We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe waterfront apartment overlooking the river with a distant view of the surf beach. Gorgeous. There was splenty of room in our apartment for the four of us with everything we needed. Nice, clean & modern. The resort itself is lovely with a beautiful indoor pool & spa, tennis courts and a trampoline area at the back, which the kids loved! Definitely coming back again ❤

A wonderful team that surely makes your stay special. The Coast is a nice restaurant serving great local food selections and some amazing cocktails. I missed on the opportunity to use Spa services but would do that on my next visit. An accessible riverside location to local eateries and beaches. I would definitely stay here again Thank you again to Damien, a perfect host, and the team at the resort for making my birthday weekend so special ♥️

Sure would! Just had the most amazing shiatsu massage with Selena. She was so warm and welcoming & so professional and highly experienced. The rooms are absolutely immaculate… the smells, linen, decor, and even a beautiful relaxation room to sit in afterwards. Not to mention my green juice and chocolate bliss ball! All in all 10/10 luxurious experience. Thanks Selena xx.

I recommend this place to anyone. They gave my family accommodation at 2am this morning as we were evacuated from Torquay. Gave my children a bed to sleep in. Big thank you.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. Entire team was extremely friendly. We had one great evening here and stay was very comfortable. I truly enjoyed early morning walk on Anglesea beach which was on walking distance from Resort. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Indian food served at restaurant was amazing. Love the place for excellent hospitality.

Great for people with kids. Indoor pool is fantastic for toddlers with shallow end. Onsite restaurant with great food reasonable prices. The jump part was fun but it’s a shame paying hotel guests need to pay but it’s great for kids, Apartment was nice and neat. Only thing if the parking spots were assigned to each apartment would make it easier as everyone was running to their cars in the streets to park inside the complex.

We stayed in deluxe room overlooking beach. Spacious, clean and could easily accommodate 10 people. Great location for a w/e get away. Staff very efficient and welcoming.

Our last night on the Great Ocean Road was disappointing — arrived just after 3pm with our room incomplete and very small for a family, run down room, very basic pool facilities, no one on reception on departure, would not recommend. Very overpriced considering comparison to a basic motel we stayed in.

Loved our stay here with daughter and 3 grandchildren in September. Very clean and comfortable accomodation. Friendly staff and good food in restaurant. Kids aged 14, 9 and 3 loved the pool, tennis court and trampolines. Hope to come again next time we're in Australia.

Loved our stay here! Plenty of room for the family, worth a few days' stay in order to utilize all that is available like the spa, gym and tennis courts.

Nice room close to shops pubs good facilities the ice cream tester plate is a must.

Absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend. Great service, kind staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The spa, pool, and steam room are great and incredibly relaxing. And you couldn't get any closer to the beach and beautiful landscapes. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Really nice rooms. Lovely comfy bed. Great facilities which due to time restraints we didn't get to use. A very nice meal at the resort restaurant, the steak was cooked exactly how I asked. A great surprise find.

Not very clean. Not well serviced. It was very disappointing to have to repeatedly contact agent for sufficient towels, and a plug for spa. Additionally, there were cracked glasses, no toilet paper, faulty bathroom powerpoints, leaking fridge, no bin liners and very disinterested management at desk, leaving us to search for cleaning staff to help. The problem is not all units belong to complex and therefore no one wants to provide missing service. Only good thing was location…
ps. Be aware of expensive and dirty coin operated laundry, broken tennis racquets, mouldy pool area and extensive damage to tramps. (which we weren't actually supposed to access. Oh well).
barely 2 stars being generous, poor value at cost.

Really disappointed. We bought a package with a massage and room and the day before our massage got canceled. Then we get to the hotel and the restuarant is closed. Really would have been nice if we were told. However the room was nice. Just really shattered there was no massage due to staffing issues.

This was the second time we stayed in the Delux 2 bedroom apartment. Room is nice however there were ants in the second bedroom all over the single bed, where my kids needed to sleep. They had to share a single bed. Cleaners not doing their jobs properly. Other than that, facilities were good and the kids loved the Jumpz play area and local playgrounds.

I would not be coming back to this resort, My partner and I had a 2 hours couples massage booked for the Saturday, this was cancelled by the resort we rescheduled for the following day to find they hadn’t rescheduled both of us and they could only do one for an hour. Then they had the nerve to ask me for a $50 surcharge because it was a weekend. Then to top it all off we had no hot water so we couldn’t have a shower. Breakfast was a disgrace, Avocado was brown, omelette was a pile of mush. I don’t know how they get 4.1 star rating. Dissapointing considering what it cost us.

We were lucky enough to Get a couple of nights in a 2 bedroom suite with complimentary massages through Groupon. It was so well worth the money. The facilities were great, a special mention for the staff who were super friendly and eager to help. The food at the restaurant was Great, Happy Hour was fun and had great prices. A special Mention also for Angie who went the extra mile to make our stay fun and entertaining:). The spa centre was lovely and I can still feel the wonderful effects of my massage. We had a great weekend despite the Antarctic blast the state was experiencing. Would recommend This resort to everyone and anyone. If I had to say anything negative at all, it was that the neighbours were noisy and the people upstairs very heavy footed. At one stage I thought the ceiling was going to collapse or the light fitting falls off. But that is not the resorts fault, Just rude inconsiderate people who quietened down when we yelled out to tone it down :)

We would definitely stay here again, the room was lovely clean and fresh. We were held up in our drive due to the weather so we rang up the staff we understanding and gave us a heads up for the last leg of our drive. Once we got in our room it was lovely that they had put the heater on. Lovely place lovely staff great location.

Stayed one night in June. Nice modern decor with all the basics. Good facilities although gym was not very clean and carpet was torn up. Accommodation was comfortable but not as clean as it should be. Extra blankets were old ratty and big ball of hair found on blanket. Informed management. Said thankyou but no adjustment to fee charges.

Good location, nice rooms, maintenance is average appears the answer is a roofing screw through everything even the door handle. For such a nice place and area they need to pay professionals not try to home fix things. Not an issue now but eventually it will end up run down.

Unfortunately cannot recommend. Could clearly hear the adjoining neighbors talking and tv. Found a cockroach walking around the kitchen. Power point in kitchen coming of wall. Front door badly jamming, light at entrance didn’t work which made it all fun trying to get back in after dinner. (cannot recommend restaurant either, badly staffed and didn’t have a lot of items on menu. One the plus side the big bath was amazing.

Absolutely so beautiful. I love it lots. Nature is so unbelievably powerful n how it creates in its own way n time!

Good rooms with a good view of the Ocean and the canal. Good food and excellent hospitality. Meet up with Damien if, He is an excellent host.

Stayed the night here on the weekend and the service was superb. Had to give 4 stars because the Wi-Fi didn't work very good.

Very good accommodation, beautiful food in restaurant with awesome activities at the complex and many other great activities to do close by.

Check in time is 2pm. Arrived at 3pm to be told our room wasn’t ready. Told it would be 15min. My husband was in a wedding party so I had to drive him elsewhere to get ready. Upon returning the room still wasn’t ready. With my 6 year old son I carted our bags from a parking spot to the room. I made 2 trips to get all the bags leaving my bags outside the room. At 3.40pm we left our bags there and went to reception. The gentleman at the desk phoned the housekeepers who told him they were finished. So we went back again to the room… to find the housekeepers still finishing up! We wasted a lot of time waiting and going back and forth when we had planned to arrive, unpack, enjoy the facilities which the resort boasted about, then get ready. We only ended up with time to hurriedly get ready. Definitely not getting what I paid for when I couldn’t access the room at the advertised time.
When leaving my husband bought up the issue with accessing the room on time. He was given the excuse of the place being busy. Surely this is something which could have been planned for through good forecasting and rostering. It wouldn’t have been a surprise! And then he was told ‘well everything seems to be in place here. ’ As I had pre paid prior to arrival. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities. Tennis court, trampoline, gym, pool and more. Good location and specious rooms.

Room was comfortable but had no privacy. Wireless internet did not work for the first couple hours of my stay. Room was clean and tidy but was very dark.

Only real issue with this place was the parking. If you get the cabins out the back you have to lug your gear around the tennis court to get there. Up stairs and everything! The rest seemed to have parking out the front. Apart from that, was great.

Great fun place. Booked online while in Australia. It was an amazing place, after spending a few weeks in places that say they are 4 star and turn out to be garbage I was so happy to stay here. Great staff Pool & Internet for he kids … Really deserves 5 stars but parking was really hard… Maybe because it was xmas week.

I had a great time at the resort. The unit was comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was a great bonus too. Location is perfect, positioned just between restaurants and cafe. Only need a short walk. The beach is walking distance as well as the river.

This was a welcome piece of well priced luxury stay over on our 2 week long family trip along the great ocean rd. The kids loved the pool, tennis courts and bouncy trampolines and the on prem restaurant was just a convenient bonus… lovely upstairs appartment well appointed with views over the reserve to the sea… lovely!

Nice and cozy. Room probably needs a fresh paint job, some dishes were still dirty. Overall though pool was great, people were friendly.

Beautiful spot with spacious rooms/apartments. Clean and well equipped. Restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. After a beautiful treatment at the spa, we want to come back more.

Really loved our stay here. We had a big apartment, for a super reasonable price. Separate bedroom, big lounge area, all equipment (cooking and cleaning) was all there. Bed was comfy. Free access to pool, spa and steam (although the last two were a little cold to be honest). We felt super at home here, even if it was just for one night!

Not very clean & very run down. Rats in the walls kept me awake at night. Owner pretty obnoxious when made aware of the problem. We would have left but our kids were having fun & we only stayed 2 more nights (3 in total). Restaurant staff were lovely however. Will not be repeat customers to this resort.

My partner and I stayed here 1 night on a road trip and we loved it. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and spa. The room was very big for just us 2 and clean! There is plenty of activities to do around the resort which we would have if we stayed longer. The staff was so friendly and gave us any information we asked for with a smile. I would love to stay here again sometime.

Had stayed there a few weeks ago for a weekend away. The food and staff were lovely. However the rooms which we had stayed in were not the best. As the dishes were not cleaned, an inch of dust underneath the beds, and we had paid extra for a spa bath. However only got to use it one of those two nights as it was taken from the room.

Resort looks great from the outside, but dont be fooled. Room cleanliness was mediocre at best. Floors were dirty, found items of clothing from past guests under the bed, balls of hair in the bathroom, and old food scraps under the fold out couch when I attempted to fold it out. Me and my partner slept fully clothed because we weren't even confident the sheets were clean. The resort has a beautiful set up dont get me wrong, yet it was dissapointing to get into the indoor "heated" pool that was luke warm at best. The resort has great potential if the rooms were cleaned to a satisfactory level. The outdoor areas and interior design are all that is going for this place, would not recommend!

Great value for money very modern.

Very nice and helpful staff — late check in easy — nice, comfortable room, very good value for the price. It's a shame I didn't stay longer and had the time to enjoy the pool and spa. Nice location too.
