Raffles Mooloolaba

My family and I recently stayed at Raffles Mooloolaba and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious, and they had everything we needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. We appreciated having cable TV so we could watch all the footy games, and secure underground parking was another big plus.
The balcony view of the ocean was lovely and a great spot to relax. We also loved the heated pool and spa and made great use of both during our stay. The location is excellent, directly opposite Coles and The Pub, and only a short walk to the beach, playground, and the main strip of cafes and restaurants. It’s also just a 10 to 15 minute walk to SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families or anyone visiting Mooloolaba.

Considering I only booked 5 days before I arrived, the staff were very accommodating. As I arrived in the morning after 10am, I was able to park in the carpark underneath and then they text me when my room was ready. The room was very clean and beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful and I was able to add another night. Raffles is conveniently located with restaurants, shops, beach and convenience stores in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at Raffles!

Returning customer because this place has it all. Location, facilities, value for money — tick tick tick. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Spacious rooms, excellent hosts, no need to move the car. Mooloolaba is our favourite place to holiday and Raffles is our favourite place to stay. Highly recommend. Photos include the views from the rear rooftop apartment.

Great value, apartment nice and clean and well maintained, had everything that we needed. Great location. Gentlemen that welcome us to Raffles was very friendly, pleasant and very informative about the area and apartment. Would recommend and we differently would go back. Thank you.

We stayed in a beautiful 6th floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Everything was clean and modern. The views were lovely. Front desk team were extremely friendly and helpful. Location perfect everything in walking distance didn’t use the car once.

Great location, close the everything.
Unfortunately our room wasn't exactly what we requested (requested a room with a spa bath for my son) and our bbq on our roof top was broken but were not made aware of on check — in. The air conditioning in our room had to be on 18 degrees to actually make a difference.
The pool was great, but a touch on the small side. The jacuzzi was a bit strange and would go off 30 seconds after turning it on.
The views and balcony were amazing.
Disappointed with the room, but our breakaway overall was great.

We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for four nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment was really comfortable and nice, the staff were so friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurants and especially convenient being right near Coles and the bottle shop. It was great value for money and very affordable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Having 2 teen girls having a second bathroom was a must! It was fantastic and in a wonderful location. We did not hire a car and were able to walk or catch public transport everywhere we needed.
My only suggestion would be to replace the window covering with some roller blinds as the timber shutters and blinds are a little old and don’t work very well.

Everything about this place is great.
We stayed on level 6 (top floor) which has its own rooftop section.
It’s also I suspect a brand new renovated unit, so very modern and something I would expect in a Hotel double the price.
Speaking of the price, quite literally the second cheapest hotel on bookings. Com on the Sunshine Coast.
Amazing value for Money.
Location is absolutely perfect, across the road from coles (those last minute quick shops) and pretty much at the start of the Mooloolaba Esplanade for shops and restaurant's.
There’s also a fantastic kids playground across the road and next to the beach.
All up we will be back next year as this was both an amazing deal and a fantastic stay.

Raffels was the perfect place for my 88 year old mother and me to stay at Mooloolaba. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment on the 5th floor. The location was within easy walking distance to shops and beach, the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen well equipped, the pool well maintained. Once that apartment undergoes the update that others in the complex have had it will be superb. I will be booking again in the future.

We loved our stay at raffles. The location is great, the pool is great, staff are lovely and our apartment was exceptional. 2 adults + 3 year old and a we would highly recommend our apartment. Thanks Raffles we will be back :)

Super clean and tidy room with all the things we could need. Plenty of kitchenware too!
Fabulously friendly staff and super close to amenities and the beach.
Only issue was car noise at night — but we come from a rural area, so it probably wouldn't be noisy to a townie. Lol.

Have stayed at Raffles 2 or 3 times over the years. It is in a very convenient location with the supermarket, beach and Esplanade shops and cafes all easily accessible. The apartments are starting to show their age but ours was clean, comfortable and had a balcony with a sea view. All in all Raffles is good value for money and the Kiwi owners are friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at Raffles. Apartment was clean and spacious. Could be noisy at times but you get that being close to everything.
Was easy to get about if you don’t have a vehicle but the secure underground carpark was great.

We have just returned from a 14 day holiday in beautiful Mooloolaba where we used Raffles apartments as our accomdation provider. We found the booking process and communication of a high standard with staff pleasant and helpful. While the location is easy walking to super market and restaurants the down side is some traffic noise. We found all the facilities well maintained and well serviced with a good security system. While the apartments are not ultra modern they are clean and homely, ideal for family living with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. I would recommend these apartments for your stay in Mooloolaba.

Raffles is a fantastic accommodation spot! We loved the pool area. Our room was perfect for our family of 4. The entire facility was super clean. Great location to the shops. Definitely be back.

Had a most enjoyable stay at Mooloolaba Raffles.
Our apartment had a sea view as requested and it was so pleasant sitting out on the balcony watching the water and enjoying the sea breeze.
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom was very comfortable, beds were excellent and seating in lounge was very comfortable plus full kitchen.
Nice and handy for walking to the Esplanade and lots of cafes and shops.
