Great location and walking distance to city center, Viator tour pickup point, Wheel of Brisbane etc About 12-15 minutes ride out to Lone Pine Koala & Mt. Cootha. Daily cleaned unit. Great service from front desk Daniel.

The evolution apartments are amazing. The views are spectacular the location perfect to everything and the staff great to deal with. I have stayed twice now and it is the only place I want to stay wgen coming to brisbane.

Great spot right on the river, clean and nice rooms with nice staff and good amenities overall. Views are pretty good if you get a good room.

Nice and clean, close to where we needed to be, while most other plaaces were in walking distance.

I am loving this place! For the price it is very good. My sister and I have a massive room with a fantastic view, there are to decks where we can sit and lookout from, the bathroom is decentlu sized, the kitchen is new and spacious with every utility you could possibly need, from toaster to food processor. The staff are super friendly and flexible, with 24hr service. Internet is great, enertainment rooms are fun and good for family. We have free internet, tv, excersice area, pool and spa, as well as a theater area and work space. The location is spot on… right in centre for public transport, food and resturanuts… my sister and I even managed to walk our way around to most places. Only minor issue was the bathroom sink was slightly clogged but Overall fantastic place with great location and great utilities.

Very nice apartment but the Wi-Fi they give is very limited and lasts like a lot 1 hour a day.

Everything else about this place is lovely and it’s good value for money but unfortunately, the staff members seem to be a bit off their heads. To begin with, room service chucked out my pumice stone but I ignored it. On my 3rd day I put up a “please make up room sign “ but nothing was done. The last thing you want after a long busy day is to walk into an untidy room. I called the reception, they asked if they could bring me anything and I requested towels and linen. Unfortunately, no linen. One of the guys brought towels while I was on the phone, decided to give attitude and say “You’re welcome, thank you! ”. Well, I didn’t get an excuse for the room not being cleaned and I wasn’t petty about it. I ignored that until checkout. I was meant to stay here for 5 nights but ended up staying for 4. One of the staff members charged me for everything else during checkout, gave me the receipts. Only to find out about 30mins later they snuck behind my back and charged for an extra night. They didn’t tell me about it neither did I get a receipt. I’ve been a long time customer but those hormonal men at the front desk has done it for me. Won’t find me here again at any day. Nada!

Great views of the CBD and Southbank.

Great location and amazing views! rooms are very modern and confortable.

One of the best places I've stayed in Australia so far! The large and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for our party of 4, it features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and washing machine/dryer. All this for about 70.00 AUD more than what we paid for most roadside motels (going to a supermarket and cooking your own breakfast instead of eating at a coffee shop can make up that difference in a flash). The location is amazing in Central Brisbane right next to most of what you might need/want. The view, however, is what really captivated us as we walked into the room: A plethora of large unobtrusive windows offer a view over the river and the bridges that go across itand there is no better way to fall asleep than by looking at the cars go by the street below. 100% recommended if you can afford it!

Well priced comfortable rooms. Best hotel staff in Brisbane. Great views of the river and south bank.

This place was amazing, close to Brisbane CBD and has friendly staff that are happy to help direct you in the right way to good and attractions.

Convenient to the Brisbane cbd also close to the pedestrian bridge over to Southbank.

I checked in on the 30th of June, payed my bond of $200 and today is the 10th of July and I still haven't received it back into my account! The rooms were great my star rating would be higher if I have gotten my $200 Bond back! (I have been waiting for 6 days! ) The staff were average. Honesty wouldn't recommend this unless you want to get ripped off. Disgusted.

Awful! The staff are poorly trained, and when I checked in I was told to be "in my best behaviour" on the apparent presumption that I attended to damage the property. When I got to my room, the carpet was stained and the walls covered in marks and peeling paint, and the furnishings were of poor quality and nothing like the pictures. The air conditioning and lift are noisy and make it impossible to sleep. I paid for some dry cleaning but was told I had to come downstairs to collect it? There was also a fire in the basement during my stay, and when we were evacuated no staff told us what was going on, and I eventually left to go elsewhere. When I raised my many grievances with the front desk staff and manager, he offered me a "discounted" rate for a future booking which was more than advertised elsewhere! Avoid these cowboys.

Loved our stay in Brisbane. Nice clean rooms with a good view of the river. Only complaint is the traffic noise on the balcony but there's not much that can be done about that — it's quiet enough inside. Also some black-out blinds in the bedrooms would be good especially in summer when the sun comes up so early! The pros definitely out weigh the cons. Will definitely stay again when I'm next in town.

Top tier apartment! Great value!

The worst customer service experience I had in any place. The stars I'm giving only because of the location of the hotel. I was advised by the hotel manager on the first day that the apartments are fully serviced. I had dirty toilet and kitchen for 3 days, no room service people bothered to clean even after I made the request on the reception for the same. So, I decided to check out from the hotel earlier than the planned stay. The same hotel manager this time lied on the face that he didn't mention the apartments are fully serviced. He mentioned this time the apartments are only light service, so I can't expect even changing of bed sheets every day. Although, the hotel charge an expensive nightly rate but we're not expect to get the room service everyday. There is no presentation of the room including the room service. The staff is bit rude, especially the manager. On my early departure due to bad room service, instead of any apology my room rate for the stayed nights increased from 147 to 179 per night. I'm much pleased to move into Oaks on Felix street, great customer service on the reception, excellent room service with great presentation everyday.

"It's fine but nothing special" that's how I'd describe this hotel to a friend. It was clean but soulless, just another apartment hotel. Nothing to make it stand out from any other place I've visited. Thoroughly okay.

Really well situated and some rooms have a fantastic view. Clean and well equipped. Beware though the parking doesn't let you come and go for one fee.

Great hotel with river views.

Nothing was quite right. The room wasn't well maintained, scratches everywhere, broken blinds, that sort of thing. We weren't told at check-in that reception would be moved to an apartment on the day we were to check out, and apartments on levels 1-3 are all via the car park. I don't think it's worth it.

The room was absolutely FILTHY. I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life. The state of the room could be understood throughout our 8 day stay when the room was not once vacuumed and barely cleaned in any other way. Terrible value for money.

This is not a apartment that you would like if you are visiting Brisbane for vacation purpose. I went there with ten family members; most of them do not enjoy the time in the hotel for the reasons below: 1) toilet has no lock 2) water boiler is very old and rusty 3) the room is relatively dim But in general, the service is good and friendly. And the view outside is very beautiful especially in the night time. Tourists from Hong Kong.

First night I found my daughter with a piece of glass in her mouth, second night she had a used condom in her hand, windows full of cob webs shower mouldy. Evolution luxury apartments Haaaaaaaaa.

Good apartment, good facilities, good staff.

Got a good deal through wotif for $116 for a Saturday night. Rooms were in good condition and the hotel is very close to cbd. Walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Photo is view from top floor sky lounge.

Just stayed at Evolution Apartments over the weekend and were very happy with the setup. The rooms were very nice, staff were helpful. And were very accommodating to our needs. Thanks for the good stay and I will definitely be returning.
