Had a great time here the family enjoyed every minute and definitely recommend the cabins, they are spacious equipped with everything you need and more, bedding, and towels. The pool is a highlight for my son his first taste of water slides. Very pleased they didn’t want to leave.

Highly recommended Clean, spacious, family oriented, lots for kids to do too. Huge bathrooms, heaps of washing facilities and of course there’s the pancakes on Sunday morning.
A fabulous outlook towards the magnificent Ranges.

It is a very clean park, very friendly staff and amazing swimming pools, absolutely great.

Front reception staff very rude! False accusations and not listening to what we were trying to say. Shame because it is a great park but experience ruined by the encounter. In difficult times with covid, customer service has never been more important. Disappointing!

Very disappointing service, not understanding. Charging a cancelation fee during a government shutdown is highly unethical and outright disgusting. If there was an option to give a no star rating I would.

The kids had a blast in the pool, on the jumping pillows and go karts! Grounds are clean and well maintained. A little oasis in the desert. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Made a great stay an excellent one.

It’s great for the whole family something for the kids to do swimming, games room, TV room and playgrounds and adults can sit back and relax great kitchen Area’s.

Brendan and the team have thought of everything! This truly was an oasis in the desert for us! We based ourselves from Alice Springs over 4 weeks and looked forward to returning to big 4 after each few days away. From A+ camp kitchen facilities to bathroom & laundry facilities the whole place is well thought out and clean! They also have a range of free activities each day of the week so make sure you check out what’s on offer. And then for the kiddies (big kids too) there is the waterslide at the pool, jumping pillow, playgrounds, TV & games room and pedal carts. Our girls loved every minute and looked forward to returning each time to our home away from home. The team are helpful and friendly too! I would highly recommend!

Very clean and new facilities. Extremely busy but staff handled it well and we're very friendly. Great laundry with lots of machines and line space. Entertainment some nights and an on site strawberry van for dessert.

Extremely nice. Kitchens showers toilets top quality. Bitumen roads with cement slab amd grass. Each site is roomy and it feels so peaceful. The pools are amazing. Especially for kids as are the jumping pillow kids room go karts. Looking forward to 3 nights here.

This place is very disappointing. The facilities are complete but the service of some staff can only be described as poor. The old lady at the front desk was very impatient and would not provide you with useful information about the camp facilities. Because alice springs are sparsely populated, this is one of the few places to choose but it's unfriendly. At first we were very happy and friends recommended this camp, but the facts were very disappointing. We were not allowed to use any camp facilities after checking out even the toilet, and we were also framed and used one night camp facility. Do not understand why people here are full of hostility. The uncle who finally helped us refill gas was very good. This was the only service we received after check out. Don’t tell me that’s the normal way to do business, “once you check out, you are not our guest anymore”. First of all, the so-called borrowing camp facilities only because we wanted to use the toilets, not other facilities such as the use of water or electricity. There are no utilities around this camp that are desolate and a few kilometers from the town centre. If people borrowing toilets in this situation are unfair to other paying guests, it may be that we don’t understand the way the camp owners do business.

Excellent. Staff Very Patient and Kind. They kept their cool under huge pressure. The Fink races were on. Its a nice place, clean and campsites not skimpy. Plenty to do if you want. Great place for families and all in between.

Smallish sites amenities clean and not outdated. Check in staff very good. Excellent facilities for all ages including pools, jumping pillow, gym and reading room. Barista coffee available designated times in the morning. Also many complimentary activities put on by the owners.

It’s a big4 with the feeling of a large detention Centre. Surely could boast the most regimented park North of Womera? We had a miscommunication where I thought we paid for power and had access to a group power box nearby (but didn’t — $57 night for unpowered family camping, whoa nelly) when it overloaded and tripped, the on call security/groundsman was so annoyed with the callout at 6:30pm I was convinced he was putting me in solitary for the night! He ripped our lead out of the socket and flinged it towards the van with as much courtesy as the welcome at reception! It’s definitely the best Big4 in Alice Springs and will thoroughly recommend to my in-laws.

What a fantastic place. Every amenity. Free entertainment… heated pool and kids amusements. Quiet location, good sites. Nice water, pretty good rates, excellent arrival system with escort to the site. Good store and a shop nearby. All the goods and friendly people too! I can well recommend it as a good place to make a base for exploration of the area.

Great accommodation and heaps of facilities all excellent. Large rooms that are well appointed. Well set out. Good system of in and out.

Campground clean convenient welcoming, Wi-Fi damage not throughout the campsite.

Staying here for 5 nights and absolutely loving it. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. As we drove to our site one of the workers came over and guided us onto our site and explained the park to us. Our powered concrete site was clean, GREAT size and the area is quite. Amenities are very clean. The park is very well kept. This Big 4 Park is one of my favorites.

Best caravan parks in Alice. Great facilities and safe enough. Love the water slide. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

From the moment you step into the reception to when you arrive at your alotted site the staff are very friendly. The sites are large and green. The amenities are exceptional and very clean. Our stay here was very plesant.

It was a great place to stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating, it was very clean and tidy I would recommend staying here when visiting Alice springs.

A top rate caravan park and resort with many entertainment facilities, several swimming pools and a gym. Fantastic host who cooks pancakes every Sunday for all residents in the park. Has done this for over 20 years as a over 300, 000 pancakes.

Great place — but you pay for it: $69 for an unpowered site (2 adults, 3 kids), and $4 for washing.

It's really very nice place to spend holidays. We stayed in ensuite cabin close to swimming pool. Kids enjoyed a lot. Loved this place.

We stayed in a ensuite cabin close to the swimming pool! Arrived late and were greeted by very friendly staff. Cabins were clean and big. They have an amazing waterslide that kept the kids very happy — very fast and super fun — not just for kids. Staff left the water slide on a little longer and switched it on a bit earlier the next morning because the kids asked nicely. They also offered a late check-out in case we needed more time in the morning. Very friendly people! So much nicer than other cabin parks! Would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids!

Clean and beautiful place with pool.

Absolutely love this caravan park, great place to stay, very clean too. The pool is awesome, very updated since I've last been (years ago). Cabins were nice. The only down side was, our room smelt a bit off but I think that was from the toilet or bathroom somewhere.

Great place, wel taken care of. Everything really clean, nice big kitchen area very hospitality and great free pancakes on every Sunday morning. Not the cheapest in the area but at least you pay for quality!

Caravan park, with cabins. I stayed in a "budget cabin" — well-equipped, but no ablutions en siite. Toilets & showers 40 metres away — well maintained. Value for money. 4km from centre of town — avoiding the social issues there.

The only reason for the 4 stars is the staff member when I phone to book in… All seemed a bit much. Right, we highly recommend. We pay for the powered site with own bathroom. Well worth it — well sized grass site with room for camper/ caravan with space for your outside sitting and parking. Very good camp kitchen, well layed out with free BBQ, 2 good size sinks, toaster, kettle and seating. Huge pool if you use it, play ground and jumping pillow for the kids. Very good camp shop with out insane pricing and blocks and bags of ice and a good range of ice cream for your afternoon snack. Lots of free night time ativites during tourist season.

I would stay away from this Big 4 for the next couple of weeks. Our kids have to share the pools and bouncing pillow with 200 teenagers with raging hormones on school trips. They forgot to mention this detail when I booked. Before the teenagers arrived it was a great place for kids and you pay good money for it. Events on almost every day. The concert with Barry Skipsey is not to be missed. A great singer/ composer and entertainer with amazing pictures and stories about the Red Center and Alice Springs. I would skip free pancakes on Sunday. The premix used doesn't taste great and was hard to digest. People/staff usually very friendly and helpful. Ask how many school groups are here before you book.

The only negative is that the sites are not large. All the facilities are good and a few extras like ice-cream and pav at a night stall with a cheerful salesman add to the enjoyment. A cheap petrol/diesel station nearby. A standard BIG4 effort (with discount for members). The cabins are modern and well equipped too. Don't accidentally order the biggest cabin on the web though and pay too much for your needs.

The staff are all motivated to make this the best BIG4 in the nation. The attention to cleanliness is commendable. The facilities includes a water park with three pools and a spiral slide. There is a children play area. There are presentations & live music on occasions. Close to Alice Springs town centre. Caravan sites are either grassed or have matting. You get what you pay for.

Well, there is a very good reason this caravan park has a cabinet jam packed with trophies — because it is brilliant! A fun waterslide and beautiful pools at a constant 26 degrees, jumping pillows, games rooms, playgrounds, movie nights, 4 wheels bikes for hire, a bathroom with a HUGE bath to bath kids in, star talk, 4wd presentation, games night, digeridoo, wine and cheese, pancake breakfast… What more could you ask for! Friendly staff and excellent facilities. Well done!

A family member received a needle stick injury while reaching under the main bed in one of the Villa's to retrieve my children's shoes. The manager spent more time on the phone trying to find the guest who could have left the needle than anything else. I had to press the manager for paperwork to fill out and in the 6 months since the incident we have never been contacted to check if any disease was contracted from the incident nor receive any support (financial or otherwise) during the trying time.

Located just off the main road, far enough for there to be no road sounds and close enough to make access easy. The site itself is very clean and well maintained and there's even a swimming pool, if you're so inclined. It's a very good launchpad for the attractions of Alice Springs and the gorges and drives nearby (ooh, and the staff — and other guests — are helpful and knowledgeable. On Sundays the Holiday Park puts on a Pancake Breakfast … what's not to love? )

We stayed a week and found it a very relaxing atmosphere. The park people were always pleasant and helpful. There are rules as in any park, but they made it pleasant for all. The Free pancake breakfast was to die for. Would definitely stay again if we come this way and would definitely recommend to others. Appreciated the variety of entertainment offered during the week.

Clean campground with friendly staff. Clean toilet and shower area. Washing machine (4 AUD) with drying area, small kitchen. Good facilities for children. Price / night approximately 40 AUD.

We stayed here at the beginning of our outback trip to the Red Centre. A friendly, clean camping ground with all the amenities. The kids loved the playground and the giant jumping pillows! Plus there were gokarts and star gazing and other activities to keep the little ones entertained. The site was easy to reach, and everybody was very friendly. We felt save here and came back on our route up north. Just make sure you book ahead to avoid disappointment.

I have noticed that the last review is 4months old which is appropriate as the current lodgers (who think they own the place but they dont) have only been there 3months. We are a British couple on our travels having a great time in Oz but unfortunatly had a horrible night at this campsite due to a very rude man and woman who manage this big4, wish we got there names! There is so much to say but I know this place gets busy so there's no use trying to stop everyone from going but if your a backpacker please try and stay in one of the other campsites in this great town.

Excellent park, especially for the kids. They have a pool, jumping pilow, go cart and bike hire, playground. Sunday's they have free pancakes for park members. This is a great way to bring travelers together. Cabins are available. And there are sites suitable from tents, camper trailers, caravans through to big rigs and busses. Brand new toilet and shower facilities have just been added Highly recommended.
