Rooms were clean. Lack of ventilation in bathrooms and if you open the window people walking by can see in the bathroom. Beds where decent. Shared balcony for some wings.

Arrived after a 13hr drive, was very pleased we booked on line months ahead. Very glad l had confirmation on my phone regarding the price or would have bin another $100+. Found it difficult 2 understand staff. Parking was tight, not enough parks. Went 2 restaurant & had a really nice pizza 4 dinner. Bed was absolutely amazing.

I recommend to anyone reading this DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. Disgusting is the nicest word I have for the food that came from this kitchen. The person in the kitchen is clearly not Qualified for their position! Especially for the price tag on the meals, Pathetic. Would never eat here again. Would get better feed at maccas and that's saying something!

Great location, motel badly in need of major refurbishment. Bathrooms in particular. Looking tired, unable to take cold shower after working in 40 plus heat. Cold was warm. Very stingy with the complimentary in room coffee. Nescafe, really! Also need cable TV, local channels inadequate.

Great day for cricket, couldn't ask for a more red centre view, the ranges.

Have not been here in quite some time, however was pleasantly surprised. Entire area has undergone a facelift, gardens around the pool area have been cleaned up, creating a much more open and inviting space. Inside has also been renovated since my last visit. Great improvement. The Burgers are absolutely amazing, highly recommend, and extremely well priced. Great for dinner. Lunch is NOT served here. They have a great outdoor seating area to enjoy the gardens. Only downside was, all of their tap beer was "out of order" this is why I couldn't give 5 stars. Try the burgers, you wont regret it ;-)

Nice pool, great food, clean and tidy.

Very clean, organized and quiet.

Cockroach in the room, terrible shower, some of my colleagues had broken lights etc. There are better places in Alice for the money!

All is good except that are not many car parks. The water pressure in shower is very weak. The breakfast area is too small.

Bad experience, I stayed in room 97, the room has an awful smell and disgusting yellow stains on the floor. The room faces to the road, I cannot sleep well at night. Also, I brought my own bath sheet because I never wanted to use the towers provide by hotels, mine is a Sheridan and has a label on it, but still the housekeeper took it and replaced it with their bath sheet, how am I going to use mine again during my stay here？？？They must have put it with other sirty sheets. I know it could be a mistake but the cleaner was certainly not paying any attention to what she was doing. I will definitely not coming back nor recommend it to others.

Service was discusting. Only good thing was the waiter who serviced me food great. Office staff not good.

Fantastic helpful friendly staff. Excellent rooms. Very clean and well serviced. Good security, safe parking. Pools, laundry, restaurant, breakfast included. Highly recommended.

Rooms were great, had minor issue with air-conditioner in room but that was very minor and more an annoyance. More than happy with everything except restaurant. Beds were awesome, rooms clean, reception staff great, location was awesome, walking distance to woolies and mall. Restaurant was not good. Half of what was on the menu was "unavailable" with no reason why. Called them second day and asked for if everything was available, lady said yes, went downstairs "oh sorry we only have … " Ordered food anyway which never actually turned up. Reception staff ended up ordering us food to be delivered.

God to had 4 walls around of you when you sleep in this town.

ALT, schmuddlig, clean. Acceptable for one night to leave it early the next day.
With style it has definitely to do nothing.

Ok rooms but lazy room cleaning, build-up of scum on the shower head. Bar and "restaurant" is a bizarre and treading water experience that will see you waiting, waiting, waiting.

The room was too small for three people. The bathroom was moldy. The receptionists were very kind though. Good for a stop over but not for a vacation.

Great location for a budget hotel. Short walk to town centre. Friendly staff and good choice of food and drinks available. Nice size rooms.

Very friendly accommodating staff, central location, value for money. More than we expected from a "budget chain hotel".

Stayed one night and breakfast. Dirty dirty dirty.
We didn't have the courage to take a shower for the condition of the bathroom.

Thanks to Angie and Ra who were absolutely marvellous with their ready smiles, great service and friendliness in both areas, especially in the Oasis Bar. The cup of Chamomile Tea on our last morning really settled my gastro down a lot, thanks again Angie.
