I stay at landmark sometimes twice a year, I agree with the sentiment that I should have been warned about the beach renovations. A reduced price or at least a meal voucher.

Great location and good size rooms. We loved the balcony and terrace and kids loved the pool. Service was fantastic from requests prior to check in through to check-out. Would love to stay again.

We stayed in a beautiful 6th floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Everything was clean and modern. The views were lovely. Front desk team were extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for four nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment was really comfortable and nice, the staff were so friendly, and check-in was quick and easy.

We had such a great stay at peninsular, location is the best, apartments were so nice and front desk staff were so helpful, great pool, gym and sauna. Would highly recommend.

We just wrapped up a wonderful 2-night stay at Oceans Mooloolaba and honestly couldn’t be more impressed.

Staff at reception were amazing felt like we had known them all our life. Rooms and cleaning staff the same.

Absolutely loved our experience at Beachcomber on the Spit! The location is unbeatable — right by the ocean, with short walks to different types of surf.

There was no beachview from our unit or our balcany, it was obstructed by trees.

Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 children) stayed at Pandanus in March and could not fault it at all. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to the esplanade.

This was our second stay in the upstairs apartment, and it was just as good as the first time.

This little gem is well loated to beach, cafes, shopping and public transport. A fresh beachy fitout with a cozy bed and fluffy pillows made my 4 night stay perfect.

• Very handy location: just a few minutes’ walk to Coles, The Pub Mooloolaba, and the Esplanade.

Enjoyed our stay here for a week even though we had 3 days of rain. Only a block back from the beach. Had everything we needed.

We stayed across the road in the 4 bedroom apartment, and had an exceptional stay.

Stayed in apartment 14 which was on the top floor overlooking the canals. The place was spacious, clean and tidy. It had a large outdoor deck, plus a rooftop terrace.

Spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We cooked in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The location is perfect to have a walk down to the beach and a beer at the surf club.

TL;DR — a spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment that feels more like a home than a hotel. Would be 5 stars if the Wi-Fi wasn't stuck in 2010.

After reading the reviews here, my expectations were a little lower. However this place everything it says on the tin.

We had the best time with some lovely weather. The view out of the double doors, from the balcony in our "Superior Room" was truly superior! No whales yet, but plenty to see through the binoculars.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house right on the canal. Private property with pontoon and pool. Had a great weekend celebrating a 70th birthday.

Felt very welcomed on arrival, upgraded to waterfront villa was amazing.

Amazing stay Mooloolaba. Karen at reception was amazing on arrival and asked about us and our plans. We extended our stay by 2 nights and she organized this seamlessly.

We booked a Superior 1 BR apartment for 3 nights directly with Excellsior.

Great location, views and rooms. Secured entry and parking. Management are friendly and welcoming, and Charlie on reception provides excellent hospitality, communication, attends any requirements.

Recently stayed here for 5 nights over a family wedding.

Fantastic location apartment was first class, facilities also excellent with gym steam room cinema room great pool and lots of food and shops nearby.

Location n Room is next to the best. Come out to Esplanade, cross the road and beach is right there. Service was good no doubt.

Sirocco is in a great convenient location to cafes, restaurants, general shopping and of course the beach.

All round we were very pleased with the apartment we had. Very nice and clean with a beautiful sea view, close to everthing. This will be our mooloolabah accommodation from now on when visiting.

Windward Apartments is an amazing place to stay. Wonderful ocean views in our 3 bedroom apartment. Staff member Kiah was fantastic. She recommended lots to do in the local area.

Great location, just steps from board walk and the beautiful beach. Less than 10 minute walk to all cafés, restaurants and Mooloolaba's main areas.

Fantastic apartment, glimpse of the water from the private verandah, short walk to esplanade and all the great eateries. Nice deep pool, straight on to the beach from the back gate.

What a haven in busy Mooloolaba this is. Beachfront location and sweeping views from apartment 18, we have enjoyed every minute of our weekend break.

Apartment 3, it was a nice spot near in everything, they have a swimming pool too, the receptionist is very nice, maybe we just had a bit of problem in parking space it’s quite small 😅

This place is such a beautiful home away from home. Its always so clean and Miranda and Dave are always welcoming. It has become our go to for holidays at the Sunny Coast.

Staff (Miranda & David) are lovely! Close to the beach and wharf. You don't need to think about driving, everything I needed was a hop, skip and jump away!

Our Balcony room was amazing for our family of 6. The apartment was nice and roomy and the outdoor balcony was huge. Great for young kids who need space outside.
