Hotels in Victoria with Breakfast

Owner was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was magnificent, Room was clean and tidy and the price was great compared to other places. 10/10.

Spent 2 nights in this delightful B&B whilst celebrating my friend's 60th birthday, our host Chris made us feel so welcome and special.

Great motel, great place to stay with cute rooms, nice place to visit.

A motel we will certainly return to when going to Melbourne. Great location, very clean room, bed linen and towels.
The owner was very friendly.

Beautiful place to stay, the hosts are friendly and helpful with recommendations! The breakfast was beautiful with home made and local produce.

One of the best places we have stayed so far. Absolutely beautiful. Bliss. Quiet. Close to everything. Hosts super friendly. Rich in history.

The view was breathtaking.
Important to note while they say ‘hotel’ it is a set of apartments in a resident building. But front desk is always available and the price is very reasonable.

A good 4 night stay in a spacious and very clean small apartment in a convenient location. Short walk to Southern Cross Station, Crown Casino and Docklands Stadium, 15 min walk to MCG.

Stayed at Bayside House in St Kilda and honestly wasn't expecting much. I've been burned by "social hostels" before. This place is different.

I stayed at this hostel for a month.
I had no complaints at all, and I spent such fun days surrounded by people from many different countries.

Really good location overlooking the harbour and with easy and free tram connections to all parts of the city. Beautiful apartment. Very spacious with the most enormous balcony!

Our three-week stay at Docklands Private Collection was absolutely perfect and made our trip truly memorable.

Rooms are basic but comfortable. The location is great, walking distance to places to eat, 5 min drive to the wildlife park, and 3 mins to sovereign hill.

We visited ballarat on 13 ad 14 Feb 2026 spending Valentine in Ballarat and really did not regret taking the offer to stay in this affordable motel with spacious room.

The Astra is second to none. A boutique ski in ski out resort to match the best in the world right here in our own backyard.

In over 25 years of skiing in Australia I have not previously experienced the exemplary level of service provided at Astra.

I had a wonderful stay at ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff greeted guests warmly.

Had a really pleasant stay at ibis Melbourne Glen Waverley. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

My wife and I recently got married at Harvest Home. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and perfect for intimate occasions.

Spent the night here recently. Was fantastic. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely then we took our wine and sat in the bar.

We stayed from Wednesday to Sunday. Maria at reception was really friendly, and the room was in great condition. Whenever we asked for something, she did her best to help.

Large spacious motel room, very clean and well equipped. Excellent stay, thankyou very much.

Absolutely stunning place to stay with your family. We were there for 3 days, the rooms, bathrooms all very clean, pool was amazing, will be back soon.

Family enjoyed — great place! We will definitely be back.

The rooms were clean and immaculate.
Loved the BBQ area!
Perfect to hangout with friends.

I had the best time during my stay! The peaceful mornings created such a relaxing atmosphere, and the service from both the staff and management was truly outstanding.

Lovely friendly people and a nice easy country hotel!

We had a lovely stay at this motel. Rooms extremely clean and spacious. Nicely updated and very comfy bed and pillows. Had everything we needed. Very neat and tidy. Well worth the money.

I stayed here two nights while visiting Bendigo.
Incredible value. Huge room with dining area, couch and small kitchen. Bathroom was large with double shower and very strong hot water.

After a long day of travelling, we appreciated the warm welcome from Reception staff.
Our spacious room included both dining and lounge seating, and a comfortable bed.

Property manager is very nice. Always helpful and welcomes guests with a fresh orange juice.
Recommend motel.

My Wife & I couldn't speak more highly of Gurpit Singh, at The Sandhurst Motor Inn. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem, with The Kettle, not working properly.

Very quiet and clean… minutes drive into town. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant… will be back.

Great cabin, second time here, enjoyable for my pet cat and myself.

Great motel in the center of Lakes Entrance. My room had a huge flat screen TV with Netflix included which was great. An extra fluffy blanket in the cupboard was handy on a cold night.

Great location near to everything. We had an upstairs apartment with a balcony overlooking one of the pools and the water. The apartment had everything you need and was spotlessly clean.

5 starts isn’t fair for this place, I wish there has been more starts. Wally and Kathy are super nice and friendly, the room was luxurious and spacious, everything I needed was there.

Beautiful place, quiet and peaceful. Lovely hosts Kathy and Wally, who welcome you with a smile. (Heating on on a cold day!

On entering the complex it was clear this was a motel from the 80’s style. The rooms were spacious enough but they were quiet, well insulated and clean.

Easy booking in process, room was clean, with good amenities, had an issue with the shower which they attended to straight away at 10pm so really cant ask for anymore than that.

A very comfy motel with everything you need. Newly renovated. Stylish feeling. Easy access to the Main Street and coffees etc.

Comfortable room for a night. The bathroom sliding door was rattling if closed. So have to open it. Otherwise all good.

A friend and I stayed here for 1 night, which I now wish was 2.
Incredible hospitality and lovely rooms. A character building, with open large lounge areas for everyone to enjoy.

Having our wedding at the Euroa Butter Factory was the best decision we have made. We are over the moon about how perfect the whole weekend was, from the moment we arrived.

We enjoyed our short stay in Portland and were impressed with our stay. On arrival, the heater was on as we arrived late at night. The room was spacious, and we enjoyed the view of the water.

Check in lady working Friday night 6th March was extremely polite and went out of her way to make sure my partner and I could park our motorcycles in a safe area. Room was spacious and clean.
