Dachstein West Hotels

This is located in very scenic town of Gosau. Surrounded by lush green hills, the hotel offers best views. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.

Fantastic food and excellent service. Absolutely nothing to fault. My husband had the roast deer and it was melt in your mouth. My chicken salad with potatoes was also delicious.

My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner and both of our meals were amazingly delicious. I had the perch with mixed vegetables and he had the mixed grill but substituted salad for the fries.

Hotel Gosauerhof is a small family run hotel which is well located in the centre of the valley with great views of the Dachstein Mountains and within easy reach of the Gosau Lakes.

Its a perfect familly hotel. Why familly? Because the all-inclusive deal in the restaurant. You can eat even on the garden.

We had an amazing experience while staying in VitalHotel, Gosau. Everything was top notch — food, room service, staff, location, views and overall experience was one of a kind.

We stayed at Hotel Sommerhof for two days over Christmas, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing and incredibly sweet. Love the receptionist.

Excellent hotel out in the Austrian countryside — great staging place for driving into Halstat the following day. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk who was very helpful.

The accommodation was great and in a beautiful quiet place with a beautiful view, a short distance from the ski centers. The accomodation was clean, very quiet and excellent apartment equipment.

Amazing accommodation, beatiful wiew to moutains from our room. It was so peaceful. Owners are kindly.

An ideal place for the family and for those travelers who want to experience authentic moments on a real Austrian farm.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great breakfast.

We stayed at Privatpension Gosaukammblick and OMG — the location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Dachstein mountains and the green valley.

This was truly the best pension we could have chosen in Gosau. The house is located in a stunning and breathtaking area, and the room views were absolutely amazing.

It's a great place to stay in. Aside from its amazing mountain views, the rooms are clean and tidy and most esp. The hosts are so welcoming.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The host family is delightful and the breakfast was delicious. Quiet and has nice views of the mountains. The room wasn't anything too crazy, but cozy.

Absolutely amazing, loved it to the max! The guesthouse is ran by an elder couple, but each and every detail is thought to be in the benefit of the customers. The breakfast is great! Roo.

Very nice view from the room.
Room is nice and clean everywhere.
Host couple are super kind and friendly.
Highly recommended. Will visit again.

A pleasant hotel with a great atmosphere and natural bathing.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as good as I expected.

Beautiful quiet place with amazing views, cute pond filled with Koi carps suitable for swimming, rooms are large, nicely furnished and tidy. Most relaxing place.

The room was spacious and had an amazing view and a big balcony. It was very clean and tidy. It was close to the bus station and also to the hiking trails. The breakfast was generous and diverse.

We were allowed to stay here for a week at the beginning of October 2024 and are very impressed. We were warmly welcomed on site by the owner Harry.

Wow the chalet is a dream, lovingly designed, everything you need is there and a very nice landlord! ❤️thank you for this wonderful experience. We'll be back😎 Sebastian and Verena.

Absolutely perfect! We were blown away by how beautiful this place is. Everything is perfect from the house to the gardens, the pool, the views and even the donkeys!

Our stay at Landhaus Koller was unforgettable. The historic hotel, once a hunting lodge for aristocrats, sits in a beautiful garden with a pool and stunning mountain views.

Q1 — Huge modern apartment with everything you need. Quiet street in a great location. Lovely view from terrace. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Absoluety fantastic summer stay.

We stayed here for five nights over Christmas and could not have asked for a better experience.

We loved the beautiful, peaceful apartment and surroundings. The staff was so accommodating and very responsive. Our stay was too short to enjoy all the beauty!

This apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting Gosausee. The hosts are easy to communicate with and very kind. The sauna/spa area was very relaxing and clean.

Very very clean, quiet place. A very nice apartment with a fully equipment. Good location for trips in the area. The hosts are very nice and helpful.
Warmly recommended.

The villa is very nice and comfortable. Especially the kitchen and utensils were clean and well maintained.

It’s in the village so need bit planning if miss anything like toiletries or for food.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful pointing the restaurants open in the area since we arrived late in the evening.

One of the best places we stayed during our vacation in Austria. The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable.
