The placing of 4 apartments houses is very nice and quiet near the river Steyr. Parking places are assigned for concrete car for whole time. The rooms are perfectly equipped, all is modern and new, well functional. Beds are spacious and comfortable, Wi-Fi and TV´s are working very well. The all-embracing impression is pleasant and likeable, nights are silent and safe here. The circumjacent mountains are breathtaking and Pyhrn-Priel cards (chargefree present of hotel) offers a lot of attractions free of charge. I highly recommend this accommodation!

I had a wonderful experience in this apartment, I felt welcomed by the staff even before my arrival and they were fulfilling all of my requests whenever needed.
This is my first stay in whole Europe and i'm glad I made the right choice to stay in Hinterstoder because it's a quiet town between the mountains and you can easily travel to other towns in Austria by your car.
My only concern about this hotel is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms and even if you open all the windows in the apartment you won't get enough air to sleep comfortably (Be aware when you travel in the summer)

I have a lot of mixed feelings abou this facility, not about the room or quality itself, but more about the conditions that you need to agree with upon your arrival. If I knew those conditions in advance I would choose another accomodation for sure, but those are nowhere to find while booking your stay. For obvious reasons I would say.
There is fine for not emptying a dish washer — 20 €
For not taking you garbage out of the appartmenent — 15 €
All of those fines are there although you are paying 100 € for cleaning service, so what the hell? Isnt taking out the garbage like one of the most basic things that should be included in cleaning service that I am paying for?
The most funny fine is 750 € if you accidentaly set on fire alarm. Do those guys own the fire department, that you are in position deciding the amount I will pay for fire truck arrival?

Beautiful, clear, new and fully equipped apartment in Hinterstoder. We booked apartment for 6-8 persons. Sauna and gym available and free, ski room as well. Communication with reception due to offer, reservation and later arrival without any troubles. What missing was clothes dryer or something like that.
Ski bus stops next to hotel. It is free.
I can recommend this accomondation and I believe that we will come back in future.

Just a very briefly I would like to thank you for the comfort and quality service we got here. From the time of our arrival to our departure every detail of our stay was a just perfect with no hassle at all.
Very warm welcomed from your reception desk thru the hot finish sauna to the window view was excellent.
Unfortunately we had just few nights to stay but we always feel as we stay at home and Austrian Alps resort is definitely our homeland. You lucky to live there. Overall 100% satisfied!

The hotel impressed us with its beauty.
The territory is clean, everything is cleaned. The apartment has everything you need. Clean, new dishes, dishwasher, hob.
We really liked the location of the hotel. There are beautiful mountains all around and it is very easy to start hiking.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
A wonderful sauna and a relaxation area where you can drink tea.
We also liked the gym. It is small — for a maximum of two people. But the equipment is wonderful.
A play area with everything for small children, as well as table tennis for adults, bandbinton.
Highly recommended for a visit!

We spent a week at ALPRIMA Aparthotel Hinterstoder and had the best time.
The beautiful apartment was clean, well equipped, perfect location. Loved the playground for kids and the scooters, the wellness & fitness area — really a perfect place.
Also special thanks to the guys at the reception — needed some assitance with local calls on medical issues and everyone were so nice and helpful.

A very enjoyable place to relax after skiing. Cosy apartments in a fresh, modern design, equipped with everything (almost :) we needed for living. We got splendid views of the Alpine nature during our walks along the small river with crystal-clear water flowing just behind the housing blocks. Roomy, comfortable and perfectly clean wellness area. Very convenient parking. A cableway not very far and accessible with a ski bus. A great place to stay with family and friends.

This apart hotel offers everything you need. We spent a weekend here for skiing and enjoyed the available offers, such as ski bus, spa and table tennis. The room itself offers everything in the smallest place. We felt like home and will return soon for our next holidays!

We stayed with our family for one week in the beautiful and luxurious alprima aparthotel.
We really liked our apartment and all the facilities. Also our children really enjoyed the facilities and especially the playroom and the opportunity to play table tennis.
Although the hotel is quite close to the main skilift there is a daily direct shuttle service offered by the hotel.
The ski area of Hinterstoder is relatively small but offers a variety of slopes and good opportunities for our children to start with their skiing lessons.
Reception and other personnel of the hotel are very friendly and ready to help.

2024 update —
So we come again (for 3 nights) and it was again great! Will come next year for sure. Only complain this year was knives not sharp enough and last day we were out of toilet paper, im sure it would be sorted on reception :)

Great stay. We were in an apartment for 7 people (there were 5 of us — adults for skiing) for 2 nights. The apartment itself was well-equipped and clean; the big common area with a big table was great. Also, the big balcony was fantastic. Wellness with 3 saunas and a big resting area. Enough parking spaces, close to the city and the ski lift.
Good price for the value, will come back 👍

We stayed for around 10 days, the apartment seemed new and clean, people were so kind specially the ones in the reception very friendly. They have many activities and some free tickets for the chairlifts in the area. It is a quiet area the best place to relax and explore the beauty of nature. My family enjoyed the stay. Our visit was is summer.

Nice playground for children, lot of equipments for them.
It is Apart-hotel — so don't expect restaurant or similar service direct in Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, everyone was very friendly and the property is a dream! The ski resort is just around the corner and also simply class!
There is a shuttle directly from the hotel to the lift, you have to walk 5 meters to the escalator after getting off :)
I can fully recommend everything, it was a dream!

We were already for the 2nd time in the Alprima (with 👱🏻 ♀️ and 🐕 🦺🐕 🦺) and would come again and again. Here you can let your heart and soul dangle. Great and very modern hotel with cozy and spacious rooms that offer a fantastic view of the mountains. The attentive team actively contributes to an all-round carefree holiday.
