Second time we stayed in two week both were 5 so that makes 10. Room was great clean and tidy all the staff were friendly the art work is something to see free breakfast is a bonus. Some motel owners and management should have a look and learn. The price is good. Thanks Rex&Linda from Melbourne.

Quite unexpected: looks like any motel with some quirky decoration but is full of artistic interest. The very comfortable room was complemented by a superb breakfast of fruits, dairy and breads.

The boss and the staff are very friendly, there are backpackers from Taiwan to work here, the room is like a small apartment everything, there are many art paintings, is a small place in the situation, the traffic is very convenient, very close to the town, next to the park can be BBQ, breakfast is very rich, suitable for another night to stay.

An old, but spruced up drive-in motel. The management has a quirky sense of style which really gives the place a lift. Breakfast in the bar/restaurant area was included in our room rate and was a good solid Continental selection including croissants and muffins. The bathrooms were very dated, but overall excellent at this price point. Would stay again.

The room was clean and well supplied. Breakfast was very generous and included much local produce. The atmosphere was tasteful and showcased local artwork and craft. Dinner was amazing, so were the pizza and the local beer. Service was prompt and friendly. We'll be back!

Great place — — unique decorations, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking close to restaurants and grocery. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable bed and shower!

Seen a family room available on the internet that looked perfect for my partner, myself and 3 children. As we were passing through newnorfolk we decided to call in and book at reception instead. Upon speaking to the staff my partner was told there were no rooms available to which my partner replied he seen one on the internet. The staff adviced him that they did not want our family here and was told to leave. My partner then spoke to the manager whom informed my partner they do not accommodate locals! Our family is not from newnorfolk and will be sure not to come back. The service was not only disgraceful but also very hurtful to our family.

Room is ok but the staff VERY RUDE. One particular staff 10/10 in rudeness.

Quaint hotel in a quaint town. But no air conditioners in the room.

Great hotel, excellent service by Tim and his team :) at night a good ambiance, warm atmosphere and good food. The breakfast room will make you feel at home.

Had the best time here. Good vibes, clean place and Tim (the man incharge) is the sweetest. Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here. Would highly recommend the place.

My work booked me in to the junction Motel for a week. Really enjoyed my time there with the friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent and you can taste and see the passion that the staff have towards making their guests happy. Highly recommend.

HORRIBAL EXPERIENCE never again… hotel was booked by my company so we arrived there, when spoke to the old grupmy guy at reception and requested to heck for booking under my company name but he even didnt bothered to look inti it, than we asked him to look under our individuals name and he said hotel is fully booked and there is no room for you and dont ask again, so we friends went out of the reception to chec with our boss if the address is correct and we were talking to each other and again tis old guy came and said they do not have any rooms vailable he was very very rude to us and we said wee are just discussing and checking details with our compay but he started abusing us and threw out our luggage and even my laptop. He was sooooo arogant as may be we were indian so he was behaving like that, we confirmed with compnay that booking was confirmed there but than I decidded not to stay there. Such a horrible experience in a australia never ever recommend anyone and will write same review everywhere.

Stayed in early August again, found the Junction motel very comfortable and affordable. Will stay again when down to Hobart. Very helpful staff and good value food in the restaurant.

Expensive for such a basic room. The facilities are small and uncomfortable, and I've never seen 1ply tissues and toilet paper before until this stay. I wouldn't stay here again, would much rather pay less at another hotel for much better facilities.
