Booked hotel in May for Christmas markets looked delightful fantastic atrium looked like a brilliant place to meet drink and eat. Arrived to a building site poor reception area crowded with unsatisfied guests no bar or lounge area very noisy building work continuing until April. Booked via booking. Com & payment to be paid 36hrs before arrival — hotel then took payment in may via 3 separate transactions with THREE different booking fees, tried to get a refund for 2 of these but hotel said no! on a positive staff were polite & accommodating and radisson should be proud with them.

Excellent location, some floors are refurbished, pillows are too soft, air conditioning is bad. Showerhead is low and annoying. Their food presentation is excellent but taste not that good…

I put 2 stars because the hotel itself is really good. But the staff are not friendly. The drill in the hotel that wakes us up at 8:00. And when we ask the reception to please stop this very unpleasant noise to be able to sleep we are sent for a walk. Which is unacceptable for a so-called 4 stars! And the drill continues until 11am! In short nice hotel but the rest is very largely perfectable. And we're not going to talk about the price of the mini bar.

Great Hotel in a central location 15 min walk from the city centre. The rooms are good quality no bath but great shower and high quality breakfast. I would stay here again. The staff were polite. The car park is decent too.

The location is great and the breakfast is awesome. But the rooms are very old have not been reformed. There is a refrigerator inside the room but it is too small to put some stuffs. But there is a restaurant inside the hotel which is very delicious.

An interesting hotel of mixed history, the bar area is very 70s with leather sofa chairs, oversize lights but the modern rooms are very modern. There are also older wood panel rooms from the party we went with who thought the rooms were very tired. All in all a good position 5 minutes walk from the grand square and centrally located in Brussels for tourist visits.

The level of cleanliness and the most rather outdated morally and physically condition of the interior does not correspond to the asking price of the room.

Quite a pleasure and easy to write down a positive remark about this Hotel. Excellent infrastructure, huge rooms, with tons of details and good quality amenities. Very quiet what makes it easier to rest. Fabulous restaurant with a large and top quality menu. Very good work team, fast and reliable. And best of all, excellent location either for business and tourism. I've been using this hotel once every 1/2 months for the last 8 years and I've never been deceived. Outstanding.

A good Hotel in a great Location, right next to the City centre. Solid, professional Offer with reasonable price/performance ratio, only the many disturbing Trifles are a pity. For example, some outlets don't work and some others are turned off with the Light, so we only had one Outlet at night to Charge the Phones. The Toilet Flush didn't work properly. Room Service Accidentally took one of the room key cards with it. Such small Details have unfortunately somewhat tarnished the Overall Impression of the otherwise neat hotel with dedicated Staff.

Good value for money.

The + + Lobby of the hotel is very nice Superb personal breakfast very nice very well placed the — — the rooms are not well ventilated and the bad smell is unsportable in some rooms (we had several rooms in the hotel). The windows are airtight and we have no possibility to ventilate the room apart from the climate that is insufficient. It can cause problems in case of fire no bathtub in some rooms.

We stayed for two nights and were extremely pleased with our stay as the room was clean, comfortable and just as it was in the pictures. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. The location is perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable place to stay. However, the Wi-Fi connection is very poor, maybe it was just our room.

Good quality bedding and linens. Good breakfast Only downside on our stay: the shower in which it was not possible to regulate the heat of the water. Definitely a good address. Very nice hotel in a central location. The rooms look classy, but at the same time cosy. Here and there, something is not quite optimal (for example, in my room you could look directly at the toilet from the desk through the closed bathroom door. Where is the point? ), but overall the rooms are good. The prices for the minibar, room service and hotel bar are incredibly exaggerated according to the class of the hotel, but this is almost everywhere. What the hotel highlights for me is the staff. I haven't really experienced it anywhere yet that really all the staff from reception to home technology were so friendly.

A very nice hotel located in the very centre of Brussels, its heart is an atrium with garden and Brook to discover by taking the panoramic lifts. In this atrium you will find vestiges/stones of the ancient enclosure that surrounded the old town. Starry Restaurant, staff and family atmosphere despite its great capacity. I have been able to meet many celebrities and have had exceptional evenings.

The hotel's breakfast doe's not even have one vegan dish to offer it's guests. No beans, no non dairy yugort, not even vegan milk for coffee! When I've asked for help from the breakfast manager he didn't even understand what vegan was and sent me to the gluten free section. Only after some long conversation with the head chef he was kind enough to roast some vegetables for me. However it shouldn't be the case in 2018! Please do something about it and make vegan options available for all guests without having to ask for favors! UPDATE: 3 days have passed, in which I was promised every single day that in the next one I would receive a normal breakfast. Never happened… what a shame.

We enjoyed the proximity to the city centre, the décor of the hotel with its interior garden, the quality of the services and especially the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff as well the people at the reception, the waiters at the restaurant who have been "to the small care" for us. Great hotel for business travel. The business suite I stayed in had all the amenities including a good desk with decent chair to work at and a great bed. Staff is very attentive and polite. Special shout out to the ever social and very courteous bartender, you know who you are. He makes you feel at ease and welcome if you sit down in his domain. Breakfast is copious and varied with a station to order your fried eggs to your specifications. Good, free coffee in the room and complimentary mineral water are very nice perks, just as the bath robe and slippers. There is an iron + board for your wrinkled shirt, too. I would like to have given 4.5 stars if Google let me. Why not 5? I'm depending on a good shower in the morning. The bathroom is beautiful, clean and well stocked, but the water pressure of the shower is too low to have a good scrub and after a few days that annoyed me. Parking underneath the hotel is very handy, and expensive although that is a minor nit. Still definitely one of the best hotels I've been in and I'll probably be back.

I have been working here as a trainee for three months. Although this is a four star hotel, it has the standards of a five star hotel. The atmosphere is very calm and the interior is visually appealing. They seem to be adopting many eco-friendly measures, and have put many plants all around the hotel. A good workspace environment will reflect on the care taken towards the guests, I can say it is the case for this hotel, as the staff with whom I have worked are very conscientious.

I love Radissons all over Europe, but this one — Wow! The air conditioning in all the (hot) rooms, certainly on the second floor, rattle like an old truck on a cobbled street. Will never stay there again unless on the 6th floor. They spent €`000's on fancy elevator security systems but left the air conditioning in from the 1960's! Bad investment. Clients cant sleep and all complain but the staff can't do anything unless there is another free room to move you to. Beware!

Cold rooms, not able to put temperature to taste, about 20 degrees only in the room, very nice restaurant and quality food.

Stayed here on our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix in August. Great location in the city for bars and restaurants which we frequented every night! Lovely hotel and very helpful staff made our stay very pleasurable. Will definitely go back for a city break at some point.

Again great manager that day. I wish I could remember his name. Cons We originally be booked an executive suit which turned out to be smaller than the standard room. We were able to upgrade to a junior suit which was very nice (pro) I wish this had been clear from the get go. Christmas morning, we asked if they could take the wrapping paper when the room was cleaned. I don't know if she didn't get the memo or she just didn't want to. Our housekeeper wasn't very polite which is why I wonder if it was the later. Wifi on my iPhone 5 would not work. But I was the only one with that problem…

Nice and very central hotel. Pleasantly quiet and nicely furnished. Breakfast is very poor for vegans. Otherwise plentiful. Beds comfortable but narrow and I'm already very slim. Furnishings in the room top. Possibility of water cooking and ironing board with iron. Shower etc. Also good.

Location is pretty central just 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place. It's a clean modern facility and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent though with delicious eggs cooked to order.

Excellent location, close to a lot of museums and sight seeing spots. Hotel employees are very kind and polite. The business room is very nice, big and clean. Definitely a place we'd love to return.

If they had had for breakfast the pink grapefruit peeled… a nice bath AUO juice… would have been exceptional… however beautiful and very kind.

The room on the second floor needs to be refurbished it is old and gloomy. They should have at least put some air freshner. The room smells old. There was no complimentary water which is a bit odd for a 4.5* hotel. I went and told the reception that Radisson Blu Bucharest provides complimentary water and the answer that I got was that their hotel is different. Hmmm… I thought they are a chain of hotel and that would have the same provision. Both hotels provide the same toiletries so I thought its quite odd. The inroom coffee is awful. The towels are old and frailed. It has a great location though.
One of the staff opened our room door without knocking and when someone was inside she asked if we were ok. She. Did not apologise nor told us why she came to the room. We complained at the reception but she said that she might only been checking if she can clean the room but we told her that the room has just been cleaned. So it is a bit weird. At breakfast, I asked if they still have some grapes and the restaurant staff said that its already finish. How can a 4.5* hotel run out of grapes? The airconditioning also does not work. Properly. It was warm in the room and the shower is really hard to operate. The water is constantly hot and the mixer does not work. Im so glad we were only booked for 2 nights.

Big Hotel of the Radisson chain in a strategic place close to both the Grand place peace and the cathedral and the Gare centrale. Much used for conventions and conferences. Decidedly excessive and disharmonious style in the complex icyly efficient.

I visited this location for work for a few nights. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff. The hotel itself showed to have a nice atrium with a nice bar and restaurant. The room itself was very clean and modern. I had no issues here and I really enjoyed the location as it was walking distance to central of the city!

The room I got is confortable, clean and spacious, however does not have view to the outside. The service is ok. Wi-Fi works pretty well. The breakfast has a large variety of food. Is basically a hotel for business and to stay a couple of nights. Very well located in the city centre.

Hotel is very classy. It seems like they are doing everything they can to assure one enjoys his stay.

The rooms were better than average. Staff were nice but always seemed short staffed. It took us prob 30 mins to get the bartender to take our order. The pillows in the room were sooo flat.

We rented an executive suite at this hotel for our last night in Brussels, after a great disappointment at the Sweet Inn apartment Silver! We are very satisfied, the Suite is exactly as in the photos, very comfortable and well decorated. The staff at the hotel is very professional at the top.
We plan to come back, and book in the same hotel chain Radisson for our next trips.
Family trip with two-year-old child.

Although we visited this hotel during their not busy season we still weren't able to get a queen sized soon at this hotel. Instead they said they would fix the problem by putting a sheet on two twin size beds which my husband slipped through and injured his back. Additionally the rooms aren't built well and the shower leaks water all over the floor even splashing out into the corridor and making it extremely slippery. I also did not like the breakfast, although the fresh fruit and tea was good, the waffles and eggs were terrie.

We booked for a third bed to be in our room, which was not delivered until several hours after we contacted reception to ask where the bed was. However, the rooms were nice and clean and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was also excellent, minutes from the Grand Place and shopping, restaurants etc. Well worth it.

Very nice suite… But a service unfortunately quite catastrophic. Five requests to get an extra duvet… but never managed to get extra bath towels nor refill the mini bar once a day… and no one says hello when you pass the front desk, quite strange…
On the other hand the location, the setting, the bar as well as the bar staff are wonderful.
We will say that we have not had any luck…

No complaints! The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Brussels. Our room buisness class was perfect: clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable! The staff are of quality and ensure our satisfaction. Breakfast is varied! there's something for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. The Radisson is located right in the heart of the tourist attractions within Brussels. Customer service from the reception was impeccable. The chap not only allowed me and my family to check in early but also took the time to give us a quick guide to Brussels and all the tourist attractions that we need to visit. Even adding in a few tips to save monies with regards to travel. The room itself was spacious and catering towards our needs. The bed was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The winner for us was the breakfast in the morning. The choice is on par with other hotels in the same class. There was the option of a hot breakfast as well as a continental breakfast. In addition there was a chef on hand to freshly cook you an omelette to your liking. Overall a highly recommended stay at the Radisson.

Bad behavior. I do not think that this experience has experienced before. The hotel receptionist's (sorry, one of them) only speaks English and French. I suppose that she is already sufficient, but could at least put something on their side and trying to do is to understand other languages and especially the Spanish, since many of us tourists in Spain we are going to visit them and to that hotel. Mademoiselle (by not losing papers and call it something else) turned to me at the time of checking in English and to say that it was Spanish already put bad side. Without changing the language and even talking more quickly I returned to request something, that I could not attend for not understanding what asked. As well, after another attempt at speaking faster still and to tell you that not the understood, began to make turns on itself and fuss giving cries of… "oh, spanishhhhhhh, spanishhhh! " As if it were a third world country. Quickly came another partner of yours and we attended with much kindness. I discuss my complaint so that any other Spanish tourists who go to this hotel please note that can be found with this Miss which I think it is doing damage to the rest of his companions and the hotel.

Obviously a nice place to stay in Brussels. But the price is ridiculous compared to the state of the interior. The food is good but not as good as they tell you. What you want to do is going to the other side of the road and visit the restaurant there ;) The hotel Wi-Fi is good and the rooms functional. Don't get a room facing inwards, as you will hear the people from the bar! The meeting facilities are great and quiet flexible.

Be careful with reservations: I paid in advance during the booking process, and they deducted the amount again from my credit card at check-in. Have been trying to get the money back for 2 weeks now, but only getting "we will do it today, monsieur".

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this Radisson. Whether you're with family, kids, or even on business. The staff at check-in and checkout were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and modern, with free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The breakfast was international, not much of a verity but was fine. Location was great, 5mins walk to the Grand Palace Square, lots of restaurants in the area and also a 5 min walk to the Brussels central train station which is also the first stop for the tour buses. One thing was odd about the hotel, the water and nesspresso in the room were not free. However, if you walked to the business center, they have nesspresso, water, sodas, snacks. All free of charge. All in all I would definitely come back again.

Stay in this hotel for more than 5 years. Standard is good 5 years ago, but now, I think they need to renovate the rooms. And why they take away the Nespresso machine from the room.

The Royal is a very nice place to stay, central, and close to all communication. It is a five star place. The restaurant has excellent food.
