A great place to stay close to St Vincent's Hospital which was a short walk away, our appartment was neat, clean & comfortable. Lucas, the on-site manager was most welcoming & absolutely went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Such a quiet & convenient oasis in the city.

Very easy walking distance to st Vincent’s where my husband had to go for an op.

You big Mr manager used a stand over technique which put me into complete panic. You ask me for my name address and details when you knew it was not allowed. You scared me so much. Just because I did an honest review that was bad. Easy thing to do. Take it as constructive criticism. Reviews help not only guest but staff to work on what needs changing to gain a 5 Star review. And scaring me so much I don't recommend you.

Rooms a bit tired and smell musty. Poor housekeeping service. Bed untouched or roughly pulled up. Erratic replacement of toiletries.

Great place to stay. Close to the tram and easy to find. Yes I would stay again.

The apartments are not brand new, but kept well. Fully serviced and has all you need as a self contained apartment eg washing washing, dryer, oven, cooktop etc etc. The owner/manager has bent over backwards to accommodate us, for what this place is I could not fault it and I would come hear again!

Graeat location, with friendly staff. Unfortunately the apartment was very tired, could do with a paint/refresh and not clean. Carpets, lights and lounges badly stained. Bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with moldy/dirty shower and unclean toilet.

This is our second stay here. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped there is even a washing machine and dryer. Friendly helpful staff who provided me with a coffee cafetiere when I asked about there being a coffee machine. I would happily recommend and return on any future visit to Melbourne.

Was the best place to stay, Anthony and staff were absolutely amazing and so accomodating! Went above and beyond to help me in a time of need when my husband was in hospital. Will always make this my first place of stay in Melbourne. Can't speak highly enough.

On a urgent unexpected visit to Melbourne, Quest staff went above and beyond to to make our stay possible and enjoyable. Every effort was made by reception to accommodate our needs as we had to extend our stay on short notice. Our room was very comfortable and well serviced by their very capable and obliging staff, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent place to stay.

Such a great place to stay. 1BR apartments have everything including a king size bed! Close to everything. We stay to be close to St Vincent's but would stay here anytime. Lovely staff & gardens.

Suppliers beware, does not pay bill! An agency booked me to shoot a Google tour for this place. I called & made appointment, sent calendar invite detailing cost, invite confirmed. Arrived on site, collected layout plan. Walked around with manager, marked and agreed number of scenes and cost. He arranged to clear up laundry baskets, I completed and published the tour. Sent invoice. Images in the tour have been viewed 5468 times. When I chased up payment after a month, these were the weasel words of Anthony Murphy, Franchisee "I do apologise however Quest have just completed a virtual tour of the property so I don’t need this tour any longer… I haven’t unpaid, I just don’t need the tour anymore. "

Spacious rooms and nicely maintained. Just some weird design choices in the rooms (bathroom placements are strange) but other than that we have had a great experience staying here.

Loving our stay here. 12, 12 year olds and we are so looked after. Lucas is the best Quest personnel I have ever had to deal with. Thank you so much for your time and effort into our stay and making things so easy for me. Marion School Sport WA.

Great Location, central to everything, spacious and well laid out. Easy trip to CBD, Brunswick St Fitzroy, Old Exhibition Building and Lygon St Carlton. The staff are helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Have booked to more stays here this year. It's a winner.
