Just stunning here love it highly recommended.

We booked a superior king room. Which was the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. One small window. The hallway feels stuffy and no natural light. Feel like we’ve just been chucked in a room. Had to call reception 2-3 times as had no bottle opener in cudboard. 1knife, no forks. And really need to remove chair and little table out of room almost tripped over then when waking up during night for toilet.

Beautiful place, nice setting, good service and excellent food, even got a free room upgrade and some dessert for free. Highly recommend!

everything was very clean staff were warm over the phone for the booking but not very warm when we checked in Great facility.

Lovely resort with everything at the door. Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Definitely will return. Great getaway for a couple of days at a great price during the week.

Beautiful place to get away from the city and have a restful time.

Love this place. Rooms very spacious and clean. All self contained. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool and sauna are a also bonus. Friendly staff and ideal location opposite the beach.

Good security. Good location. Secure guest carpark. Whole apartment block kept in excellent condition. Air conditioning not available in all units.

Recently stayed here and can not recommend it highly enough. Great location, right across from the beach and Portsea hotel. Great views, indoor and outdoor pool. Tennis court and large rooms with comfortable bedding. The receptionists were welcoming, polite and very helpful. Can't wait to stay again!

Great location, decent facilities, quite expensive during peak season though.

Amazing service! We got upgraded from a 1 Bedroom Room, to a 2 Bedroom Family Room! Also, when we called about our washing machine not turning on, they sent somebody up right away and when it was found that it wasnt working, they washed, dried and folded all of our clothes and returned them to our room within mere hours. Would definitelt recommend! Also fabulous location on the main road and right across from the Portsea Pub.

My partner and I had a Red balloon voucher to stay here and despite our making the booking very last minute, and arriving out of hours, the management was so friendly and accomodating to our needs. Arranged to have dinner ready as we arrived aswell as arranging to let us in after front desk was closed. We are very grateful and appreciative of the resorts amazing service and would highly recommend :)

My partner and I spent the weekend here. It's fantastic. You could live in the hotel room as they have a fully contained kitchen with a full sized fridge, dining room, loungeroom, ensuite and a large balcony. The restaurant on the ground level has a nice feel to it and the food wasn't bad. Staff were great too. The only downside was that our coffee, sugar and milk wasn't replenished when new towels were put in our room. Otherwise I really recommend Portsea village hotel.

Poor service for the price. I was give a room on the first floor with broken laundry facility because they didn't have another clean room while the hole place was empty. Also I didn't get told about the broken laundry.

Great place to stay in winter. Pool could have been a few degrees warmer.

Stayed for the weekend for a friends wedding, such a beautiful clean place to stay access to all amenities, Staff were so helpful special thanks to Jo the lady at the front desk for doing my friends tie she went above and beyond!

Spent this last weekend at The Resort and first thing I have to say is about the Staff who were very friendly and helpful. We went with another couple and there was only a hairdryer in the bathroom and not in the ensuite, when I asked if we could have another one I was told they only supplied one per apartment. Why bother having two bathrooms if you are not going to provide both with the same facilities. Saturday night was hot and rooms could have done with ceiling fans like those in the lounge area. Opened windows and window sills covered with dead bugs so cleaning staff need to clean those areas. For the cost of a double room I found the apartments to be very basic and did not match the look of the outside of the complex. I could have gone into the city for less money and had far better facilities.

The service was great. Apartment had a really nice view and all the amenities one could need.

Our children sent us away to this resort for the weekend, well what a experience, not only was the staff friendly, but the Cook was simply amazing, my wife was on a special diet and he went out of his way to make a ordinary meal extra special, as for me, it was the best porterhouse I've had in Australia, so tender and cooked to perfection, I am very fussy about having my meat lean and tender and cooked on a blue flame, congratulation you nailed it! Philip you are better than just a cook, loved it!
