I do not currently recommend. You have to renovate the rooms, it's not worth a 5 star! No hot water available on Saturday morning, you have to let the water run 10 minutes to have it and many other small worries, is that 5 stars?

Ahwful ahwful ahwful! Dirty room! Very tiny room, I found little hairs on the bed, the bathroom was dirty, lots of mold in the shower, 10 minute wait for hot water, dirty dusty carpet, an empty mini bar, and I am now three weeks further and still have not got my deposit and money back! give them your credit card and trouble guaranteed! this hotel is definitely not worthy of a 5 star but comes closer to a two star! outrageous that I still haven't got my money back!

Great location and very nice hotel, rooftop perfect for the aperitif before a good restaurant, the neighborhood is not lacking! The furniture and deco of the rooms deserve a shot of freshness but the charming view and the large bathtub make you forget this detail.

The location is excellent being a 2 minute walk to the central station. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The view of course is very nice and you can take good pictures. But they ask you to pay 10 euro at the entrance and give you 2 tokens… Obviously you need to spend at least 10 euro (2 glasses of wine). The tokens policy makes little sense because the prices at the bar are not written in tokens, but in euros, which look like 13 euro for a gin tonic for instance (so you pay the two tokens and 3 euro in addition), and if your drink is 6, 50 euro, you give the two tokens, and what? They give you 3, 5 back? Unnecessarily complicated.

Located in city centre, walking distance from main attractions. Amenities are fair. Service is very good. Rooms could be bigger. Clean hotel with polite staff. Main problem are elevators, three slow elevators for all guests.

Our stay delivered some great service for the price. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are nicely sized for Europe, just enough for two. It's also in a perfect location, right near the train station and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel in early May 2018 with my wife and 6 month old baby. When we arrived we received a room with holes in the drywall, a dirty bathroom, stained carpet, and stains on the wall. At first I was told there were no other rooms. Then they sent over a representative to look at the room to confirm the status of the room. They then upgraded us to a renovated room. It was nice but, the thermostat did not work so it was quite warm in the room. The customer service was unacceptable. We have emailed the hotel and reached out on social media and we have not received a reply. The only thing 5 star about this hotel was the location. After flying for 10 hours we just wanted a comfortable room to stay in. Instead we were hassled and given a room that was filthy.

Hotel aging, big problem with hot water that takes 5 minutes to come! Not even a real mixer for a 5 star hotel it's a pity…
Room not so well insulated. A breakfast served in the room where you are brought 4 pots of jam and 2 eggs to the hull but only 2 poor pieces of bread… The only positive point is the location. In short, rather a disappointment.

I've stayed here 2 different times in the last month and had different experiences. In general I was satisfied both of them, except a few tiny nuisances. Although the fee was same, the room was very small and stuffy in the first time. Also in one night the electricity went off which is obviously unacceptable for such a prestigious hotel. apart from that, the hotel has excellent location, right near to the central palace and the train/metro stations. Also, they have nice staff and rich open-buffet breakfast.

Can't think of a better location. On a quiet street just a block away from the main city square which has great breakfast places. Very elegant rooms and was very affordable.

Very nice, very chic, very expensive. I think the hotel does its best but it misses this little thing that turns a big hotel into a palace.

Small, too hot and then no hot water after 5 minutes, room 326 has an exceptional view of a wall. Shower head is like showering with a spritzer bottle. Staff are friendly and courteous though. I expected better with a Warwick.

Excellent located quiet rooms. The room I had on the fourth floor was renovated. Typically old British style bathroom so for shower be aware of warm water. Good breakfast.

Very high end hotel, we got a deal on a room and they treated us no differently. Excellent customer service and great rooms. Ask for an upgrade and they will most likely give you one! Would definitely recommend if you are staying any amount of time in Brussels and can find a good deal on a room.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful service. We were given a room in a very newly renovated wing (you could still smell the paint faintly) so our room, while small, was very fresh and elegant. Definitely recommend.

Visited with my parents and boyfriend for Christmas Eve dinner. The staff at Warwick Brussels was very friendly and professional. The food was great and the presentation was very well done. I would go back again.

Something in the years but otherwise very good. If you get a cheap fare then you book.

5 Star Palace? The room was not at all up to par! "Small room, sadly furnished, no view, depressing room colors. I asked to be given another room and we refused and this in the middle of the weekend, when the occupancy rate is low in Brussels. Never again at the Warwick, the seventeenth Hotel, a nearby street and much more elegant and welcoming!
Reception at the icy finish. Application for security payment by registration of the Visa card, €50 per day.
On the other hand, the porter was very professional and called the front desk to get another room, which was denied. Reception sucks!
The bathroom with bathtub is very good.

Nice hotel and good service. Awesome fitness club. Delicious food. Hotel s located at a walking distance from central station. All important places can be reached easily. A word of caution: Be aware of pick-pocketers around central Brussels. Its a very notorious place.

Very nice Hotel, two comments on the sauna that I tested. The cold water faucet in the next shower was jammed, as a result instead of cooling me off from the sauna, I burned myself. Second point, it should be possible to close the sauna door, anyway it is for one person, one would feel better in these bowels of the hotel.

Excellent location. Right next to the train station and 1 block from Grand Place. 2 blocks from the Royal Palace and museums. Near food as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Warwick Hotel, we'll definitely be back again in Brussels and book ourselves in this hotel. As a traveller one factor I would consider in booking a hotel is location for safety and enjoyment. Warwick Hotel's location is just perfectly located at the heart of Brussels! Upon arrival we were greeted by Melania (I hope I got her name right) she was very helpful during our check-in process. We took a chance in asking for an early check-in since we arrived 4 hours early. She gladly check us in without any delay we also got a complimentary upgrade of our booked rooms! From the minute we set foot in the hotel until we left the place all we've experience was pure professionalism and efficiency. I was greeted and welcomed by the television with my name on the screen. The room was a good size even though near the road we barely heard noises at night. Normally you get to hear praises for how comfortable the bed was but for me it was the hotel's pillows! So soft and heavenly! We slept so soundly. The hotel has a huge luggage storage available for you to use if you ever decide to continue to explore the nearby surroundings after checking out of the hotel. The hotel is just 2 minutes away from Brussels Central Train Station and 20 minutes away from the main airport. I would definitely book ourselves here again when we visit Brussels again!

5-Star Hotel in traditional style. Great service, with lobby and cozy and warm rooms. Services included: Gym, sauna, restaurant. I recommend it to everyone.

Very pleasant surprise: we came to celebrate a wedding anniversary and we were received by a very welcoming and very professional staff. We were amazed when we were told that we would be the personalities of the day! Our room was upgraded and we were entitled to a junior suite and a small Dandoy gift… What a beautiful day… We will definitely stay here again! Thanks again for those nice surprises.

It was all nice, a very pleasant stay. Professional staff all around the hotel all day long. The only con was the showers, we had a problem with the shower head in the room and they switched rooms for us, the second was better but not good enough…

Great room with what you need and comfortable bed. Lots of hanging spaces for coat during winter time. Check in was quick and the doorman was super helpful. The bfast was great with good coffee to start the day.

Central, comfortable, courtesy, quality, lacks the bidet, but here is normal, breakfast not included.

Gorgeous exterior and interior. But more importantly our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean! The shower in our room was a bit weird as the water just splashed everywhere! But their cleaning staff cleaned it up every day. I would recommend this hotel as it's close to the train station and all the major touristy spots.

Very nice hotel but I can't really write a great review since I didn't spend much time here. The stay was pleasent enough and the view is pretty if you're high enough. Breakfast is great and the views are so pretty. It's very cozy. It's really close to the city center, you just need to walk. Located really close to the parlamentiarium as well.

Stayed here for a few days recently. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the front desk staff are very helpful and informative. The location is also excellent, right in the city centre. Only gripe I had was the maids insisted on coming knocking at 9am at a weekend, so had to shoo them away a few times. Rooms are well appointed with all you would expect from a modern hotel.

Comfortable rooms, nice lobby and friendly staff. Very well located for touring Grand Place, its surrounding bars, or visits to some of the Representation offices and institutions. Couldn't give 5* because the rooms don't shield surrounding noises at all well. My most recent visit had some noisy neighbours 3-5am, but that isn't the hotel's fault, beside the poor sound insulation. — There's a gym and a sauna here but I've not yet found time to use them. — A small bar is on site as well but it closes early and is weirdly quiet so you may want to drink elsewhere. — Breakfast is not normally included but the Wi-Fi is and has good speed.

OK, decoration loaded without charm, the breakfast buffet is well poor especially for the price. The Wi-Fi is bad in the rooms. Fortunately the situation is ideal.

Located in the old town offers the advantages of a central location. Of undoubted elegance we attended on the occasion of the week-end de la bière. Excellent starting point for the destinations in the city.

Good location The bedding is top and the staff is always listening to the star in less and due to the antiquated detail in the room.

Small room for a 5 * and not top shower, but the rest was fine. Good service and comfortable bed. At €140 at night, good value for money.

The location is great, the staff helpful and the breakfast is OK. The rooms are nice and clean, but especially in the bathroom you can see it is an old hotel.

We have stayed at the Royal Windsor many times since 1982, and will be there again next week. This is our favorite hotel in Europe.

PRO: Location very near train station and Grand Place. Comfortable bed. Nice decor. CON: Only tepid water for morning shower. No hot water for bathing in afternoon, no clock in room, small rooms. Expensive buffet breakfast 24€!

In a quiet street, rooms and very good standard hotel and very well located. Great breakfast. Avoid the hotel restaurant which is not at all at the same level.

Impossible to find a better hotel in the center of the city (less than a minute the Grand place) everything in this hotel: the Bar is nice at night with a musician, restaurant is very good (local specialties and international dishes), the gym is well equipped, sauna is nice, breakfast is more than ample, the rooms are super nice. In short, nothing to say because the reception team is more pleasant.

Out of the three best hotels in Brussels, this is my favourite one. They have very helpful, warm and friendly staff. Breakfast is high quality. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. There is even a very nice aroma which the hotel uses. I visit this place once every month and I have been there 5 times.

Stayed here for a week during a business conference. Wonderful location and service! The rooms were nice, and the amenities were above what I'm used to from a hotel in Europe. There are plenty of choices for food/drink, either in the hotel itself, or nearby. Decent fitness center with sauna, too! Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

An excellent location and the staff were nice enough. The room was clean and in good shape though the TV stand / mini bar cupboard was a bit worn. The air conditioning only barely works. It was in 80's when we were there, and the room was only a few degrees cooler. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, but there was good pressure through the handheld sprayer attached to the tub — — but a bit awkward to use that for showering. Wi-Fi was included, but it was pretty weak — — a better service was available for 20Euro a day. The mini-bar was stocked, with no room to keep any of one's own extras cool. In room tea and coffee service was available for 8Euros a day (don't know if that included instant or real coffee — — it would be supremely tragic to be charged 8Euro for a kettle and some instant! ). At the end of the stay, a surprise city tax of about 10% was due. Overall, we felt really nickeled and dimed. I do not think a property can be called a luxury hotel if it charges for every amenity. Disappointing and would not stay there again. Oh yes, breakfast was available for 30Euros a person! Ridiculous.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection of nice food. We stayed in a 'fashion room', which was very weird — I would have preferred a more normal room, but maybe I'm just not adventurous enough.

Very nice hotel with impressive historical architecture. The rooms have classic décor. The cuisine is superb and downright opulent and very varied breakfast buffet: from vegetarian to cold roast everything is on offer here.
