Extremely shocked, disappointed and disgusted dealing with this business. We booked three nights at the CBD Apartments for the beginning of July. The weekend before our trip, NSW announced its lock down meaning we could legally no longer travel. We notified the owners the first business day after the announcement that we needed to cancel, and asked for a credit so they would not be out of pocket refunding us. All we asked for was a little compassion and understanding in a situation that is unfortunate for everyone involved. The owners have refused to provide us with a refund or credit, denied that we attempted to cancel (despite dated email evidence) and have ignored my emails and calls. They have taken our money (including processing a payment AFTER we requested to cancel), with no accommodation, refund or credit in return. This is essentially a scam, and I would warn anyone from booking anything with this provider. Shame on you!
