and spacious. There is no room cleaning service. To have extra towels you have to ask at the reception. The staff is available and ready to meet any need. A 5-minute walk from the metro station De Brouckère and 15 from train station Brussel Central. Recommended.

Modern, good location close to Grand Place. Kind and helpful staff. You do not get room service with new sheets and towels. Extra towels are free in the reception, but room cleaning cost 15 euro. Recommended. Would gladly stay here again.

Very good accommodations for the price you pay. Definitely a great place for the value if you are seeking a budget hotel in the heart of the city. Check-in was very easy and the liason at the front desk was very helpful. 24hr facility so you can come and go as you please. Great location near downtown area.

For what it is, it's a great place super close to the main drinking spots in Brussels and far enough that it's peaceful and quite. The place is very new and contemporary, great price point but the staff appeared disinterested in the guests of the hotel (more so than other hospitality workers in Europe). There are no carpets in the rooms and one would think that it would be easy to clean but there were tons of hairs in my room. The front desk employee cleaned up after I complained. It seems that cleaning was not her specialty. The BIG issue is the poor design of the bathroom. It was intended to be a clever design where the toilete and the shower are separated by a swinging door which could be used to close off the whole space or just to close off the shower. Well, people are using the door to close off the whole space and the room would be flooded each time you take a shower. There were signs of flooding in the corridor of the hotel which I found funny :). For the price and the location, I would give them another try.

NEW — Clean — the most important thing. It is for a Night. However, not suitable for a romantic weekend. Storage options it is very rare in the rooms. Very close to the centre for a City stroll.

Very modern and clean room! Room size is smaller than most hotel room, but not a big deal if you don't have big luggage. There is free Wi-Fi but TV still does not work. Does NOT offer free outlet adapter for US electronic devices. No free hair dryer either. Overall, a nice place to spend the night given the location and the price.

Simple Hotel, new and well located. Very small rooms, no place for clothes. Do not clean the rooms during stays brief and give few towels. But it is comfortable to move around the city.

It's a great bargain choice conveniently located in central Brussels. Clean, comfortable beds, no complaints. Just be aware of the policy not to clean rooms daily — you get new towels at the front desk. This is no issue for me and this is my new base in Brussels.

Loved the location. Only 5 minutes from Grand Place and 8 from train station. Hotel was very modern with automatic kiosk check in and staff. Room was large with high ceilings and lots of outlets. Shower was great with lots of water pressure. It was odd though that the shower door swivels to become a toilet door and it can't be both at once so you can't have someone shower and someone use the toilet in privacy if others are in the room. Also when you leave your room in makes a high pitch siren sound that is startling. Finally we didn't like that they charge 3 euro a suitcase for storage and for use of a hair dryer.

A room of size avarage but with everything you need. The receptionists were charming and helpful. The location is unbeatable, you can go to any site walk. Really great price-quality.

As the Name suggests, everything is very simple there. Comparable to the cheap Hotel, modern and clean rooms. A little reminiscent of a pre-paid model, previous Check in, previous Check-out, Luggage storage, extra blanket. Everything is available for a small fee. For short stays where you do not spend a lot of money definitely recommend.

To repeat. This very central situated. Taking in when that Brussels has areas that are very central somewhat conflicting and that give a certain respect, it is very very well located. It is very basic but the price is very cheap comparing with other hotels. Very clean and very comfortable. Hotel modern, simple and functional. For recommend. Would insurance.

Too easy. Lack the bidet. There are no wardrobes or bedside tables to place things. Do not do cleaning and they give you 1 towel to the head (if you want to pay, there is the possibility of a remedy). Shower huge, the sink tiny. Your air conditioning system hot/cold very good.

The location is excellent. Close to square, shopping areas, bars and historical places, but in 4 days NEVER cleaned the room or changed towels. You do not have breakfast.

Very central. Clean. Spacious rooms. There is room service and it shows in lack at least a towel for the feet to get out of the shower. At the time of the stay (4 nights) the TV was not working throughout the hotel. We were told that it was a problem of long duration, without specifying the reason.

I attempted to stay as an overnight guest, but had not made a reservation, hoping it would not be fully booked on a Monday night during low season in early February. Unfortunately, I was wrong. This hotel is centrally located, which is why it is so popular, about a 5 min walk to the Grand Place, had a very modern reception area & computer check-in system, and a helpful receptionist. It also seems very safe, with the entrance to the hotel being only accessible with a key after hours. Parking garage around the corner, but was lucky to be able to find street parking.

A hotel in the historic center. Really functional as it is minimal. You have to ask for the hairdryer because it is not present in the room. Only one towel per person, shower. Bidet absent, but alas, this is the norm in France and Belgium. Self CheckIN. Staff very friendly and helpful. Do not clean the room for stays of very short, if not on request. Having said that, the stay was more than comfortable. The room has more or less everything. And everything is really functional, even if placed in spaces very small. We would stay again. In fact, I would go to look for more in other cities, saw the price. Great idea.

Very new, but felt not ready yet. No tables, hardly any storage space for stuff in the room, the shower flooded the bathroom, faucet… etc. No Parking available. You must be a public. Park house in the vicinity, about 15 € per 24 h, but otherwise in the middle of the centre. And relatively low room rates for the location.

Everything is very new… however, the cheap faucet lots, towel holder, processed shale, the bathroom flooded when showering, TV without function, no storage space for clothes and no Parking…

The Hotel is new, modern and very clean, but very simple and not at all romantic. Not even a hair dryer is available.
