Pandanus Mooloolaba

It was such a great location. Easy walking distance to the beach front with shops and so many options for food.
It was so quiet within the rooms, no issues at all with our room. Beautiful, clean and soo spacious.
Great value for money, we found it was very reasonable compared to others in the area. I used the gym while there and it had great equipment, quiet and even dumbbells to use not just the generic machines.

Handy location close to main beach area. Rooms well presented and equipped. Rooms clean.
3BR unit for our family visit — two car secure bays very useful, as was short term access to visitor parking.

Our party of 8 (4 adults, 4 children) stayed at Pandanus in March and could not fault it at all. The location is absolutely perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to the esplanade. The four bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs, incredibly spacious with decks from all of the rooms. Our children keep talking about their stay and can’t wait to return!

We had the most amazing stay at Pandanus Apartments in the 3-Bedroom Premium Apartment! From the very beginning, Kirsten, Luke and Kate were incredibly professional and made everything so easy and seamless for us. Their communication and service were outstanding.
The apartment itself is absolutely AMAZING — so spacious with more than enough room for everyone! It truly felt luxurious without blowing the budget, and the price for the weekend was fantastic value. Everything was spotless and so well presented. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place.
The whole vibe was beachy, relaxing and welcoming… honestly felt like a home away from home. We loved every minute and will definitely be coming back again.
A big thank you to the big three — Kirsten, Luke and Kate — for maintaining these beautiful apartments and keeping them modern and up to date. Your hard work truly shows!
Highly recommend to anyone wanting a spacious, clean and relaxing getaway in Mooloolaba!

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Fully equip with all modern amenities. Small pool but beach only a 3 min walk away. Large front deck overlooking pool and large back deck overlooking the sunrise. Beautiful breeze flowing through. Big dining table and couch’s comfy for 6 people Perfect spot for older teenager kids. Ensuite and walk in robe in master with double bed. Separate bathroom and toilet at other end. Bathrooms a little dated but perfectly operational. Mooloolaba Esp 2 min walk with plethora of restaurants and cafes. Coffee shops open all hours, surf club, marina, bars and prawns galore! Coles & BWS 2 min walk. Can walk for hours along the path/boardwalk along the foreshore: north to Maroochydore, south to the Marina and spit. Haven’t needed the car in 5 days.

Very close to all facilities in Mooloolaba, Pandanus Apartments were extremely helpful, friendly and clean. Room was excellent with everything you need. Balcony views and security was excellent.

Spacious, very tidy n clean apartment. Just fantastic for a family of 5. Short walk to beach n shops. Great reception, nothing was a trouble. Thankyou.

Great stay at Pandanus. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 6. The location is so close to the shops and beach without the noise of the esplanade. Also it was great to have two car spots for the apartment. The rooms were clean and well stocked on basics. We would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay during the Ironman 2025 weekend. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked had everything you could ever want in a home away from home. It was also very spacious, tidy and clean with car parking and a great pool and spa. It's a hidden gem and great for families. Thanks to the building management team our stay was just flawless.

These are privately owned and generally managed. Our Unit 28 was huge, two big bedroom and one smaller one, which we didn’t use. There is a laundry, a great fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge; Foxtel too. There are decks at both ends. We had a special lift, number 2, that accessed only 2 units on our floor. We parked in B2; the residents’ car park.

Biggest apartment in Mooloolaba we have ever had. Wow. Just a few notes. Better knives and oven would have been good. Felt like home as very large and comfortable.

Absolutely great apartment for families. Super large family room.
Great location to everything.
Unfortunately the pool was not open while we were there but it looked good.

The apartment is large with lots of space in the living areas and bedrooms. Well appointed with everything you need. Great location close to the main shopping area and supermarket.

Absolutely amazing stay.
Staff were great and easy to communicate with, room was ready super early which was awesome!
The room we had was huge as well, it was perfect for our group.
Will definitely be back!
Thank you!

Decent size apartments in a good central location. Some could do with an update but on the whole pretty good. Easy walk to bars, restaurants etc. We just keep coming back!

We went for a girls trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday, 4 mins and 5 girls. The house was beautiful! Perfect bedroom arrangement for all of us! The girls were able to stay together upstairs and the mums were downstairs. We loved the kayaks, the spa and sauna, the jetty and the backyard were perfect and there was something for everyone. We made some great memories and most importantly the girls had an amazing time!

Great experience, pool is great but the spa I can't seem to find.
Hotel is nice and quiet and new management is extremely kind unlike old management.
