Hotels in Perth CBD with Parking

Stayed here back in 2024, and I'm currently booked in. This is a long overdue review. The house is amazing, owner is very kind.

Very comfortable beds (I’ve stayed in most of the rooms now). Clean, efficient and close to FSH. Surprisingly quiet. Cosy. Space to store foods etc. Highly recommend — thanks Mark!

Great location, walking distance to shops and food.

We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street.
As an ALL – Accor Gold member, we really appreciated the recognition and warm hospitality from the team.

It was a great experience for me at the Nesuto Curtin hotel and I loved staying there. The breakfast food was also amazing with lots of varieties and the hotel amenities were great.

Room was decent size and clean. Location is great. Careful regarding parking. Always read the fine print. Yes, parking is available but for a fee of around $17 per day.

Some places leave you with wonderful memories and then there are places like Swan Valley Retreat that you leave a piece of your heart behind.

I was given a gift voucher and used it for a head and scalp release. So very relaxing. The care after was an incredible as the massage. Such a precious place to “wake” up and be ready to drive.

Stayed in this hotel fairly close to Perth Airport prior to our flight the following day.

I had a fantastic experience with Ingot Hotel, especially their airport shuttle service. Farhan picked me up from the airport and provided extraordinary service from the moment we met.

Excellent service and hospitality from the staff at Mantra on Hay. I cannot thank the team enough for looking after me and helping me out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had such a lovely stay at Oaks Perth Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Everything was beautifully clean throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. There were plenty of shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance.

Exceptional accommodation. This lovely studio apartment is immaculately clean, has absolutely everything you need (including washing powder, pegs, clothes airer, plenty of toilet rolls and more).

Just landed back home this morning after a rather lovely stay here in Malibu Apartments.

I spent a lovely 3 nights there. Good location near lake monger and walking distance to subiaco and leederville centers with good food options.

Stayed a night and loved it. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed, enjoyed the complimentary breaky and had it on the veranda, looking at the beautiful garden. What a piece of heaven.

I had a great stay at this cosy hostel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax and meet new people.

I lived at The Fremantle Hostel Backpackers for 4 months and had a really great experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and comfortable.

I only stayed one night but I had a really good experience. I have to say it is probably one of the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed in. Everything felt well looked after.

Super clean hostel. Not extremely social but easy to get around the city.
Helpful tip given for where to get great coffee nearby — Park Coffee Cafe.

Amenities were in good condition. House well equipped although more toilet paper, a handtowel at the kitchen and a welcome goodes for far travelers would have been appreciated.

Wonderful home, excellent location and great communication with the host.

Excellent Caravan Park and Resort. Very high quality service and very clean. We're here for another week and a half. It's a very pretty, well set out Park. The pools are beautifully set out.

Wonderful location, the grounds team and the office staff are all 10/10. The resort is perfectly positioned and has excellent facilities, very well maintained!

Flew into Perth at the last possible second like a slightly damp human parcel. Quick research said this place “had potential. ” Spoiler: the potential was real and did not disappoint.

The Stirling Arms generously donated their function space for our school P&A quiz night. We are so thankful! A great space, delicious food and a friendly and well organised team.

We went for a late lunch on Mother’s Day, my daughter has a lot of allergies. After ordering on the app someone came to check what the person with allergies had ordered.

Ordered the chicken schnitzel and it was incredible… perfectly cooked, crispy, and actually held up on delivery (which is rare).

Lovely little cottage with most amenities. Close to some awesome wineries, distilleries and breweries.

Spotlessly clean. Beautiful accommodation. We were sad to leave. Thank you for having us.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly overall. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by communication. We were only told about a planned power outage during check-in.

Stayed here overnight prior to my next flight. Staff were very friendly and professional. Phone calls.
Were answered promptly. The room was clean, tidy and spacious.

Mum and I stayed at Manna Living Apartments in Applecross for a week and honestly, it’s stunning. The styling, cleanliness, and location were all 10/10.

I spent seven nights at Manaa Living apartments. Very clean, convenient and well appointed accommodation. Feels like you are staying in a luxury hotel with so much space.

This is a giant hotel in downtown Perth; we stayed here two nights in July 2024, a suite connected to a room with two twins.

Was an excellent place to stay for my mates wedding, can say though the bathrooms are kinda a bit much in white, the QT's Black tiled bathrooms are by far superior.
4 ⭐️'s easy overall.

We stayed overnight (it was convenient for Perth Airport) and found it an excellent place.

Both Patrick and Sonia went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even changing the timing for breakfast when my plans shifted.

Stayed here for a couple nights and we were very happy! They were very kind and give us a room upgrade, booked for 1 room and they upgraded us to 2 rooms apartment. It was very spacious unit.

It was a great stay. The staff was very cordial. Only one gripe. After reaching the location, there was no way to figure out where is the entrance and the hotel itself.

Great place to stay for a conference in Perth. My conference venue was a pleasant 15 minute walk from this hotel. The apartment is great if you plan to cook at least some of your meals, which I did.

The staffs were very thoughtful in choosing the room for us according to our request, so that three of us could sleep comfortably. It's rare to have a team that is thoughtful. Just simply awesome.

Booked 7 nights for perth cricket ashes tour, as went solo to fremantle to see Australian family who lived just outside perth area but needed somewhere close to train/ bus so this place was 200

I’ve lived here for so long and I have never felt more at home anywhere else. The staff are lovely and I’ve made friends for life in this place.

Our stay of 8 nights went like a dream!
Our apartment was spotless, the bed was comfy and everything worked. The location was perfect, just a short distance into the city and also to our family.

The apartment was spotless and in a great location, with the added bonus of free parking, which made everything so convenient. Communication was super easy and quick.

Clean, easy check in, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for last minute mid week stays.

This accommodation is beyond outstanding! I have stayed here a few times and never have I been disappointed.
