Hotels in Victoria with Breakfast

Lovely place, beautiful garden, nice and quiet. Just a shame we didn’t have breakfast included. There was milk, a packet of biscuits, wine and chocolate.

Lovely accommodation. Our children loves the mini playground and garden. It’s heaven. Generous supply of breakfast given and it could probably feed a family enough for lunch as well.

Great stay at this apartment hotel! The apartment is fully equipped and very clean, feels just like home. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed here for work and overall had a really positive experience.
The after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which made arriving late completely stress-free.

A beautiful place to stay at, it's in the middle of a forest. Reasonable rate to stay at the Panorama retreat/resort.

Shout out to Samantha, an absolute diva, she made our stay such a joy! Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Such a good location, close to all the cute towns but also hidden away and private.

My friend and I had the best time at Spring Spur! The team there are so accomodating and friendly, food was great and the horse ride was incredible!

My partner and I stayed at Spring Spur for a night and I couldn't rate the experience highly enough!

Right on the main drag in the middle of town. Peter the owner is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and modern. On site restaurant BAA34 serves great food onsite.

Pretty nice. Check in was super easy. Internet is good. Bed is comfy and it’s quiet despite being on the Adelaide road.

My wife and children have regularly been staying here in most cases on a weekly basis over the last year staying from 2 nights but being able to extend our stays in some cases 10 days with no issues

The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. I've stayed quite a few times and the sheets have always been clean and the water hot.
In summary, good value.

I use this web can regularly!

Love the webcam! It’s a brilliant idea and we love checking it a lot. Especially at sunset or if a storm is coming. Keep up the great work!

Nice place to stay for ski trip, convenient and more comfortable than mountain lodges.

First time staying in a Motel so I was a little concerned about what to expect, but it was overall a decent room that I would be happy to book another stay at.
Pros:
Toiletries replenished daily.

Older style rooms and could do with a refresh but very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Handy to contain fridge, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

Clean and tidy, excellent location, wonderful staff. Lovely family owned business.

We have spent 3 nights at the delightful Abby’s cottage and the whole experience was so lovely.

We just spent a wonderful long weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary and the Knox Farm Cottage is 5 Star⭐️
Everything was perfect — location, panoramic views, classy amenities, delicious

Had a great stay at Arrow on Swanston. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent with easy access to Melbourne CBD and public transport.

The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

10 mins from Shepparton city centre. Old classic motel with an older fit out. But very clean and perfect for our stay. Linen was very clean and that's all you can ask. Views of the lake were nice.

I always stay here in Shepparton.
Ive adopted a family of birds by the lake.
Ones called Quackers and the other one is beaky cheeks.
I love it when they come into the spa with me.

When you consider the price here, this is a great place in my opinion.

Stayed one night over the weekend. The property is in the best location. Close to absolutely everything that The Gap has to offer.
The owner was friendly and welcoming.

Clean rooms & linen, good location.

It's such a fabulous spot as you can walk to everything… shops, park, pool, pondage & best of all, Pixies at Billabong for great live music! It is a solid older style motel but quality built.

I rarely make a Google review, but want to make an exception this time. I booked this to stay close to friends and relatives during Feb 2026. Then I saw a lot of bad reviews here.

Here is a clean and professional Google review based on your text:

I checked in here in November 2025. It’s a peaceful place with a simple two-story studio apartment setup.

This is a really lovely place to stay, superb views from the room, a great balcony, a good kitchenette, all very comfortable & extremely clean & well run.

BEST PLACE I've ever stayed we had booked at place close by which ended up being terrible but when we arrived at Bay Veiw it was incredible!

My room was on the first floor, do it was quiet noisy because of the restaurant patrions coming and going. The staff member who helped me check in was super helpful and kind, and the room was perfect.

For the price, honestly pretty incredible? Comfy beds, solid service, quiet room. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was very, very low.

We stayed in Ella's Cottage which is peaceful, & nicely decorated with a lovely view of the river. The cottage had all you need for a relaxing stay, & the spa bath is great.

Beautiful place to stay very peaceful and relaxing was a lovely weekend break. Would highly recommend 👌

Kaye our host was there to greet us, with freshly baked bread!

This was such a gorgeous stay! Kay was such a gorgeous host, so bright and welcoming. My partner and I would be so grateful to stay here again for definitely more than one night this time!

We haven't been here for 24 hours yet and we're already planning to come back!

Very comfortable well appointed self contained cottages in the wonderful peaceful setting amongst a chestnut Grove.

I needed a break from work and booked this place as a quiet getaway. The location is a little bit out of town but was fantastic — only a few minutes drive from the hot springs and very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Fingal Farm. The location is perfect, very easy to find, very quiet, and very close to the beach as well as cafes, restaurants etc.

We recently hosted our Ladies Food & Wine Dinner at the Mildura Grand Hotel and it was exceptional.
Chef Jay curated a stunning six-course menu and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Highly Recommended! been a great experience. Ended ‘25 well fed and relaxed thanks to the staff and the hospitality they offered. Stayed there over Christmas and the rooms were clean and well stocked.

The owner is perfection and honest. I'm enjoying my time here. Worth staying at just for the owners niceness. He went out of the way for me.

We found this accommodation comfortable, clean and safe.

Great place to stay. Just a little close to the highway. Never realised how busy that road is during the night. Service was excellent. Raj went out of his way to make sure my stay was good.

3 nights here while we had a short holiday in Echuca. I was very impressed by this establishment. Rooms were reasonably large, and well presented.

I have worked in hospitality for 23 years, A night manager at a major Melbourne city hotel. 460 rooms & in the heart of the city. Chose this for cheap as just to visit relatives for the night.

A great little motel on the edge of Shepparton. Room was comfortable, bed was comfy, shower hot and good pressure.
Easy check in and out.
Great for weary travelers.
