SPA Hotels in Upper Austria

Everything. Nice people, cozy atmosphere, food was really great, like in a fancy but still traditional restaurant, there was an appetizer/ starter either with salad bar, or something else, then soup,

Nice Austrian Hotel run by a charming family. The location is beautiful. The restaurant offers typical local dishes complemented by excellent wines.

We were there the weekend before Christmas. I don't even know where to start… it was just perfect! The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, new and clean.

We stayed there for 3 nights during the Christmas holidays. We really enjoyed it, the granite cold water basin in the sauna area is really stylish and really cools you down.

Superb hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Super clean rooms and excellent infrastructure all around. Will definitely visit again!

Our experience at Hotel & Restaurant Bürglstein was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

We highly recommend a visit and stay at Seehotel Lackner.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with stunning views, excellent service with great attention to details & excellent food don't hesitate just pack and go and leave the rest to the team there.

The apartments are great, spacious, comfy, clean. We loved staying here and will come back in summer to explore the area a bit more.

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, very well equipped, spacious, and quiet.

We would love to come back 🤩🤩

Hi.
We recently stayed at Post am See and would like to thank Wolfgang, Monika and the whole team for a most enjoyable stay.

Very nice family owned hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff were really friendly, I felt very welcomed. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel, big and clean rooms with own restaurant. Fantastic food and friendly staff! Unfortunately we had to end our stay little bit earlier because our son was sick with fully understood by Maria.

A dream of a vacation. Beautiful room, great service and amazing food!

Very nice clean hotel, with mega friendly staff. The cuisine absolutely delicious! See you again!

Family run traditional hotel with great views in a great location. I don't know how they manage with a hotel of this size, that you still feel as welcome and loved like a family guest.

Amazing location right next to the (quiet) cable car. We had an appartment with 2 rooms and a living room and were very happy.

We traveled for 3 hours and 45 minutes to get from Vienna to Hallstatt, a charming little village that is unfortunately overrun with tourists.

At the Hotel Eichingerbauer you can only feel good. Great kitchen, super friendly staff and you immediately feel in good hands. The whole house radiates cosiness and warmth. Simply superb.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel and we are very satisfied with our stay. Everything was at the highest level.

This hotel is first class 5*+. From the minute we arrived the manager Rafael was superb super helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless and modern.

A great spacious hotel with tasty food and friendly helpful staff. Rooms big and comfortable, nice spa area with tea.

Amazing conversion of a several hundred of years old historical building into a great hotel facility, well designed with a number of original building structure untouched, behind the room doors a

We stayed in one of the 5 camping pitches here. As expected water and electricity on pitches but no chemical toilet disposal.

We stayed in the Tiny house.
It was perfect for us and our dog, a Golden Retriever.
Great views (the alpacas and the ponies included), close to the lake and the town.
Excellent breakfast, also.

Simply lovely. Me and my wife speend a couple of days at the hotel and was incredible. Friendly staff, amazing food, incredible view.

True jewel in Austria.
We’ve spent quite some time exploring the Austrian lakes, but Das Traunsee clearly exceeded our expectations.

The food is amazing, and the mountain views are breathtaking 😍 overall great experience.

A great hotel with a nice spa area. Food was excellent. Seemed a bit short staffed, but the staff that were working were very friendly and professional. Nice surroundings around the hotel.

Beautiful views (when not raining! ). Staff friendly and obliging. Food was great especially good having a fish choice every day. A good walk away from the village but access to short woodland walks.

We recently travelled by coach from North Wales and had the great pleasure of staying in this delightful hotel owned by the very friendly Hofer family.

Great place for time for two, small, cozy wellness area, lovely warm hosts with excellent cuisine!

We were able to spend 3 nights there with half board and, like almost everyone here, we were thrilled.
Very friendly hosts, delicious food and the room was also beautifully furnished with a balcony.

I visit Zillner’s Einkehr twice a year and I always have the best time in this place. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in April 2024.
Cozy rooms, crisp fresh bedding, bright, small private balcony. Located right on the Main Street. Fabulous coffee and breakfast every morning.

Very pleasant waiter who speaks fluently several languages, perfect services, great coffee, all in all remarkable experience 🥳

A lovely small hotel with a thoughtful and compact layout. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

For me, the best bit of this hotel was the spa. The pool, steam room and sauna were superb and exactly what was needed after a long day hiking in the mountains.

Stays a few nights as main activities area around upper Austria.
I’m using this to reach Salzburg and Hallstatt as they can each from here by bus and train.

Fantastic restaurant, great service, we are overly happy with Agi, the waitress there, as we go back regularly, she remembers our preferred choices and a very kind and positive person.

Ah wiz meant tae stay at mah intended hotel last night, but despite assurances, ah wis left withoot a room.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. It’s a perfect place if you like cycling, running, hiking, or just walking in nature.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh — the breads and pastries were outstanding.
