Coco Mooloolaba

Great location, everything you need is a short walk away including shops, cafes, bars, beach and esplanade. Our late check-in was easy. Lauren and Alex provided exceptional customer service. Our apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and we got a complimentary upgrade and late checkout. We stayed in room 301. We didn’t have a sea view but that didnt matter. Even with the school oval close by it was no issue for us.
Could not fault the accommodation or service and we are already looking at booking a return trip. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful time at Coco Mooloolaba! The staff were friendly and helpful (special shout out to Lauren & Alex), the room was exceptionally clean, there was easy parking and it’s right across the road from the beach / restaurants. Reception also had heaps of equipment you could borrow for the beach! We’ll definitely be back!

It is centrally located, our one bedroom apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The parking and the facilities are amazing.

Coco Mooloolaba was our first stop on our travels around the East coast.
It’s situated on first ave, a 2 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and of course the beach.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming after our 14 hour flight.
The apartment (801) on the top floor was clean airy and had a good feel about it the moment we walked in. All the usual facilities were included as you would expect with a self catering apartment.
The free parking is secure in the basement with a lift directly to all floors. There is a small swimming pool on site, however we didn’t have enough time to use it.
From the apartment it is a 15 minute walk to the wharf, where there are a number of different bars & restaurants open for evening meals on the water front, I would recommend taking to stroll down there.
When we stayed we were given a buy one get one voucher for breakfast at the pavilion restaurant just across the road at the end of the street.
An ideal base to start our holiday from, would recommend. Nest stop the Oaks hotel and spa in Harvey bay.

Coco is in a fantastic location so close to the beach and the shops. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious. Pool was great too. However, the blinds in my toddlers room had mould on them. Also the washing machine was full of mould, noticed this after I washed my clothes. Brought it up with management. Not much of an apology, said they could bleach the washing machine but they never followed through with that. Pretty disappointed considering the cost of accomodation.

This was my third stay at Coco Mooloolaba, and once again, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I truly LOVE this place! The location is fantastic, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxing—everything you could want for a beach getaway.
What really sets Coco Mooloolaba apart, though, is the team. The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly. A special shout-out to Lauren, who consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. She always has a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, which really makes a difference and keeps me coming back.
Definitely recommend Coco Mooloolaba to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the Sunshine Coast. Already looking forward to my next visit!

The whole experience from booking request, confirmation, payment etc was so easy with nice communications from Lauren.
We stayed for two weeks, the spacious and well appointed apartment was excellent, and having the housekeeping staff service it twice was very nice.
Being so close to cafes, restaurants, and shops was lovely. We definitely enjoyed many hours by the pool which was nicely heated.
Overall our holiday here was excellent, thanks Coco Team 😁😎👏👍

We make it an annual event by staying at Coco escaping the cold weather in Vic.
We know we will always find the unit spotless, comfortable and ideally situated as we don't come by car.
Host, Adam, and front of house, Lauren, are friendly, provide excellent service, and are very accommodating.

Wow! We loved Coco Mooloolaba, the communication after booking directly was amazing.
Lauren answered all my questions and was happy to accommodate all my requests.
The apartment and view were amazing. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Ocean view.
We were just one street back from the ocean and around the corner, walking distance around the corner to the Esplanade where all the cafes, restaurants and shops are located.
A big thank you to staff, Lauren and Adam. So friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic short break. We stayed at Coco for 3 nights and can't wait to go back.
The staff were super friendly, our room was filled with everything you could need for a stay right down to paper towels in the kitchen.
The apartment was spotless, everything was within walking distance so the car never left the secure car park.
We highly recommend Coco Mooloolaba.

Received exceptional service from Lauren who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing.
The location is awesome just 200 meters from the beach and lots of cafe choices.
Sadly I didn't get to enjoy the pool, spa and sauna, will have to go back to make sure I do.
2bedroom apartment was very well appointed. The beds were a bit firm for me, but that is personal preference.

If we got back to Mooloolaba this is where we will stay. The apartment was huge for two adults and two children. The pool and spa is great. The staff there were amazing. Helpful in every way. 5 stars and I am fussy. So that's saying something. Price was bloody good too.

Our stay at Coco Mooloolaba was the perfect coastal getaway. The modern apartment featured a full kitchen, spacious living area, and a private balcony with ocean views. Just a short stroll from Mooloolaba Beach and the Esplanade's cafes and shops, the location was ideal. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and spa, and the BBQ area was great for casual dining. The complimentary beach cabana and chair hire added a thoughtful touch to our beach days. A relaxing and convenient stay in the heart of Mooloolaba.

Fantastic little getaway for us. Reception staff were so lovely & underground parking was easy. Very clean & well maintained building with a pool & BBQ facilities. Our 2 bed unit was spotless, spacious with a full kitchen & laundry facilities. Even had a lovely brand new bed & leather sofa! Great ocean views with a large balcony. Easy 5min walk to Coles & restaurants. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay with the kids.

We recently had a mini break in the Sunshine Coast and loved the Coco Mooloolaba. The accommodation was of a high standard, staff friendly and the facilities well maintained in a convenient location. Definitely recommend!

We spent five nights in Apartment 603 at Coco’s and had a really enjoyable stay. The team were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout – a real credit to the place. The apartment was clean, well-presented, and had amazing views from the balcony. The location is ideal for getting around and made things easy for us.
A few small improvements could make a big difference: the kitchen lacked basics like salt and pepper, which are standard in most short-stay apartments and not practical to buy when travelling internationally. A better quality frying pan and even an air fryer would lift the self-catering experience. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable, and the lounge furniture – especially the couch, was very saggy — new furniture there would make a difference.
Overall, a great stay – we’d definitely come back.
