Stayed here for a few days. Right over looking the beach and ocean. You can also have rooms overlooking the city if you wish. The rooms are reasonable mainly with cooking facilities. A good choice of eating places should you not want to cook yourself. A supermarket next door.

Conveniently located on the end of the boardwalk with lots of rooms and A good indoor and outdoor pool. Some rooms can be a little small and dated, but for price and convenience it’s really good. Best option is to pick one of the places on the boardwalk for breakfast or you can do small amount of meal prep in the room kitchenette.

Great location with just a short walk to any dining type you like as well as specialty stores for whatever your needs. Lovely appointed suites and always ask for one with an ocean view, you will not be disappointed. Friendly and courteous staff make staying here a real treat. Book it for your next get away!

This Venning Street 4 star Mantra Resort, at Mooloolaba, is across the road from the spectacular Mooloolaba beach, with great ocean views. The fully self contained units are spacious and well layed out. Staff are very helpful. The resort is very clean and very close to a large range of cafes, restaurants and the Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club. The Coles Supermarket, bakery and Newsagent are only 40 metres away. Highly Recommended.

Great spot, great view from our room :) Water pressure is crazy, loved it. Beach in walking distance is amazing and plenty of spots to eat around the place.

Well located, had a room overlooking the ocean. Room was clean & spacious… very good value for $163 a night. Would definetly stay there again.

Lovely views on levels 3 and up. Great to watch the sunrise from. You can walk right out in to the shopping strip and then walk just across the road to the beach. The pool is nice, the spa was a bit cold and was very chlorinated. The couches fold out in to a spare bed which is useful. There is parking downstairs out of the salt which is also great. There's a games room with free ping pong which is a cool bonus.

A really good experience. It is a shame though that the first floor garden and pool is not used to it's full potential nevertheless the large grassed area is lovely. Staff were friendly and efficient and very professional.

The breaky wrap is yummy and the special today of scrambled eggs, tomatoes n bacon excellent. As usual the coffee and staff was good. Good value for your buck.

Very nice apartment. Two pools are both nice. Very close to Coles but starting to be a little bit dated in the design and look of the hotel.

This was a great place to stay while I was attending a conference being held at the resort. My room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed to enjoy the stay including an in room spa. For the relatively low price of this room, that was an unexpected inclusion. I found the bed very comfortable and I slept well most nights. Although one morning I was woken by a noisy neighbour, however I am a light sleeper at the best of times and this was certainly no fault of the resort. The facilities were excellent, with a decent gym, fantastic pool, and easy access to Coles supermarket, and many restaurants. I never had to get in my car from the moment I arrived. The included very secure parking was also very welcome. The only downside was that I was on the same level as the pool and my room had blinds that did not completely close, so privacy was a bit of an issue, but not a major one as this only affected the lounge room.

This was where me and my wife spent our honeymoon together. The view was awesome. The room was really nice, though not new. Really enjoyed the room. The bed was soft, quiet and the AC was nice it might have been a 5 if they offered free Wi-Fi. We were both surprised that they didn't.

Nice and scenic location to stay at (especially at higher levels looking towards the ocean! Seems to have everything — gym, indoor pool. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff is always very friendly. Parking isn't a issue with underground parking available for just customers/visitor's.

Ok accommodation. Good size room but does need to be updated. There was mould around the bed in our room and the towels were well used. But it was a great location… Easy to find and heaps of parking.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Recommend booking a room on a higher floor with balcony facing the ocean to really enjoy your surroundings. Roof top swimming pool and jacuzzi were just the ticket also for a cool down after a day at the beach. Only downside was having to pay extra for broadband. Felt this should've been included in the price of the room in all honesty.

We held our wedding reception at the Mantra and we also stayed their for 3 night along with family friends and relatives. I cannot recommend Brooke and the staff at the Mantra enough, they went above and beyond in their service to us. We are so delighted with our wedding turned out and how not only we were looked after but our guests as well. Thank you.

In a world where the Hospitality Industry has much turnover; it was wonderful to see over eighy-five percent of staff not only had been retained from my visit the previous year but they remembered my husband and I! Customer Service is not dead at Mantra Mooloolaba. Thank you all for your help and cheerful smiles, you were truly appreciated.

Very average. Noisey with street traffic and heavy drone of air con. (On corner of main road… boy racers hooing about late into evening) White tiles chipped in many places looking grubby. Grubby carpet. No room cleaning or fresh towels overnight. Wi-Fi additional charge. View of ocean was nice. Perhaps good for families with kids.

Security Deposit has not been returned and it has almost been 3 weeks since my first stay and 2 weeks since my second. I payed several hundred dollars per night for my room and the service was inconsistent. No complimentary wine on the second visit. No newspaper on checkout day. The first stay had no daily servicing of the room and the second stay had daily servicing. Staff could have been more friendly.

The room was wonderfully set up with a great bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Everything was cleaned and the view was awesome even if we didn't splurge for the beach view room. The staff member at the desk as we checked in was so friendly and helpful! It's a great place that I'll be going back to.

My parents stayed from the 6th Aug 17 to 15th Aug 2017 and definitely will never be back service was deplorable. The apartment above my parents flooded which inturn caused water damage to their room. The family that caused the flooding in their room were relocated but my parents were not as they were staying in a 2 bedroom apartment but only offered a one bedroom apartment to relocate to. They were kicked out of their room for 3 days on and off while it was being cleaned and dried no offer of lunch or complimentary dinner just please leave your room for a few hours and when they came back had to turn off the machines themselves that were drying out the rooms. Pathetic service and communication and no offer of compensation my dad asked but got a sorry go ask reception and receptions response was sorry for what happened nothing they could do which was a pretty pathetic and poor response from Mantra. My parents went away to relax but this definitely ruined their holiday and Mantra needed to handle this a lot better.

The hotel staff were lovely. We stayed in the one double room but was a disappointment for me, specially for $255 for just one night. The room had a not very modern, motel feel to it and the whole room smelt like paint. Other then that the hotel is close to the beach and is just along the board walk, make sure to ask for a higher level to see the view though.

Clean and tidy. Tourist prices ie not cheap. Great views of the ocean and beach.

Comfortable apartments in a central area. Within walking distance to most of what you need. Our room was wonderfully prevented and very modern, and presentation throughout the apartment block was of a very high standard.

This is our second time staying at Mantra Mooloolaba. The rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable. Plus, its located in the heart of the entertainment strip. We love coming here!

We had a nice ocean view on the 10th floor. The room was very nice and the hotel provided us with a portable cot for our young toddler. The facilities looked very nice (indoor pool, outdoor pool, games room), though we did not use them. Staff were friendly and we have no complaints with our stay.

We stayed here for five days over Christmas 2014 and about to book again. The one bedroom apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed. Bedroom maybe a little small with king bed, but was enough. Short hall led to large bathroom with washer/dryer, and bench space. Large kitchen, lounge needs two comfy reading chairs. Good balcony with views to die for (8th floor). Great undercover to everything including Coles for groceries and all the food eateries and shops you could want. Loved it.

Really pleasant stay, room was nice with a good view of the beach from the balcony. It would have been nice to get free wireless as it was rather expensive so used mobile data instead.

The perfect place for a family getaway! The hotel is in the perfrct location, a short walk to the beach and sits right on too of Mooloolaba Esplanade so close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable and the staff at the hotel are so nice and willing to accommodate any request. I definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a beach getaway!

Would definitely recommend! Walking distance to Coles, the beach and the Esplanade. The staff were very kind and the rooms are amazing! I recommend the ocean view as it is really beautiful. Close to many attractions such as the Underwater world which was good. It's very quiet and relaxing at the Mantra.

Our weekend stay was sensational! We had the most amazing shower/spa with a huge ocean view that I have ever been in! Such great service, location, price and comfort. Beds were wonderful!

Excellent location and wonderful view from our room. Room had a pretty cool spa bath and comfy beds. Staff were friendly and check in/check out was painless. Would have preferred to be able to pay on arrival or checkout but my card ended up getting charged when I booked. It said we 'might' get charged after I booked in the fine print so it was fine I guess.

Really nice location and view, but ruined by lifts always taking 15-20 mins to arrive.

I have just spent 7 wonderful days at Mantra Mooloolaba. The customer service I found to be of exceptionally high standard. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay very pleasant and over and above the call of duty in some cases. The location is very convenient with a beautiful outlook from the unit. I would be most happy to go back again.

The staff are very welcoming and they provide an excellent service. Location is very convenient to shops, the beach, restaurants. I had a great time in here celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary. I will definitely be coming back with my extended family in 3 bedroom apartment.

Location, Location, Location. Shops next door and you can walk almost everywhere, no need for a car. Ocean Views, clean, tidy rooms with everything I needed. Bbq area and nice laws, pools both indoor and outdoor. Staff helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Don't expect any sympathy from Mantra Mooloolabah if you have to cancel due a week out to compassionate reasons. They had no interest in discussing or negotiating any other outcome aside from taking our full payment. Some companies have a compassion policy — these guys do not. Disappointed by their refusal to negotiate an outcome that would have made both parties satisfied. Profits before people.

We just spent 2 weeks in the Mantra and just want to say that these were two fantastic weeks. This was made possible by the friendly staff at reception. We just moved to Australia from New Zealand and we had to sell a home and two cars. We also had to rent a new home and buy a car in the Sunshine Coast at the same time. Thanks again to the AWESOME staff that assisted in scanning and emailing facilities. We managed to do tall of this successfully thanks to you On top of this all your rooms were just about perfect. We will most definitely recommend your hotel to everybody that wish to staff on the Mooloolaba beachfront.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well appointed accommodation. Great experience :).

Our unit had no stove or oven. There was supplied to cook with, a 2 ring cooking device that was housed in the cupboard, you had to lift out of the cupboard and plug in to the only 2 point plug elastricity available. Supplied to cook with was a (VERY STICKY) SMALL FRYING PAN, that after cooking your bacon you had to scour it and scrub it well before you cooked your eggs. Also there was 1 saucepan, a microwve and a VERY small cooking casserole dish for you to use in the microwave. A 2 slice toaster and a electric water kettle. No dishwasher, no salt or pepper sachets. We did have a kitchen sink. A washingmachine/dryer. The best thing was we had lovely sea views. Plenty of good hot water, and good water pressure. Clean accomadation. Staff was very friendly, secure parking, very convenient to shops etc. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and apparently this was the normal thing, the 2 bedroom units was supposed to have full cooking appliances. If you dont mind spending money every day for eating out, and dont have special diets then you wont have a problem. The lesson I have learnt is to ask every question about a unit before I book in the future.

My wife and I stayed there for a week last week. We found the resort to be great, reception staff are incredible.

Bed too close to door, so if your put near the lift or other obnoxious guests who slam there door, you wont sleep at this place. Never will stay here again.
